Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chapter 360: Chapter 134 Heart_2

It’s not that the greater the amplitude, the higher the complexity, but rather the faster and more obvious the changes in amplitude, the more the complexity of the Spiritual Energy Fluctuation will increase.

And the higher the complexity of the Spiritual Energy Fluctuation, it means that the eventual realization of Spiritual Energy becomes more complex, and the effect might be stronger.

However, under normal circumstances, after a Psychic uses Spiritual Energy, just by looking, one can tell the intensity of the Spiritual Energy effect, and with a rough estimate of the complexity, one can come to a conclusion.

Generally, it’s not often used, after all, the ultimate strength of a Psychic’s Spiritual Energy doesn’t solely depend on complexity.

It’s just that because this mass of flesh tissue only instinctively and passively uses Spiritual Energy, G3 needs to confirm this point.

Now it seems that when comparing the complexity of the Spiritual Energy Fluctuations in this mass of flesh tissue and Chen Ming himself, one could be likened to elementary school arithmetic, while the other might warrant a thesis on linear algebra.

Furthermore, the complexity of Chen Ming’s Spiritual Energy Fluctuations has always been increasing, especially after the first failure in Enlightenment Nerve extraction.

Combined with research from various aspects showing that there is virtually no connection in Spiritual Energy between a Psychic and the clone of a Psychic.

So no matter how large the gap is between the complexity of the Spiritual Energy Fluctuations in this mass of flesh tissue with Chen Ming’s genes and Chen Ming himself, it all appears very normal to G3.

It looks at this data not only to confirm the Spiritual Strength of the flesh tissue, but also to see what differences might exist between a Psychic and the clone of a Psychic.

And indeed it saw the differences.

If it weren’t known in advance, it would be impossible to think that this mass of flesh tissue was cloned using Chen Ming’s genes.

G3 continued to mark this line of content and looked at the last important data item.

Spiritual Energy Activity.

This is a value similar to the Spiritual Strength of a Psychic, but it’s the same standard used to differentiate between a Psychic and Spiritual Creatures.

Because only humans utilize the Enlightenment Nerve to grasp and control Spiritual Energy, whereas Spiritual Creatures do not have this Enlightenment Nerve; they are their own Enlightenment Nerve.

Clearly, this deformed mass of flesh tissue was not formed as a clone becoming a Psychic but was an independent ”Spiritual Creature” from the start.

Although G3 is not clear about the specific judgment standards for Spiritual Creatures, from its perspective, this entity certainly resembles a kind of Spiritual Creature more than a Psychic.

It can only be said that, after all, cloning is not a normal reproductive process, where different tissues and organs of the clone require original stem cells to differentiate and develop.

Therefore, during the formation process, the occurrence of this situation indeed has a certain probability.

But then a question presented itself to G3.

What exactly influenced this mass of flesh tissue to develop Spiritual Energy?

This obviously requires more in-depth research to figure out.

However, at this time, the equipment at this Cloning Research Institute only includes some devices for Chen Ming’s routine testing, allowing for only basic research.

To understand the principle behind the formation of this mass of flesh tissue, relying solely on these is certainly insufficient.

Therefore, G3 must inform the higher authorities about this matter.

And it itself has no authority to decide how to research this mass of tissue.

After all, this is the first case in Dusk where a cloned individual has developed Spiritual Energy.

Even if it’s not a cloned Psychic, but merely one of the body’s tissues of the clone.

Yet the first case is of significant value.

Therefore, after apologizing to Brilliant, G3 had Brilliant disconnect from the link and also requested Brilliant to keep this confidential.

It needs to contact the higher-ups to determine what actions to take next.

Under normal circumstances, if Brilliant were a normal individual in Dusk, then keeping this secret would naturally be its responsibility.

But now, Brilliant would immediately seek out Chen Ming as its first act and reveal this incident.

After all, the clone related to Chen Ming demonstrated Spiritual Energy, and it was part of a body tissue of the clone.

Regardless of how you look at it, even from Brilliant’s perspective, this situation is very unusual.

It should notify the authorities as quickly as possible.

At this time, some time has passed since Chen Ming and Bai Quan had their conversation.

Chen Ming is studying a scheme to bypass his inability to replenish spaceship fuel.

He had thought about trying to use the transformation function directly to complete this idea.

However, he didn’t find anything that could be directly transformed or manufactured using materials as fuel, unable to conveniently store the gaseous materials transported.

Even in the case of Zuo Jing’s Suicide Ships, fuel in general circumstances is used as an additional filler for spaceship space, rather than a necessity.

Thus, he can only choose to use the method of transporting raw materials to supplement fuel.

After his attempts just now.

The transfer of solid and liquid materials needed to manufacture fuel is now no problem.

Indeed, back when Chen Ming had conducted material transfers numerous times, he already understood clearly whether solids and liquids could be transferred; he simply wanted to reconfirm.

But gaseous materials are different; they are much more troublesome compared to solid and liquid materials.

Although Chen Ming has now realized that his ability is completely able to manufacture spaceship fuel at present, bypassing the issue of storing gaseous materials.

However, it won’t just be Chen Ming needing to use fuel in the future, and the actual use of gaseous materials is not limited to just fuel in this aspect alone.
