Not Being a Trainer This Time

With so many Pokemon joining, the World Tree over there has gradually started to operate smoothly.

When Mew and Teddiursa come back, they’ll surely be surprised to see the completed expedition team base.

Naoki eagerly anticipates the expressions of the Pokemon upon seeing that scene.

Recalling how Milotic was attracted to the World Tree today, Naoki suddenly realized that the World Tree has immense benefits for ordinary Pokemon.

In terms of a cultivation novel’s description, the World Tree is brimming with ”spiritual power,” rich in ”immortal energy,” making it a sacred place that countless cultivators dream of residing in for long-term training.

And Pokemon are akin to cultivators; for Pokemon born in nature, they will prefer places rich in natural aura.

Having realized this, Naoki returned to the ranch, ate a few pieces of Translation Nuts Cake, and then gathered all the Pokemon in the ranch.

His gaze swept over the faces of the group of Pokemon before him, and he asked:

”The World Tree over there is almost built. Does anyone want to go and live there?”

Upon hearing this, Alcremie immediately asked.

”Mama?” (Will Naoki live with us on the World Tree?)

Naoki looked at Alcremie, and with a smile answered: ”No, I won’t be going over for now. That’s a place I’ve specifically built for you Pokemon, where you can live comfortably.”

The ranch is his lifelong passion, built up bit by bit with his own hands.

He and the Pokemon have lived here for several years, and it is full of their memories.

Naoki has accumulated deep feelings for this place; he cannot bear to leave.

”Mama...” (I see...) Alcremie pondered carefully, then happily said: ”Mama!” (If Naoki is not going, then neither am I!)

”Bamor.”

”Boni～”

”Gao!”

”Awoo～”

”Agassi.”

”...”

Pawmot, Ogerpon, Cyclizar, Dragonite, Koraidon, and other Pokemon nodded in agreement alongside.

Indeed, they will not go either; wherever Naoki is, they wish to be there as well!

Seeing this, Naoki couldn’t help but laugh: ”I’m not suggesting you leave! I just thought the World Tree would be more suitable for you to live, and it’s so close to the ranch, just a few steps away.”

”Bamor!”

The Pokemon still didn’t want to go; they wished to live with Naoki continuously.

This deeply moved Naoki; these adorable Pokemon... they were not raised in vain!

Since they all don’t want to leave the ranch, Naoki abandoned the idea of having them settle on the World Tree.

At the same time, he began to busy himself with Dragonite Delivery, as the development of Dragonite Delivery brought some problems in the online store’s operations.

For instance, someone specifically left messages on the store’s message board, asking if Dragonite Delivery supports cross-regional shipping.

At first, Naoki replied with [Sorry, the store currently does not offer cross-regional delivery service.]

But later, more and more people inquired, eventually even jointly petitioning the owner to start cross-regional delivery, willing to pay extra postage.

Naoki felt that other regions were full of Pokemon poachers and evil organizations, unsafe for Dragonite, so he had not started this service.

Team Rocket in Kanto and Johto Regions, Team Aqua and Team Magma in Hoenn Region, Team Galactic and Pokemon Hunters in Sinnoh Region...

Upon careful consideration, except for Team Yell in Galar and Team Star in Paldea Region, other regions’ villainous organizations somewhat engage in snatching rare and precious Pokemon.

Members of Team Yell are Pokemon Trainers from Spikemuth Town and avid fans of Marnie.

These individuals, aiming to help Marnie ascend to the Champion throne, often occupy inns to hinder challengers, seize transport tools, and shout interference during Gym battles.

Even so, Team Yell never seizes others’ Pokemon.

And as for Team Star, it is even more needless to say...

At this moment in time, Team Star has not even begun to appear.

Precisely because of the security issues in those regions, Naoki has long been unwilling to agree to start cross-regional delivery service.

Now, the number of inquiries has grown, with almost all of them being from other regions.

Staring at the overnight increase of over a thousand messages on the message board, Naoki was bewildered.

Until he inquired carefully a customer who had left a message, he learned what had happened and why suddenly so many people came.

As the saying goes, getting started is difficult and the initial steps are hard.

After passing the initial period of obscurity, Dragonite Delivery and Naoki Ranch’s store quickly gained a bit of fame online.

The reason being, no one had ever used a Pokemon like Dragonite for delivery before.

This shocking news spread from person to person, ultimately fermenting a bit on the Pokemon Forum.

[Shock! It’s common for online stores to use Pelipper for deliveries, but have you ever seen a store using a Pokemon like Dragonite for delivery?!]

The poster detailed their experience with Dragonite Delivery.

[The poster is a homebody; generally speaking, homebodies don’t like going out, I stay home every day with my Mimikyu.

Yesterday, I ran out of MooMoo Milk at home and thought of buying some online, after all, as everyone knows, Pokemon online shopping is extremely convenient; just place an order, and Pelipper will deliver the goods and letters straight to your hand.
