Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 841: Chapter 837: Half a Ton Not Enough? Add Another Half Ton!

”You’re the supplier?” Jin Rui’s eyes widened instantly as he looked at Huo Sining with surprise.

Huo Sining nodded graciously. Seeing the skepticism and distrust in his eyes, she shrugged slightly and said two words to Jin Rui, ”Wait a moment!”

Without waiting for his response, she turned and walked out the door.

Jin Rui was confused, but soon enough, Huo Sining returned with a sealed small box from a car outside and handed it to Jin Rui. ”Open it and take a look.”

Jin Rui hesitantly took the box. As soon as he opened it, he couldn’t help but gasp in surprise.

The box was filled to the brim with orange-yellow, translucent substance, swaying slightly, emitting a rich citrus fragrance. If this wasn’t Olive Fragrance Resin, what was it?

”This...”

Although Jin Rui didn’t understand company affairs, he had come into contact with Olive Fragrance Resin before.

Once, he traveled to the Philippines and coincidentally met with a company buyer. On a whim, he followed the buyer to Jinshan and witnessed the entire process of harvesting Olive Fragrance Resin firsthand.

So Jin Rui was very familiar with the changes in Olive Fragrance Resin during the procurement process.

But seeing the bright yellow Olive Fragrance Resin in the box that Huo Sining handed him, he couldn’t help but gape. After repeatedly confirming, he was certain that what he held was indeed Olive Fragrance Resin, not some chemical substitute.

The fluid, slightly sticky but ungreasy texture, and the pure rich fragrance were unique to Olive Fragrance Resin freshly harvested from olive trees.

That’s why Jin Rui was both surprised and skeptical.

Currently, there was a huge gap in the supply of balsam. Many large companies were trying their best to find sources, but as far as he knew, even several famous foreign perfume companies were at a loss.

Yet this young woman, who seemed only eighteen or nineteen, had unexpectedly obtained such high-quality balsam quietly. How?

”Pure Olive Fragrance Resin, with its aroma and medicinal properties completely intact. You should know better than I do about this quality. With this batch’s quality, it won’t be hard to sell at all.”

Seeing Jin Rui remain silent, Huo Sining cut to the chase:

”I’ve heard that many fragrance factories are buying Olive Fragrance Resin at five times the original market price, and the longer the delay, the higher the price. I won’t ask for an exorbitant price—just five times. If you agree, we can sign the contract right away. I assure you, buying from me will definitely be worth it!”

Jin Rui knew that Fangluohua had bought a batch at six times the price that Jin Rui’er aimed for. So, he wasn’t surprised by Huo Sining’s offer. In fact, he knew she was telling the truth.

The quality of the resin in her box was so fresh and lustrous that even he, an outsider, could tell. Forget about five times—even at seven or eight times, people would still scramble to buy it.

However, Jin Rui was still somewhat doubtful. On one hand, he was very curious about how Huo Sining managed to preserve such Olive Fragrance Resin. On the other hand, he was skeptical about her supply.

He knew that even ordinary Olive Fragrance Resin was hard to come by, let alone this top-quality product. He wondered how much Huo Sining could actually provide.

”Miss Huo, I won’t lie. The supply and demand for Olive Fragrance Resin are very tight now. My sister’s company is urgently looking to purchase raw materials due to a supply crisis, so we have certain requirements regarding quantity. Your sample is indeed top-notch, and the price isn’t an issue. However, how much of this quality can you provide?”

Jin Rui’s intentions were clear. As long as Huo Sining wasn’t a fraud, this trip would be worth it.

Moreover, since he had come across such premium goods, he would buy them all, even if there were only a hundred or so pounds to help ease the immediate crisis.

”How much do you need?” Huo Sining’s question left Jin Rui stunned. ”Half a ton, is that enough?”

”What?” Half a ton meant a thousand pounds. Jin Rui thought he had misheard, his mouth gaping in disbelief for a long while.

Huo Sining, thinking he still found it insufficient, frowned and added, ”If it’s not enough, I can add another half ton. This stuff is rare now, and I can’t gather much more for now. I can only provide you with this much temporarily. If you need more, you’ll have to wait until next year.”

Huo Sining actually had nearly twenty tons, but she needed to keep at least a third for her plans, so the raw materials provided to smaller companies were limited.

Nevertheless, Jin Rui stood there in shock after hearing her. ”A ton? Two thousand pounds?! My goodness! How could that not be enough? It’s more than sufficient. Two thousand pounds of Olive Fragrance Resin is enough to maintain Jin Rui’er’s supply for two to three years.”

His heart pounded with excitement, feeling as if he were in a dream.

He couldn’t have imagined that such a young woman could speak so confidently about supplying him with a ton of Olive Fragrance Resin!

This was premium Olive Fragrance Resin! A ton’s worth would drive many fragrance companies crazy.

Jin Rui even speculated darkly that if Fangluohua knew that while they intercepted Jin Rui’er’s supply, his sister managed to buy better quality Olive Fragrance Resin at the original price, they’d be furious.

Fearing that Huo Sining might retract her offer, Jin Rui nodded urgently:

”Enough, of course, it’s enough! But Miss Huo, don’t trick me. Are you sure this ton is of the same quality as what’s in this box? You’re not joking?”

Huo Sining smiled and nodded. ”Of course, it’s genuine. No tricks, no deception. Since I do business, I won’t tarnish my company’s reputation. If you’re satisfied with this batch, we can continue our cooperation in the future. I know words are just words for now. If you’re not assured, you can inspect the goods first and then decide whether to do business with me. How does that sound?”

Seeing Huo Sining’s clear eyes and calm demeanor, Jin Rui finally believed her, feeling both shocked and delighted as if he had found treasure. He nodded repeatedly. ”Alright, I’ll call my sister to have her send someone over!”

Saying that, he eagerly took out his phone and, dialing, said to Huo Sining, ”A ton of goods is beyond my budget. I’m not sure if my sister’s company can handle it all. Hold on, Miss Huo, let me ask my sister and see what she says!”
