Journey to Planar World

Two days had passed since the outbreak of the MK Virus shocked the world.

Charlie sat on the sofa with Aishia, his arm around the girl’s shoulder while surfing the internet with his phone.

As he scrolled through the screen, he found a post that left him speechless.

The post was about feminists in Western countries claiming that the MK Virus was divine punishment for men who had been ruining the earth all this time, and other conspiracy theories. In short, they had the extreme idea of raising female supremacy.

”Stupid. Don’t they realize that if all the men in the world die, it will be the beginning of global chaos.”

”What’s wrong, Charlie?”

”Look at this.”

Charlie showed the post to Aishia.

”What’s strange about this?” Aishia asked, looking up, her way of thinking was different from humans. As long as it didn’t harm Charlie, she didn’t care about anything else.

Knowing that, Charlie explained common sense to her. Don’t let Aishia be influenced by the nature of feminism.

”If all men die, the human population will collapse in a short time. Without men, natural reproduction is impossible. Even artificial reproductive technology requires male genetic material. In a few decades, humanity will be heading for extinction.”

”...”

Aishia looked down, listening intently.

”Besides, most of the professions that support our civilization—engineers, construction workers, soldiers, firefighters, miners, and so on—are mostly filled by men. Losing them means losing the foundation that supports the world’s infrastructure. Energy systems, transportation, security, everything will collapse.” Charlie continued, gently stroking Aishia’s head.

Unlike feminists of the past who fought for their rights and equality, modern feminists tend to want special treatment while degrading the dignity of men.

They claim to want the same jobs as men, but they only look at comfortable jobs.

Are they willing to work as construction workers, cleaners, and other dirty jobs?

”True. Even in the medical world, the majority of surgeons and specialists are men. Without them, healthcare services will also collapse.”

Having Charlie’s memories, Aishia agreed with him.

”Not only that, most of the world’s economic leaders are men. Losing them will cause financial chaos. Large companies will collapse, and billions of people will lose their jobs. The world will return to the dark ages, trapped in anarchy.” Charlie added.

Aishia looked at him with furrowed brows.

”Then why are they calling this a victory?”

Charlie sighed deeply, his expression reflecting deep frustration.

”Because they don’t see the big picture. They’re only focused on their ideology without understanding the consequences. They don’t realize that this kind of gender war won’t bring good to anyone.”

As he finished speaking, the news broadcast on TV showed footage of a demonstration in one of the major cities in the United States. A number of radical feminist groups took to the streets, carrying banners that read .

Not wanting Aishia to be exposed to the twisted ideology of feminism, Charlie turned off the TV with the remote, feeling tired of the absurdity he witnessed.

”As expected of the so-called free democracy in America, that democracy is truly free.” There was irony in his words.

As the MK Virus reached its peak, the world was on the verge of collapse. The number of male victims who died increased rapidly, and now only 10% of the male population remained. Destruction seemed so close, and hope was almost extinguished throughout the earth.

However, a glimmer of hope appeared when Nakano Maruo sent his blood sample containing natural antibodies that could fight the MK Virus to the World Health Organization. This discovery was like a miracle in the midst of darkness, bringing new hope to humanity. All research laboratories from various countries moved quickly, working day and night to develop a vaccine using the blood sample.

For the first time in human civilization history filled with conflict and war, governments from all over the world united regardless of cultural, political, or ideological differences. A global emergency meeting was held, where every leader agreed that vaccination should be done as quickly as possible to save the remaining male population, which was 10% of the previous number.

After the vaccine was successfully developed, the top priority was set: saving the remaining men. A massive vaccination program was launched globally.

At the Tokai City vaccination center, thousands of surviving men came, most of them in weak condition.

Long queues formed on the city streets, heavily guarded by the military and healthcare workers. Among the crowd, the sound of heartfelt sobs mingled with despair. The women who accompanied their male family members seemed to be clutching their hands tightly, as if they didn’t want to lose anyone else.

In a skyscraper overlooking the vaccination center, Charlie stood with Aishia. The two of them watched this historic moment from above.

”The whole world has finally united. But why does it have to be in the midst of a disaster like this?” Aishia said softly, her eyes fixed on the thousands of people below.

