Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Zhao Rong chuckled and said to his assistant, ”To tell you the truth, I bought this net from the Paradise Shopping Cart. It’s not only highly efficient but also packed with a lot of advanced AI tech.”

Upon hearing ”AI tech,” the assistant was startled. He looked at the three stunning women caught in the net and then back at Zhao Rong. ”This net looks like it’s made of ordinary material, and it doesn’t seem to have any special features. Could it be some kind of nanotechnology?”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong immediately gave him a demonstration. ”It’s not nanotechnology; it has artificial intelligence. Watch closely.”

With that, Zhao Rong issued a voice command to the net. ”Net, bundle these three stunning women up.”

The net instantly replied, ”Understood, Master.”

In response, the large net tightened, wrapping the three women into a tight bundle. Just a moment ago, the three had been struggling fiercely, but once they were bound together, they gave up their resistance and surrendered.

Seeing that the three women were subdued, Zhao Rong said to his assistant, ”Since they’ve been taken care of, go untie the net, cuff them, and take them to the police station.” He then handed his assistant three pairs of very sturdy handcuffs.

The assistant took the handcuffs, untied the net, and promptly cuffed the three women’s hands behind their backs. After securing them, he suddenly picked up a candle and a whip from the floor. With a lewd grin, he turned to Zhao Rong and asked, ”Brother Rong, now that we’ve got these stunning women all tied up, shouldn’t we… try something new?”

Seeing the grin on his assistant’s face, Zhao Rong knew exactly what he was thinking. ”A leopard can’t change its spots,” Zhao Rong scolded. ”You’re always thinking about that sort of thing.”

”Well, there’s nobody else in this hotel,” the assistant replied nonchalantly. ”It’s just the two of us.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong said mysteriously, ”Who says it’s just the two of us? There might be others.”

”Brother, you must be lying. Are you trying to scare me?” the assistant said, unconvinced. ”It’s obviously just the two of us in this room, plus these three handcuffed women on the floor. How can you say there are others?”

Before the assistant could finish, Zhao Rong delivered a sharp side kick to the wall where the television was mounted. The entire section of the wall crashed down, revealing a hidden room behind it.

To the assistant’s astonishment, the secret room was filled with more than a dozen men. It was a rule in the Wild Wolf Sect that all disciples had to have a large wolf head tattooed on their bodies. When the assistant saw the prominent tattoos on the men before him, he knew at once who they were.

”Brother Rong, you were right!” he exclaimed, looking at Zhao Rong in surprise. ”There really were people hiding in here.”

Zhao Rong looked at the dozen or so Wild Wolf Sect disciples who had suddenly appeared and sneered, ”You people from the Wild Wolf Sect are certainly meticulous, hiring three beautiful assassins to seduce me. But you’ve vastly underestimated me. I foresaw your entire plan before you even put it into motion.” With that, Zhao Rong burst out laughing.

The Deputy Master of the Wild Wolf Sect and his disciples had been hiding in the room. When they realized they had been discovered, they were all dumbfounded.

”What the hell? No way!” the Deputy Master said in disbelief. ”How could Zhao Rong possibly know we were hiding in the room next door?”

The disciples standing behind him were equally stunned. A man with yellow-dyed hair looked from the three handcuffed women on the floor to Zhao Rong and his assistant. ”This is impossible,” he stammered. ”This guy, Zhao Rong, was already dosed with a nerve agent. Why isn’t he dead? And how did he manage to subdue three gorgeous assassins?”

A disciple with green-dyed hair drew a sharp breath in astonishment. ”Hardly anyone in this world can survive that nerve agent. Could he have some kind of divine protection, or is he immune to all poisons? Otherwise, he couldn’t possibly be immune to it…”

A disciple covered in wolf head tattoos took a fighting stance. ”Since he managed to evade the three assassins, we’ll have to deal with him ourselves!”

But before the man could finish speaking, Zhao Rong snatched the vial of nerve agent from the floor and hurled it at him. The vial struck the tattooed disciple, and as soon as the chemical touched his skin, he collapsed. In less than a minute, he died of respiratory failure right in front of everyone.

When the Deputy Master saw that Zhao Rong had not only survived the assassination attempt but had also instantly killed one of his men, he asked in shock, ”Zhao Rong, how did you know our Wild Wolf Sect planned to assassinate you? How did you know we went to the Assassin Market and hired three female assassins?”

Zhao Rong smiled. ”Because I bought a Divine Artifact online. I foresaw your little scheme long before you ever planned it.” With that, he pulled something from his pocket that resembled an iFlytek translator. He showed the new gadget to the Wild Wolf Sect disciples. ”Since you want to know, I’ll let you die with a clear understanding. This device in my hand is called the Prophet Sensor. I bought it from the Paradise Shopping Cart specifically to predict the future.”

Hearing this, the Deputy Master was incredulous. ”No way. They sell things this magical online now? Can it really predict the future?”

Zhao Rong toyed with the Prophet Sensor in his hand. ”Although it can only predict what will happen one day in advance,” he said with a laugh, ”that’s more than enough.”

When the assistant saw the device in Zhao Rong’s hand, he asked curiously, ”Brother, you’re a genius! How did you ever think to buy something so magical online?”

Zhao Rong recalled the happy accident. ”To be honest, I was originally just trying to buy a translator online. I got a notice from the chairman that our next mission might be overseas, so I figured I should plan ahead and get one to make communication easier. I found one online that looked just like an iFlytek translator, so I bought it.

”But when it arrived, I was shocked. It wasn’t a translator at all, but this so-called Prophet Sensor.

”At first, I thought the seller had ripped me off. But then I discovered it could actually predict what will happen tomorrow. Out of curiosity, I decided to test it. I couldn’t believe what I saw. The Prophet Sensor showed me the Deputy Master of the Wild Wolf Sect going to the Assassin Market to hire three female assassins to kill me. It even showed him spending a fortune to import a nerve agent from overseas.”

Listening to Zhao Rong, the assistant finally understood. ”Brother Rong, I get it now! You used the Prophet Sensor to learn that the Deputy Master of the Wild Wolf Sect had hired three assassins to kill you. That’s why you set all this up to take them and these Wild Wolf Sect villains out!”

Zhao Rong nodded. ”Of course. Did you really think I’m so shamelessly bold that I’d come to a hotel in the middle of the night for a rendezvous with three strange women?”

Feeling ashamed, the assistant said, ”Brother Rong, I misjudged you again. If I had known you were here to take out villains, I wouldn’t have followed you, and I definitely wouldn’t have reported your location to Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian.”

When Zhao Rong heard that his assistant had already told the women about his ”rendezvous,” he quickly confronted him. ”You’ve got some nerve, haven’t you? You know how deeply Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian are in love with me. If you tell them something like that, they’ll get jealous and come straight here! We’re about to fight a dozen Wild Wolf Sect disciples. If Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian show up now, they’ll be in incredible danger!”

”Brother Rong, what should we do then?” the assistant asked helplessly.

Zhao Rong cracked his knuckles. ”What else can we do? We have to finish off every last one of these Wild Wolf Sect thugs before the women get here!”

Saying this, Zhao Rong prepared to charge forward and take down all the disciples. But before he could move, there was a loud knock at the hotel room door.

Then, three shrill voices echoed from the hallway. ”Zhao Rong, open this door, you snake! I knew it. Men always turn bad the second they get a little money and power! How dare you sneak behind our backs to meet three other women at a love hotel in the middle of the night! You’re audaciously lecherous!”

With that, the three women kicked the door open and stormed in.
