Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 396: Chapter 395: To Save the Lolita, Fang Zheng Decides to Become.........

The convoy slowly drove out from the ruins and stopped in front of Fang Zheng. Shortly after, several bodyguards dressed in black got out of the cars, holding weapons and vigilantly scanning their surroundings. Then, the middle door opened, and a burly man stepped out.

It was none other than the President of Osaka Prefecture — Qiwu Zongxuan.

”Mr. Fang Zheng, I really didn’t expect you to arrange our meeting here.”

”It was you who said you wished to talk in detail.”

Fang Zheng yawned and looked at the man before him with a smile. Not long ago, he had received a call from Qiwu Zongxuan expressing a desire to speak with him in detail. He certainly knew what this ambitious man was scheming, and indeed, Fang Zheng also needed to have a good ”talk” with him now.

”So this is the prison where Heavenly Dao Palace keeps its prisoners?”

Qiwu Zongxuan was no fool, of course; he made sure to understand his destination before arriving, which was also why he brought a large number of bodyguards with him. Of course, this was merely a gesture. Qiwu Zongxuan was very confident that the other party would not do anything excessive to him. More importantly, he believed the offer he brought was more than enough to make Heavenly Dao Palace make a decision.

Thinking of the power of Heavenly Dao Palace he had seen in the video, Qiwu Zongxuan felt his heart heat up. If he could possess such power, ruling not just Japan but the entire world would be no problem!

This was the beginning of an era! And he would be the leader of this era!

Qiwu Zongxuan wasn’t worried that Fang Zheng would reach an agreement with His Majesty. Like others, he believed that those Cursed Children under Fang Zheng’s command could exert such immense power only because Fang Zheng had modified them or even experimented on them biologically, (although, strictly speaking, this was indeed correct). Such practices surely couldn’t be accepted by the naive Holy Son.

But he was different; he would do anything to fulfill his desires, even if it meant selling his soul to the Devil!

”That’s right.”

Hearing Qiwu Zongxuan’s inquiry, Fang Zheng nodded.

”I believe that there should be more honest cooperation and communication between our two sides. What you see now is the secret of Heavenly Dao Palace... This is my sincerity.”

Fang Zheng wasn’t wrong in saying this. The only people who knew about this were himself, Tilia, Mirune, and the Zerg. People like Natsuse were not aware of it, and Fang Zheng also had no intention of letting them know. Although this was for their sake, it was better not to let these children know too much.

”I see.”

Hearing Fang Zheng’s response, Qiwu Zongxuan nodded and showed a slight smile.

”Then, please lead the way.”

”Of course, follow me.”

As he spoke, Fang Zheng made a gesture of invitation and then led Qiwu Zongxuan into the abandoned factory.

”Mr. Qiwu, what do you think of alien life forms?”

As they walked into the factory, Fang Zheng suddenly posed a question that took Qiwu Zongxuan by surprise. Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s question, Qiwu Zongxuan paused, then spoke.

”Alien life forms? Honestly, I’ve never really thought about that...”

”Oh?”

At this point, Fang Zheng turned his head to look at Qiwu Zongxuan with interest.

”Surprising, hasn’t it ever crossed your mind that those Intestinal Viruses might come from alien life forms beyond the skies?”

”This...”

Facing this unexpected question, Qiwu Zongxuan was stunned, then his face twitched strangely a few times before he nodded.

”Now you mention it... it does seem possible... But Mr. Fang Zheng, as you know, in the current environment, just surviving is already all we humans can manage, things like that... we...”

”That’s true.”

Hearing Qiwu Zongxuan’s reply, Fang Zheng merely glanced at him silently before stopping in his tracks. freeωebnovēl.c૦m

”However... I think Mr. Qiwu, you should now start considering this issue.”

”...What do you mean, Mr. Fang Zheng?”

Qiwu Zongxuan was no fool, and upon hearing Fang Zheng speak, his expression changed slightly, and he stepped back a few steps. His bodyguards and subordinates also hurriedly gathered around him, surrounding him in their midst. They had already entered the interior of this abandoned factory, which besides some discarded machinery around, contained nothing else. Therefore, initially, Qiwu Zongxuan was not particularly worried, but now... he was no fool, Fang Zheng’s tone was obviously not normal!