”Humans are always like that. They only unite when they are already on the brink of destruction. If not for common interests, humanity would never unite.” Charlie wasn’t surprised to see this.

In the distance, a large screen broadcast live news from vaccination centers around the world. Reporters from various countries reported on the progress of the vaccination program with a tone full of hope. Behind the scenes, world leaders took turns giving speeches that emphasized the importance of global cooperation to save human civilization.

Military helicopters flew overhead, carrying crates of vaccines to remote areas that had not yet been touched. The whole world moved in unison.

However, behind that hope, a harsh reality began to be felt. With only 10% of men remaining, the world’s demographic balance was in chaos. Many countries began to panic about how to ensure the continuation of their population.

Discussions about cloning technology, artificial reproduction programs, and strict reproductive policies became the main topic in every global emergency meeting.

”Aishia, I’ll leave it to you.”

”Mm.”

The next moment, Aishia transformed into a spiritual form and disappeared; Charlie waited for her to bring the vaccine.

The vaccine was intended to be used on Fuutarou. After all, he wasn’t immune to the MK Virus. As soon as he left the basement, he would be immediately exposed to the MK Virus in the air.

Without waiting long, Aishia returned to Charlie’s side.

”Done?”

”Mm. This is it.” Aishia showed a small glass bottle and a syringe.

”Good, let’s go back.”

Tonight, the Abyssal Devourer will summon the second villain; Charlie must be on the side of the Nakano quintuplets and Fuutarou to protect them.

❀❀❀

At midnight in a quiet luxury hotel, a mysterious figure known as the Abyssal Devourer stood looking at the sleeping city.

Taking the form of a white-haired boy, he looked like an ordinary child, but the aura of darkness surrounding him radiated evil. His facial expression was cold and flat, as if nothing in this world could bother him.

”Failed, huh… It seems that the Savior who came this time is quite competent. Whatever, the MK Virus was just a test. If the Son and Daughter of Destiny died because of it, it’s a good thing. If they survive, it doesn’t matter.”

His attitude was indifferent, like a chess player who had just lost a pawn but was still controlling the game.

With light steps, the Abyssal Devourer turned to face the room. He raised one hand in front of him, creating a black magic circle that spun wildly in the air. The aura of chaos emanating from the circle seemed to envelop the room, creating pressure that could make ordinary humans faint.

”Summon.”

The magic circle glowed brightly for a moment before slowly fading. From within the dark light, a young man emerged. The figure was tall with short, dark blue hair that hung on the right side, while his eyes were dark brown, radiating sharpness. His appearance was so attractive and charismatic, a figure that would surely attract the attention of many women.

With a respectful attitude, the young man knelt before the Abyssal Devourer.

”Greetings, Lord.”

The Abyssal Devourer looked at him expressionlessly.

”Shishigami Hiro, find the Nakano quintuplets and Uesugi Fuutarou. Then kill them.”

Without hesitation, Hiro replied calmly.

”Understood.”

Not wasting any time, Hiro used his robotic brain, which acted as a supercomputer, capable of controlling any electronic device wirelessly, no matter how far away. He could find and interact with targets at any distance, including outer space, without requiring external media.

In just 30 seconds, he managed to hack into the city’s security system. Recordings from the past three days played quickly in his eyes.

”I found them.”

”Good. Do your duty.”

”Yes, my lord.”

Receiving the Abyssal Devourer’s absolute command, Hiro stood by the window. Suddenly, a mechanical sound came from his body. His back opened, revealing a high-tech, advanced machine like a cyborg.

The machines began to work, spraying high-pressure energy that produced a hissing sound.

*WHOOSH!*

In seconds, Hiro was lifted into the air, and with incredible speed, he shot out the window, across the dark night sky.

The trail of silvery blue light left by Hiro glittered like a falling star, signaling the start of a deadly hunt.

The Abyssal Devourer stared at the trail with empty eyes, his lips curving into a thin smile that was almost invisible.

”Savior, you may be able to stop the virus, but nothing can stop the darkness that’s coming. Son and Daughter of Destiny… it’s time for you to disappear from the game board.”
