Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chapter 257: Chapter 108 Chen Ming’s Thoughts_4

Each of these Terminator unmanned fighters can be equipped with two small energy weapons.

And at the time of purchase, Speed Particle Technology gifted two types of weapons installed on the fighters.

One type is the Infrared Laser Cannon, commonly known as the Red Laser Emitter, a beam weapon capable of continuous output, persistently putting pressure on the enemy’s shield.

Though the pressure it provides is somewhat minimal, Chen Ming couldn’t expect too much from the gifted weapons.

The other is the PD point defense laser, which Chen Ming has an upgraded version of on his other ships, a point defense weapon used against fighters and missiles, with performance that is actually average.

But fortunately, the fighter’s weapons can be replaced, so Chen Ming will definitely replace the Torrent’s weapons with better ones later.

Of course, weapons are not the most important.

For the Terminator unmanned fighter, the most important is still its Terminator Core.

And the core’s greatest effect is just one.

Overload, and extreme overload.

To allow the weapons carried by the ship to exert 1000% power, and let the ship’s engine output power increased by dozens of times within a few seconds.

Concluding its life in the afterglow of the final energy weapon discharge, in the radiant light of the final fighter’s body.

It sounds somewhat ordinary, also somewhat similar to Luder Zuo Jing’s suicide ships.

But apart from the materials, the unmanned fighters basically don’t require any cost.

At the same time, a solid small fighter-sized, possessing small fighter engines as thrusters, can carry energy weapons and has a decent radiant energy system, the explosion power of such a fighter definitely surpasses any missile.

The effect of extreme overload at critical moments is absolutely very crucial.

Of course, if it were just this, then the Torrent would merely be a frigate with special abilities.

But if combined with Chen Ming’s abilities, when reserve materials are sufficient, the Torrent will let the enemy truly feel the terrifying oppressive feeling brought by the Terminator Core’s torrent.

From the appearance and the information Chen Ming understood before, he could see so much.

But he still needed to look at the panel for detailed data of the Torrent Level.

With the cooperation of Gamma B and the assistance of Chen Ming’s own capabilities, inserting a connector into the Torrent and putting Gamma B into it wasn’t a difficult task.

Soon, the panel of the Torrent Level appeared before Chen Ming.

Chen Ming’s gaze immediately focused on the one thing that shouldn’t appear on the panel.

Dusk Gamma Level AI Core (Damaged).

The panel of the Torrent Level showed two AI cores.

Chen Ming knew the Beta Level was Gamma B, but what was the situation with this Gamma Level AI Core?

Chen Ming immediately opened the Torrent’s three-dimensional imaging.

He then quickly found a Gamma AI Core installed in an independent small space in the center of the Torrent Level’s hull.

Moreover, in this small space, there were clearly designed a large number of restrictive measures during the design phase that could directly damage the Gamma AI Core.
