Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 475: Chapter 436 Anti-Piracy Broom

When the three beauties saw the Somali pirates already boarding the ship, yet Zhao Rong was still playing with his phone, they immediately warned him in a panic, ”Zhao Rong, what are you doing? Didn’t you see the Somali pirates have already boarded? Hurry, put down your phone and help us fight!”

Although the Somali pirates were closing in, Zhao Rong was still engrossed in the smartphone app, Paradise Shopping Cart. After he typed ’anti-pirate weapons’ into the search bar, all sorts of bizarre and even whimsical weapons instantly appeared. The first weapon was called the ’Anti-Pirate Broom.’ According to the description, once purchased, you only needed to give the boarding pirates a light sweep to send them all into the sea.

Without hesitation, Zhao Rong bought five Anti-Pirate Brooms, selecting ’Express Cannon’ as the delivery method. The moment he clicked purchase and paid, five brooms fell from the sky. He distributed them to Lili, Yu Lan, Xuelian, and his assistant.

”Everyone, quickly grab these Anti-Pirate Brooms and give the boarding pirates a light sweep!”

When Lili received the broom Zhao Rong handed her, her eyes went wide. She scratched her head and looked at him, confused. ”Zhao Rong, we’re trying to stop pirates from boarding, not doing a big cleanup. Why are you giving me a broom...?” With that, she stared at the broom in her hands, convinced it was just an ordinary, floor-sweeping broom.

The assistant also tossed her broom aside and complained to Zhao Rong, ”Zhao Rong, what the hell did you give us? An ordinary broom? Can it really fight off pirates? You’re toying with our lives!”

Just as the women and the assistant were suspecting Zhao Rong of fooling around, he took his broom and gave a light sweep at a few pirates who were climbing aboard. Instantly, the pirates were swept off the ship and fell into the sea, becoming food for the sharks.

When the three beauties saw that the broom in Zhao Rong’s hand was truly magical, their eyes widened. Imitating him, they began furiously sweeping at the boarding pirates with their own brooms. The Anti-Pirate Brooms didn’t disappoint; any pirate they touched was sent tumbling into the sea without a chance to resist.

After their frenzied sweeping, all the pirates who had been arrogantly preparing to board were instantly swept into the sea. All that remained were those in the speedboats below, armed with AK-47s and RPGs. The three beauties couldn’t help but look at the brooms in their hands with newfound respect.

Lili examined the ordinary-looking broom closely, looking at Zhao Rong in astonishment. ”Zhao Rong, did you really buy these Anti-Pirate Brooms from Paradise Shopping Cart just to deal with these pirates?”

As Zhao Rong swept more pirates into the sea, he also took a moment to clean up some litter on the deck. He laughed and said, ”Of course. This Anti-Pirate Broom uses an electric discharge principle, similar to an electric eel. Any pirate who gets swept is immediately electrocuted and falls into the sea...”

When Yu Lan heard that the broom in her hand could discharge electricity, she was so startled she threw it on the deck. Looking at Zhao Rong in horror, she exclaimed, ”Zhao Rong, this Anti-Pirate Broom you bought from Paradise Shopping Cart is incredible, but what if we accidentally sweep ourselves with it? Won’t we get electrocuted too?”

Hearing Yu Lan’s words, Zhao Rong comforted her, ”Yu Lan, don’t be afraid of the Anti-Pirate Broom. It has artificial intelligence built-in, so it only discharges electricity when you sweep a pirate. If you sweep yourself or someone else, it won’t go off. You have to trust that our country’s artificial intelligence is incredibly advanced now. At the very least, it’s definitely superior to anything from the United States.”

Upon hearing this, Yu Lan immediately took the broom and swept it over the assistant to see if it would discharge. Sure enough, when the Anti-Pirate Broom swept over the assistant, not only did it not discharge electricity, but it also had a massaging effect.

The assistant felt so comfortable she let out a soft moan. ”Holy moly, Zhao Rong, this Anti-Pirate Broom you bought is amazing! It fights pirates, sweeps floors, and gives massages. It’s like killing three birds with one stone!”

Xuelian strapped the Anti-Pirate Broom to her back, looked at Zhao Rong, and asked, ”Zhao Rong, this broom you bought online is amazing and can sweep all the boarding pirates into the sea... but what about the pirates in the speedboats with AK-47s and RPGs? We can’t exactly go after them with these brooms, can we?”

Hearing Xuelian’s concerns, Zhao Rong immediately bought another item from Paradise Shopping Cart called the ’Flounder Depth Charge.’ Once the purchase was made, he again chose Express Cannon delivery. Moments later, the Flounder Depth Charges fell from the sky.

After Zhao Rong received the delivery, he waved at a seagull flying overhead and said gratefully, ”Thank you, Seagull Courier. I’ve received the package.”

Then, as he opened the packages, he explained to the three beauties and his assistant, ”With these Flounder Depth Charges, dealing with the Somali pirates will be a piece of cake.”

Hearing this, the three women and the assistant widened their eyes, staring at the packages Zhao Rong was unwrapping.

Since it’s a depth charge, it must look just like a grenade, the assistant thought.

The three beauties, however, assumed the Flounder Depth Charge was a high-tech weapon similar to a torpedo.

However, when Zhao Rong opened the five packages, the assistant and the three beauties were dumbfounded.

The assistant stepped forward, picked up a flounder from the floor, pinched it between her fingers, and asked Zhao Rong with a disbelieving frown, ”Zhao Rong, were you scammed by the online seller? This is clearly just an ordinary freshwater flounder. How can you call it a flounder bomb?”

The three beauties also picked up the fish. They cut one open with a knife and found that its body contained nothing but fish meat and bones—no gunpowder, fuse, or any other component of a bomb.

A worried Lili looked at Zhao Rong and said, ”Zhao Rong, I think you must have been tricked. How can these ordinary flounders possibly deal with these vicious Somali pirates?”

Yu Lan also shook her head. She put the fish into a plastic bag and said to Zhao Rong, ”Zhao Rong, if you’re craving fish soup, I can make you a pot of flounder soup for lunch once these pirates are gone. But as for a ’Flounder Depth Charge,’ I think that’s the kind of hoax you’d see in a sci-fi movie. It could never exist in the real world.”
