Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 470: Chapter 373: Resonance of Bonds (Triple Combo Chapter)

Adding on to that, playing around is indeed beneficial for strengthening relationships among Pokémon.

As it seems now...

”I really didn’t expect you to be bothered by this. Shouldn’t you be indifferent to such things?” Baimu was very curious why the Galarian Corsola would care about this.

Judging by its temperament, it was almost at the point of being unaffected by joy or sorrow.

It shouldn’t care about such small matters.

Upon hearing this, the Galarian Corsola’s expression turned melancholy again. Perhaps it used to be like that, but after staying with a Trainer for so long, it gradually changed.

Its state of mind was already unstable.

It’s all your fault!

”Alright, alright, I’ll go scold the Hydreigon and tell it not to bother you anymore.” Baimu patted the increasingly smoother head of the Galarian Corsola.

He turned and quickly found the Hydreigon, reprimanding it righteously.

The Hydreigon looked bewildered, then incredulously glanced at the Galarian Corsola, ”Sha-saw!”

Ah! You tattled!

”Saw!”

The Galarian Corsola sternly corrected it, saying that the tattle just came to it; it merely cooperated a bit and nodded.

How could that be considered tattling?

No slander allowed!

”Don’t zone out. This is your warning; don’t gnaw on the Galarian Corsola again.” Baimu tugged at one of the Hydreigon’s heads, trying to stretch its cheek.

”Sha-saw—”

The Hydreigon winced and lifted its two side heads, nodding vigorously.

Baimu nodded contentedly, ”Cooperation, that’s good. What do you think?” He turned to look at the Galarian Corsola.

The latter chose to stay silent, then began to tremble slightly.

Obviously very satisfied.

So he let the not-so-pitiful Hydreigon go.

”Sha-saw...”

The Hydreigon sadly used its other two heads to lick its face, feeling that ever since it evolved, its strength had increased a lot, but its Trainer was becoming less accommodating.

Does being bigger mean you’re not a baby anymore?

In the distance.

Many ”adult” Pokémon watched the spectacle, some with disdain, some chuckling, some thoughtful... or getting up to leave.

Baimu saw Lei Gong getting ready to leave and hurriedly asked, ”Is the Rocket Team coming today?”

Lei Gong gave him a look as if to say, how should I know?

”...It’s mainly because I’ve informed so many people. If they come in a week or a month, it would be really awkward for me.” He said awkwardly.

As the source of the news, without Lei Gong giving him a tranquilizer, he felt a bit uneasy.

After all, there’s no such thing as being able to defend against thieves for a thousand days; now that the Meteor People are on high alert, and Da Wu seems to be prepared, if the time is prolonged, things could really get tricky.

”Roar...”

Lei Gong stared at him, and after a few seconds, he chose to shake his head.

If he knew the exact time, would he need to continue lurking here?

”Alright then.”

Baimu saw that he couldn’t get an answer from Lei Gong and could only give up, watching as it ran away.

In the end, he was still curious about Lei Gong’s source of intelligence; could Lei Gong have a spy in the Rocket Team? A human spy? A Pokémon spy?

An unsolved mystery indeed.

He sighed silently, turning to the group of Pokémon, ”Let’s tidy up and start training.”

Not long after.

Just as Baimu was about to start their training, Zheng Fang and others came looking for him.

”Baimu! Did you see that? Lei Gong just ran off in that direction from here!”

”The Legendary Pokémon Lei Gong!”

”With such long teeth, roaring as it ran, howl-ow-ow!”

They chatted excitedly, as if they had witnessed some kind of spectacle.

When Baimu shook his head.

They all showed regret, ”You didn’t see it? That’s such a pity! You know, Lei Gong is a Pokémon from the Johto Region! We don’t know why it would come here either.”

”Indeed, I’ve never heard of Lei Gong coming to Hoenn before.”

”By the way, did it head to the Dragon Temple?”

”Let’s go check! It would be bad if it disturbed the elders and ancestors!”

A group of people left in a hurry.

”Such vitality.”

Baimu tutted in his mouth.

With sunlight illuminating the earth, Meteor Village seemed to suddenly come alive, with all sorts of roars and shouts echoing around.

Later in the morning.

A group of dragons set off from their homes, flying towards Meteor Falls.

These adult Dragon-type Pokémon often travel back and forth between Meteor Village and the Dragon Nest, carefree and enviable.

By contrast, the young Dragon Tamers were not as free and happy.

Because a cultural school exists in Meteor Village, established especially for the young Dragon Tamers who are idle all day, to make scholars out of them.

The young Dragon Tamers wailed endlessly, lacking the joy Ash Ketchum felt when attending school in Alola.

Especially when passing by Baimu.

Seeing him happily nurturing all sorts of Pokémon, the wailing of concealed jealousy grew even louder.

The short school path was as arduous as the journey to the Western Heaven.

Baimu quietly observed a moment of silence for them.

Basic education in the mainstream regions was already widespread.

Those wanting to become Trainers could attend Trainer School, while those wanting a regular education could go to normal middle and high schools; many even returned to school after their travels.

Previously in Verdanturf Town, Baimu asked Mann Chong, given his confusion about the future, why not go to school?

The latter expressed a fear of interacting with peers.

He couldn’t really handle a place like school.

Of course.