”It’s simple, I only hope that you can prepare yourself mentally,” Fang Zheng said with a slight smile as he watched Qiwu Zongxuan’s reaction before narrowing his eyes and looking at the people in front of him.

And in the moment they were subjected to Fang Zheng’s gaze, Qiwu Zongxuan and his people instantly felt an intense sense of fear abruptly explode within their hearts. Before they even had a chance to draw their weapons, they rolled their eyes back and fainted.

”Humans really are fragile.”

Watching the bodies of Qiwu Zongxuan and his subordinates strewn around, Fang Zheng curled his lip, then raised his hand and snapped his fingers. Soon, from the shadows around them, Hydralisks and Aliens emerged, completely surrounding the unconscious humans.

Soon after, Lana also walked out from behind.

”These are the first batch of experimental subjects,”

Fang Zheng nodded towards the prone Qiwu Zongxuan below.

”Over to you, Lana. You know what to do.”

”Of course, Master,” Lana nodded, turning to issue her orders, and soon the Hydralisks and Aliens had grabbed the unconscious prey and dragged them into the basement.

In this way, the plan was officially underway.

Watching the scene unfold before him, Fang Zheng closed his eyes and let out an almost imperceptible sigh.

This idea had come to him after meeting Qiwu Zongxuan. Before that, Fang Zheng had been contemplating whether to use the Zerg to overrun this world. But after meeting the ambitious leader of the Osaka Special Zone, Fang Zheng suddenly realized that even without direct intervention, he could still conquer this world. Ambitious people filled this world, and if he could bring them all under his control, wouldn’t the world then fall into his hands?

Therefore, taking inspiration from the horror films he had once seen, Fang Zheng devised a plan.

Firstly, he required the Zerg to develop a type of unit that was completely obedient to the Swarm’s leadership but could also perfectly mimic and control its host. Lana had already achieved this through reengineering the Amoeba’s genes. It successfully modified the Amoeba to enter the host’s body, devour and digest the host’s brain, and then replicate it into a new brain. This ensured that the Amoeba units retained the host’s memories and also assured that the host’s will was completely destroyed.

This meant that hosts invaded by Amoebas would soon become members of the Swarm.

Of course, outwardly, they would not differ from before and even their mannerisms, habits, and speech would remain unchanged. But, they would all be loyal to the Swarm.

Next, Fang Zheng planned to use these Amoebas to control all the leaders and power holders in the Pitch Black World, turning them all into his subordinates. Then, through these leaders, he would issue orders to protect the ”Cursed Children” and implement a hardline stance.

Of course, this would inevitably cause dissatisfaction amid the Age of Plunder, which was exactly what Fang Zheng hoped for. Once those statutes favoring ”Cursed Children” were passed, people from the Age of Plunder would certainly act out, and these individuals would become the second batch of hosts for Fang Zheng’s Amoebas. Given the Zerg’s obedient nature, infecting all these individuals and combining this with harsh administrative measures would quickly create a harmonious environment for the ”Cursed Children.” And then, Fang Zheng would leverage this to gradually transform human society...

Finally, in Fang Zheng’s vision, this world would form a coexistence among the Zerg, humans, and the Cursed Children. The Zerg would handle ruling and control, while the Cursed Children would become a reserve human resource for Fang Zheng’s Heavenly Dao Palace. As for humans... whether they became breeding tools or useful talents would depend on their own choices.

Of course, Fang Zheng had no intention of eliminating the Intestinal Creatures just yet. In fact, due to the existence of the Intestinal Creatures, humans were currently confined to a concentrated area, making it the perfect zone for Amoebas to infect. Humans could not leave this area either because once they left the protection of the Monolith, they would be attacked and killed by the Intestinal Creatures. It could be said that this human oasis was an excellent testing ground for Fang Zheng.

While Fang Zheng had some reservations initially, now... he had made his decision.

To save those children, let himself be the final boss of this world!

After all, it wouldn’t be his first time!
