Journey to Planar World

Calmly, she introduced herself with a speaking style that sounded like a wise old woman.

”My template is Tsukuyomi Tsukasa from the Tonikaku Kawaii series. My name is Farah Nadia, I’m from Malaysia. Previously, I worked as an ambassador in England and recently retired before eventually passing away. Currently, I’m reincarnated in the Arifureta World. I hope we can all help each other. Nice to meet you all.”

Her tone was warm, but there was a sharp glint in her eyes as she looked around before sitting back down. Her way of introducing herself became a kind of prototype, because after that everyone imitated her format.

The man in seat number II stood up next. His face was adorned with a small smile, but there was an aura of firmness behind his upright posture.

”Fujita Kazuya from Japan. I was the last samurai in the modern era. My template is Tsugikuni Yoriichi, the strongest Demon Slayer in history from the Kimetsu no Yaiba series. The world where I was reincarnated is the Konosuba World.”

’They are both elderly… Tsukasa is an immortal, could Farah Nadia have inherited her immortality?’ Charlie thought in his mind, then paid attention to the next introduction.

After that, the young man in seat number III stepped forward. With short black hair and an ordinary face, he looked inconspicuous. However, there was pride in his voice.

”My real name is Miguel Antonio. I’m from Brazil, and in my previous life, I worked as an instructor at the Brazilian Military Academy. My template is Cid Kagenou from the Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute series, and I was reincarnated in the One Piece World.”

Then the woman in seat number IV stood up. Her beautiful appearance, with long blue-purple hair, seemed refreshing in the suffocating Void Sanctuary. With an alluring smile, she spoke in a cheerful tone.

”Hello everyone, I’m Valentina Claire from Malta. I previously worked as a secretary for the CEO of Google. As you can see, my template is Hoshino Ai~ from the Oshi no Ko series, and I was reincarnated in the Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari World. Hopefully, we can all work together well. Nice to meet you all.”

When Charlie’s turn came, he stood up with a calm expression.

”My name is Charlie Avalon, I’m from Indonesia. My template is Karasuki Rio from Seirei no Gensouki, which may not be very well-known. My job in my previous life…”

He paused for a moment, then continued in a lower tone. ”I was a police officer. The world where I was reincarnated is the Danmachi World.”

”...”

Among the other nine, only Farah looked at Charlie with a different gaze. The name Charlie Avalon reminded her of a major incident that occurred before she died.

Indonesia and Malaysia are neighboring countries, but the relationship between the two countries is not harmonious, caused by Malaysia’s frequent shameless claims of Indonesian culture and food as their heritage.

There was no other choice. Compared to Indonesia, which gained its independence through a struggle with blood and tears, Malaysia’s independence was a giveaway from England. Therefore, Malaysia is envious of Indonesia, but refuses to admit it.

Therefore, Farah paid attention to the major events that occurred in Indonesia, which Malaysia could possibly use to mock Indonesia.

She remembered the serial killings of several high-ranking officials in Indonesia, an event that shocked the world.

’Could it be him? It’s so sad, you serve your country, but all you get is losing your family.’

Farah sympathized with Charlie’s tragic life.

’Hmm? What’s with that pitying look?’ Charlie frowned as he realized Farah was staring at him.

”...”

The handsome young man in seat number VI started his introduction after Charlie.

”My name is Wang Jian from China. I was a member of the Snow Leopard Commando in my previous life and died during an operation to eradicate terrorists. Gojo Satoru is my template from the Jujutsu Kaisen series, and I was reincarnated in the Naruto World. That’s all.”

Hearing that, Charlie couldn’t help but glance at Wang Jian next to him.

’Snow Leopard Commando, huh…’

Of course, he knew about that Chinese special forces unit. As a former member of Kopassus, he realized how high the unit’s reputation was in counter-terrorism operations. The fact that someone with a similar background was among the other Saviors added a bit of respect to his view of Wang Jian.

’Gojo Satoru… Wang Jian might be the strongest Savior.’ Charlie thought seriously.

Even he didn’t have a method to penetrate Infinity. The title of Gojo Satoru as the Strongest cannot be underestimated even though he was defeated by Sukuna. In the final analysis, Gojo Satoru’s defeat was because he didn’t know about World Cutting Slash. If not, he would have dodged instead of using Infinity as a defense.

Next, the man in seat number VII stood up with a sullen expression.

”Tsk. Thomas Taylor from the United States. I was a high school student in my previous life. My template is Kirigaya Kazuto from the Sword Art Online series, and my reincarnation place is the Overlord World.”

After that, he sat back down with an annoyed face, as if he was holding back frustration. No wonder, Thomas looked like the type of person who considered himself special for getting the opportunity to be reincarnated in an anime world like the protagonist in a fantasy story. However, the reality that everyone in this room had a similar – or even more impressive – background made his sense of ”specialness” fade. With his rebellious nature, this was clearly a big blow to his ego.

”...”

Next, the man in seat number VIII stood up. He had a majestic aura that was usually only possessed by someone used to holding high authority.

”I’m Oscar Leung from Hong Kong. In my previous life, I was the patriarch of the Leung family, one of the most influential chaebols in Hong Kong. I also participated in World War II. So, I’m probably the oldest here.”

He smiled slightly, continuing calmly, ”My template is Qin Shi Huang from the Shuumatsu no Valkyrie series, and now I am reincarnated in the Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic World. Hao.”

Oscar clasped his hands politely before sitting back down, but his aura still felt dominant, making some people look at him with respect.

Next, the young man in seat number IX stood up with a more modest style compared to Oscar.

”Frank Günther from Germany. I was a leading researcher working at CERN in my previous life. My template is Ishigami Senku from Dr. Stone, and I was reincarnated in the Darwin Game World. That’s all.”

Frank’s tone was short and to the point, reflecting the personality of a scientist who cared more about facts than small talk.

Finally, the woman in seat number X stood up. Her calm demeanor and graceful face reflected her professionalism.

”My name is Elena Petrova from Russia. I was a pharmacist in my previous life. My template is Maria Mikhailovna Kujou from the Roshidere series, and I was reincarnated in the High School DxD World.”

After Elena finished, everyone had finally introduced themselves. However, none of them gave any more information than their basic identity, previous job, and the world where they were reincarnated. No one knew if the people in this room would eventually become friends, allies, or even enemies in the future.

”...”

Charlie glanced around. On the one hand, they all seemed unique with their respective backgrounds and templates. But on the other hand, he knew very well that this diversity also meant the potential for great conflict in the future.
