Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 459: Chapter 370: Will of Evolution

”Inheritor?”

Baimu was quite surprised to hear this title, ”Aren’t you all inheritors? You clearly hold the power of Super Evolution.”

”Of course not.”

Zheng Fang laughed, ”An inheritor is responsible for passing down the history of the Meteor People, a candidate elder, and actually doesn’t have much to do with Super Evolution—although most inheritors do possess Super Evolution.”

”So that’s what is being inherited...”

Baimu suddenly realized that the inheritors in Carlos and the Hoenn Region aren’t the same, even though they all possess Super Evolution.

No wonder when Koruni received the Key Stone, her title was inheritor.

”If you are willing, you can also strive to become an inheritor,” Zheng Fang patted him on the shoulder.

Baimu froze slightly, ”Me?”

Zheng Fang nodded, ”That’s right, you haven’t mastered Super Evolution yet. Once you successfully pass the challenge and acquire the Key Stone, the elders will naturally give you this opportunity.”

”Cha...llenge?”

”Yes, this is arranged by the elders, though I’d love to guide you, staying silent is the basic rule.” The young Dragon Tamer shrugged helplessly.

And Baimu inevitably thought of the promise Xijana had made to him.

Sure enough, after obtaining six badges, he would receive the challenge related to Super Evolution.

For a moment.

He was excited, eager to obtain the fifth and sixth badges. But unfortunately, Meteor Village had everything except a train station, which was not enough to support this idea.

On the other side, Zheng Fang and others, in order not to continue wearing out the energy of Slowbro and others, released the Super Evolution and shouted:

”We’re going to Meteor Falls this afternoon!”

”Wait, I currently have other plans—”

Baimu quickly refused and told them he wanted to first raise his Shiny Feebas and Porygon.

”That’s fine too!”

Zheng Fang said indifferently, ”Even if you’re not capturing new dragons, you should take a look. After all, inside Meteor Falls is the ancestral land of the Meteor People, our ancestors have lived in there for generations, even we did not long ago, you should go in and see it, right?”

”...Of course, of course.”

What else could he say.

All the persuasive words were spoken by Zheng Fang.

”Audino~” A cute Audino appeared at the entrance of the Pokémon Center, waving to Baimu and others, indicating them to come over and receive their Pokémon.

As everyone walked inside.

The three members of the Village Protection Team whispered to each other.

”We’ll lure him over first, when he sees those elegant and beautiful giant dragons, he definitely won’t be able to resist. After all, as a descendant of the Dragon Tamers, a Dragon Tamer will always be a Dragon Tamer no matter the environment they grew up in.”

”That’s true, that’s true!”

”I, I think so too.”

Baimu: ”...”

Were the three of them whispering a bit too loudly?

But speaking truthfully, he was indeed curious about the previous dwellings and environments of the Meteor People. With the caves inside Meteor Falls, he inexplicably got the feeling that the previous Meteor People lived entirely in dug-out dwellings.

——

At noon.

Baimu parted ways with Zheng Fang and others, returning to Xijana’s home.

The aunt who had brought him here earlier sent over a rather lavish meal with the characteristics of the Meteor People, along with portions for the Pokémon.

”Wherever you are, there’s never a lack in the development of food.”

Baimu picked up something that looked like it was wrapped like corn, peeled it open, and found hot steam-filled rice inside, ”Is it a rice ball? Or a meal pack?”

On the side.

A group of Pokémon led by Aggron curiously ate their allocated food, finding it both fascinating and peculiar.

Occasionally, eating something that didn’t suit their tastes, they’d swap food with other Pokémon.

The joyful scene made Baimu feel very gratified.

Every time he saw his Pokémon being so friendly, he felt especially happy, although arguing is also a way to strengthen feelings, it’s definitely not the only way.

But very soon, his smile froze on his face.

Because Hydreigon had been munching on food for a while, and all of a sudden, inexplicably knocked against Aggron, who was trying to feed the Shiny Feebas.

Perhaps others might think it was accidental, but as the Trainer, Baimu could clearly see the difference between intentional and unintentional—this guy was clearly picking a fight!

”Aggron?”

Aggron turned its head in confusion to look at Hydreigon, asking if there was a problem.

”Hydreigon!”

Hydreigon chose to continue taunting with a look that said ’I bumped you, what can you do about it.’

This left Aggron even more perplexed.

”Aggron?”

It looked at Baimu, hoping to get an answer from the Trainer, since Hydreigon was too hard to understand, and only Baimu could somewhat grasp what it was thinking.

But how could Baimu know what mania Dragonair got itself into after so many battles in the morning, he went up directly to grab its big mouth, ”What are you doing? What’s the point of bumping into Aggron?”

”Hydreigon!”

Hydreigon shook its head from side to side, struggling, and suddenly became serious, pointing with its left head at Aggron and then using its right head to point at itself, ”Hydreigon!”

”What?”

Both he and Aggron were stunned for a moment by the call, and the other surrounding Pokémon also turned their heads.

”You want to battle Aggron?”

”Hydreigon!”

Hydreigon nodded cheerfully, happy that the Trainer understood its intention, and once again roared tauntingly at Aggron.

Today, Dragonair wants to challenge the top position!

Aggron looked at it in surprise, although knowing its top position would eventually be challenged, it never expected it to be so soon.
