Chapter 358: Chapter 133 Cloning Research Institute_4

”All those failed experiments will be injected with a lethal agent and placed in a specialized cryo-chamber for harmless processing.”

”If you want to see it, just switch the circuit, and I’ll grant you access.”

Brilliant quickly observed the newly opened area in G3.

In the corner of the Cloning Research Institute, there’s a secluded area.

Here, several refrigeration units operate simultaneously, maintaining a low-temperature environment.

Placed here are several massive metal boxes filled with numerous distorted bodies and exposed chunks of irregular flesh. Severed limbs are strewn about carelessly.

Brilliant, lacking human consciousness, yet understands how terrifying such a scene is to them.

Especially since some of these flesh parts sporadically grow a Chen Ming’s face; Chen Ming surely wouldn’t handle it well.

This is also a disadvantage of mass cloning.

Brilliant recorded the situation here and continued back to the institute.

Watching G3 engaging in the final phase of detailed nurturing for fifty complete specimens in the incubation chambers.

Brilliant suddenly asked: ”Is there a probability that clones can be Psychics?”

”Yes, but records of that only exist on the human side.”

”We’ve done limited research and practical experiments on cloning; no Psychic clones have appeared yet.”

”What if one appears?”

”The probability is low, but if one does appear, I’ll need to manage my current work while collaborating with other subjects to study this Psychic clone, and I’ll be quite busy.”

G3 asked Brilliant in return: ”Are you curious about what such an existence would be like?”

”No, I just noticed the Spiritual Energy Fluctuation Detector showing fluctuations.”

G3 immediately glanced at the Spiritual Energy Fluctuation Detector; it had been focusing on controlling the cloning equipment, so it was normal not to notice other devices running automatically.

However, when it looked again, the readings were at zero.

But since Brilliant wouldn’t lie, G3 immediately retrieved the previous data.

Looking at the slight peaks above, it said: ”Indeed, there are fluctuations, but within the margin of error, so the instrument didn’t alert. It’s okay.”

Brilliant reminded again: ”Look further back, I just saw periodic Spiritual Energy Fluctuations.”

Without doubting, G3 promptly pulled up all the equipment’s data.

Soon, it did find an anomaly.

Starting approximately two days ago, the detector began identifying periodic Spiritual Energy Fluctuations, but each was of very low intensity, and the instrument usually treated this as error.

Brilliant tentatively guessed: ”Could there be some interference? Like Chen Ming’s Spiritual Stone?”

G3 denied: ”No, Chen Ming’s two Spiritual Stones are sealed in his Silent Alloy-made box.”

”Our Despair Spiritual Stone is embedded in the surface laboratory’s equipment, isolated from underground.”

”This situation shouldn’t be happening.”

”Chen Ming’s Ship Spirit? No, the Ship Spirit has lost its vessel and is too fragile, cannot break free from Chen Ming’s body. It must be some other reason.”

G3 shared all these thoughts with Brilliant, hoping for some advice from it.

But Brilliant clearly doesn’t understand matters of Spiritual Energy, nor did it receive instructions from Chen Ming in this regard.

In fact, Chen Ming probably doesn’t even know the Cloning Laboratory exists right under his institute.

Hence, it is powerless too.

G3 didn’t change its attitude toward Brilliant for not getting help.

After searching various places for a long time without discovering any results, it said to Brilliant: ”Temporarily consolidate the data stream, I may need to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Cloning Research Institute.”
