Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chen Ming could tell from the database situation.

Although the identities of An Wuping and a bunch of people had ”I have a problem” written all over them.

Moreover, the colonial entry review definitely knew this when receiving identity information, otherwise they wouldn’t have proactively stored these identity details in a separate foreign population database.

Yet even so, the colony still opened up to people with unclear identities like An Wuping, without directly notifying the police department for arrest.

Clearly, false identities have become a stable part of the gray area industry chain in the Edge Star Realm.

Of course, whether it’s an industry chain or not is not important.

What matters is that An Wuping’s identity is in the section of the foreign population that cannot be verified through other colonies.

This is the reason that false identity holders face restrictions when entering relatively important places in the Empire.

So, what Chen Ming needs to do becomes very clear.

Although this database has various restrictions, his Spiritual Energy has already controlled the local Star System Government’s server.

Through mandatory means of Spiritual Energy, he can move An Wuping’s identity from the foreign population database to the local people’s database.

During this process, Chen Ming also fabricated An Wuping’s entire past, deliberately leaving a record of disappearance for a period of time.

Additionally, he inserted a record of An Wuping working as a mercenary for several years, explaining the reason why An Wuping was able to reappear in this Star Realm with the capability of single-handedly hijacking a Pirate Fleet and possessing a set of military Power Armor.

After getting these done.

According to the information Chen Ming obtained through some permissions from the Fourteenth Legion.

This data will soon be uploaded systematically through the local database.

There are massive changes to personnel database information annually, even monthly or daily, which are mostly audited by machines in batches.

The audit often stops at the Star Zone level; above that, the information is directly registered, and re-inspection is rarely conducted.

Usually, only directly registered personnel information in the Star Zone Level Government database undergoes re-check when input into the Star Realm Level Government database.

Chen Ming now only registered An Wuping’s identity in a Star System colony, so the data will at most be approved once by the Star Zone.

Further up, it basically smooth sailing all the way.

As long as this identity information modified by Chen Ming can pass one approval, it can be stably retained in the Empire’s database.

However, an adult who has never registered in the database and suddenly appears locally with an abrupt identity information inputted in dozens of minutes cannot directly pass even with the most naive computer.

Local identity registration definitely takes years; even if locals have several years of outgoing experience, relevant registration can be conducted elsewhere.

It’s impossible for a local person not to be registered for decades and suddenly register again.

So Chen Ming kept a bit of data handling, not immediately uploading this identity information.

Taking advantage of the data temporarily stored in the Star System Government database, while being restricted by a hidden program he designed, he let An Wuping visit the local Star Zone Government.

After spending a longer time there, using the same method to infiltrate the Star Zone Government department, Chen Ming again controlled the government database.

Then he controlled the Star System Government server to upload the information.

Of course, An Wuping’s data was marked as abnormal by the computer, prepared to be reported to relevant departments.

However, by that time Chen Ming had already controlled the server, forcibly modified the result, and had An Wuping’s data smoothly pass the audit and placed into the local people’s database.

He also attached every year’s registration record according to his design of An Wuping’s career.

Based on his current understanding, records in the personnel database log modification time for each data entry, not the registration time.

As long as the data enters the database, it essentially eliminates any possibility of being discovered.

Furthermore, since it’s audited in the Star Zone Level Population database, as long as it’s stored further up, it generally won’t be scrutinized again.

The Star Realm Level Government checking the past of a single person from a colony within a Star System under one Star Zone sounds extremely difficult.

From this moment, An Wuping’s identity can be considered thoroughly integrated into the Empire; at least from the database perspective, there won’t be any issue.

Throughout the entire process of doing this, Chen Ming found it somewhat challenging.

After all, such an identity, enabling entry into the Prosperous Star Realm, was something he wished to achieve when he hadn’t yet confirmed the full picture of the Mining Space Station incident, but always failed to acquire.

Now he only needs to rely on his abilities, and without even fully utilizing them, can easily obtain it.

This was a feeling Chen Ming experienced multiple times, all of which resulted from the changes brought by his strengthened Spiritual Energy.

With power, whether it’s status-related or personal strength, he can achieve things his weaker self struggled with endlessly.
