Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

But the prison doesn’t want to give up. The trouble of receiving a large batch of labor camp inmates back in a short time and arranging a place for them is imaginable.

Since that’s the case, putting this option together with the new conditions to negotiate with Chen Ming, they will definitely try the latter.

Although the whole matter hasn’t completely ended yet, after all, Chen Ming hasn’t started repairing and expanding the second Heavy Industry Colony.

But it’s clear to everyone that Chen Ming indeed has such capability, so ultimately a satisfactory result was achieved for both parties, and Chen Ming signed an agreement on behalf of the Lou Wei faction.

Anyway, the prison side only requires continuing to keep people detained, providing work, and the minimum standards of wages.

Chen Ming doesn’t need to worry much.

All matters are handed over to the Dusk core, with some robot guards deployed to oversee these prisoners, no problem.

Moreover, coincidentally, the government needs to establish government departments and security departments on the colony.

Not necessarily many, just that they need to do so.

Since there are such public departments to be built, the prison naturally ranks on the list.

If an agreement is reached with prisons elsewhere, those industrial facilities originally there for criminals can continue to be used as prisons by the colony.

Up to this point, the residential areas on the outskirts of the colony are thoroughly completed.

However, now, around the Stardust Level, there are still a large number of ships taking off and landing.

All are government and military vessels, continuously transporting Zuo Jing elements and investigating and interrogating them.

News will be promptly conveyed as it comes.

Those clearly found with evidence related to Zuo Jing are apprehended with Chen Ming’s cooperation.

Those with suspicions but no evidence are marked, facilitating Dusk’s surveillance by Chen Ming later.

As for those clearly without any issues, they can peacefully stay for their lifetime in Chen Ming’s colony.

The plastic industry jobs deliberately left by Chen Ming earlier are reserved for them.

Anyway, the job arrangements are also handed over to Dusk, with Chen Ming having no worries.

Jobs for over a hundred thousand people might seem daunting for Chen Ming, but they are definitely manageable for the Dusk core.

With the last Gamma Level Dusk core installed in a residential area region,

all Dusk cores are fully installed, tasks assigned, connected to their respective systems, and trial operations proceeded smoothly. Thus the entire colony is fully under Chen Ming’s control.

Chen Ming ended the use of Spiritual Energy as the metal liquid gradually receded, and the excess materials were piled back into the original warehouse.

Perhaps they may be useful someday.

While in the distant industrial zone, industrial facilities have started warming up operations.

Just waiting for the gambling agreement to end and the ownership of the colony formally transferred, Bai Quan’s contacts will bring the ships already waiting outside the star system with material to the planet, and the colony can officially commence operations.

At this moment, standing at the edge of the colony, Chen Ming once again created the Flying Locust Armor on himself.

He flew alone into the sky, looking down at this colony that has been rejuvenated in his hands, feeling indescribable satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment in his heart.

Although a purely industrial colony differs from his ideal, a comprehensive colony developed across the entire planet.

But at least it counts as a colony personally built by him, always giving an inexplicable feeling.

This is the result of his efforts.

Chen Ming landed back on the ground.

He re-boarded the Shuttle Boat kept at a distance from the newly built colony, aboard which Bai Quan and others were riding.

He said to Bai Quan and Major General Song, who had been waiting on the Shuttle Boat, ”The work here is finished. After my Spiritual Power recovers, we’ll head to the next place.”

Having mostly recovered from the previous sudden incident, Major General Song immediately greeted him with a smile, saying, ”All up to you.”

Although others didn’t look too good, they were better than before.

Clearly, Bai Quan did something when Chen Ming left.

Only Lou Wei sat alone in the corner of the Shuttle Boat, face filled with desolation.
