Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chapter 396: Chapter 143: Secret Operation_2

But as these star systems haven’t been completely controlled by him, there’s a risk of information leakage.

Therefore, Chen Ming’s target this time is set on these star systems.

And primarily on the three star systems he fully controls.

The initial choice to start the plan.

Begins with the industrial colony star system where Chen Ming first stayed with the factory.

It’s a relatively close-to-the-edge industrial star system within the Star Realm, where the four colonies can provide a foundation for Chen Ming’s colonial establishment.

Meanwhile, there’s a considerable number of Dusk entities that can support colony development.

And most importantly, the Brilliant Level Dusk has always been here.

Precisely because of this reason, the star system that Gamma Z first returns to has been temporarily excluded as the first choice.

Actually, that star system initially had an Alpha Level Dusk, but during the last time Chen Ming planned to escape, it was bombed by the Fourteenth Legion, and no new assignment has been made till now.

Chen Ming even specifically asked Brilliant about this matter before.

After all, since the star system has been fully controlled by him, a new Alpha Level Dusk coming over would basically be a direct gift to him.

But Brilliant’s intention is that this star system will later be taken over by a newly minted Alpha Level entity, but the newly minted entity is still transitioning from Beta Level core to Alpha Level core, which still requires some time.

And till today it hasn’t arrived, Chen Ming is no longer willing to wait, thus he can only say it’s somewhat regrettable.

Fortunately, he still has other preparations that can be used in this star system.

However, this will have to wait; for now, we should still prioritize this place with Brilliant.

Chen Ming connected to Brilliant via Spiritual Energy and said: ”The time has come, let’s begin.”

”Received.”

Receiving Chen Ming’s order, Brilliant, after confirming there aren’t any Dusk entities not controlled by Chen Ming within the star system.

Directly utilizes the internal communication devices of the star system to start broadcasting to the entire star system.

Delivering countless comprehensive task schedules it personally planned, meticulously one-on-one, into the hands of every Dusk entity controlled by Chen Ming.

There are a total of four industrial colonies distributed on different planets within the star system.

Three colonies spread with industrial facilities on the surfaces of ordinary planets and one floating industrial base suspended in the atmospheres of gaseous giant planets.

All the Dusk entities above started action upon receiving Brilliant’s orders.

Numerous factory production lines gradually ceased operation, countless Dusk entities moved out from the original industrial facilities.

They were installed on spaceships, robots, or according to Brilliant’s request, directly transported with a core to the cargo hold of a certain freighter.

Robots controlled by Dusk began collaborating with low-flying engineering ships to dismantle valuable industrial equipment.

Or assisted freighter fleets already spread throughout the colonies in transporting dismantled equipment and reserved materials from warehouses.

Numerous spacecraft were flying on the surfaces of colonies.

Different types of spacecraft have different missions, but from any angle, these spacecraft are methodically executing tasks, showing no sign of chaos.

Everyone busy for the same objective.

Only a small portion of Dusk entities received special orders to organize materials according to the industrial production tasks for the star system previously handed to Brilliant by Dusk, preparing the final batch or two for external supply.

Even though the colonies have stopped production, the previous batch of output still remains there.

Part of this output will be kept within the star system, but most of the industrial output needs to be regularly provided to other star systems.

Otherwise, if other star systems notice the industrial resource supply isn’t met, they will immediately realize something is amiss.

Once Dusk deliberately investigates, concealing a major move from Chen Ming becomes extremely difficult, even impossible.

Thus, leaving some entities to continue fulfilling previous tasks can be considered a preemptive preparation by Chen Ming.

If a star system is free from any suspicious messages and is operating normally, at least appearing to run normally.

Receiving incoming materials, exporting industrial products, everything seems perfectly normal.

Then, Dusk wouldn’t have any reason to doubt this.

As Chen Ming imagined.

Everything is proceeding smoothly.

Five hours later, the time has just reached midnight on Earth Time.

Chen Ming usually maintains a very regular schedule, but from today onward, he clearly won’t have any time for rest.

Now, he just lies on the bed with his eyes closed, pretending to sleep.

In fact, he is observing the situation in the star system through the Dusk entities within Brilliant’s star system.

The originally powerful industrial facilities on the four colonies have completely calmed, the colonies themselves are practically paralyzed.

Correspondingly, ships full of high-value industrial equipment and materials now crowd the surface.

Yet none have taken off, still waiting for orders.

Because at this moment, Brilliant’s Brilliant Level unmanned cruiser is stationed at the position with the shortest distance summing between the four colonies in the star system.

Beside it has been formed a complete fleet that has reached the teleportation engine carrying capacity limit.

Although most ships are freighters, under circumstances where Dusk can’t detect anything, even mostly freighters are sufficient.
