Increased DifficultyLin Feng suddenly remembered the zombie dog that had jumped down from above when he first entered.

He looked up and, as expected, there was an operating platform that required a ladder to climb up.

The ladder was right next to him.

Lin Feng looked at the pack of zombie dogs and, without a word, rushed towards the ladder, holding the Little Velociraptor.

“Woof!”

With a command from the Dog King, the remaining zombie dogs swarmed forward, their speed certainly much faster than Lin Feng’s.

Fortunately, Lin Feng managed to climb onto the operating platform in time, then kicked the ladder down.

It was then that Lin Feng discovered this operating platform was originally used to control the large saw blade below.

If it was still usable, it might be able to help him.

Lin Feng looked at the operating levers and found they were rusty, and he didn’t understand them at all, so he simply operated all the buttons and levers.

Buzz!

“Holy crap! It actually works! Is the quality really that good?”

Lin Feng looked at the rapidly spinning saw blade with some surprise, then began to search for the lever that controlled the saw blade’s movement.

This saw blade could only move left and right, and Lin Feng quickly found the operating lever.

Then, Lin Feng moved the saw blade to below the operating platform, which would prevent the zombie dogs from jumping up from below, as the height wasn’t very great.

With the Dog King’s intelligence, it could easily jump up by just propping up a ladder or pushing a box over.

Now with this large electric saw, the zombie dogs below could only watch helplessly.

However, Lin Feng didn’t relax his guard.

After all, who knew how long this machine could run?

The operating levers were rusty, indicating that no one had been here for a very long time.

Bang! Bang! Bang——

Lin Feng fired several shots at the dogs barking wildly below.

After several zombie dogs were killed in succession, the Dog King also realized that it couldn’t force its way through.

After roaring a few times at the surviving zombie dogs in front, it disappeared.

Soon, all the zombie dogs surrounding the operating platform also vanished.

As they ran, Lin Feng shot and killed 5 more.

Now there were only 10 zombie dogs left.

As expected, these zombie dogs were preparing to wait for him to go down, or for this electric saw to stop.

Lin Feng temporarily breathed a sigh of relief, then his gaze began to search for that blue container.

“Found it!”

Lin Feng was delighted, because the container holding the weapon supply box was not far from him, about 20 meters away.

There was a damaged truck, and behind it was dragging that blue container.

Now that the zombie dogs were gone, should he risk going down to get the guns from the weapon supply box?

That way, he wouldn’t have to fear a few mere zombie dogs.

Just then, the electric saw below suddenly made a rattling sound.

After a while, it stopped.

Well, now he didn’t need to go down.

Those zombie dogs were probably coming soon.

As Lin Feng expected, after the electric saw stopped, the remaining zombie dogs immediately rushed over.

“Roar!!”

“Woof woof woof!!”

...

The Dog King was the first to jump onto the stopped electric saw, then tried to use it as leverage to jump onto the operating platform.

Lin Feng reacted quickly and fired a shot at the Dog King, but he never expected that the opponent was already prepared, instantly changing its posture in mid-air and dodging most of the pellets.

It only suffered a slight injury, which did not affect its combat effectiveness at all.

“Roar!”

Just as the Dog King was about to pounce on Lin Feng, the Little Velociraptor bit its neck tightly.

“Roar!!!”

While the Velociraptor and the Dog King were fighting, the remaining 9 zombie dogs also jumped over from the electric saw.

These zombie dogs had no intelligence, so they naturally wouldn’t dodge in mid-air.

Lin Feng almost shot one with each shot.

After emptying the bullets in his gun, Lin Feng quickly threw it on the ground and switched to a pistol.

However, in that short time, the remaining three zombie dogs had already jumped up.

Lin Feng first punched one away, then stomped another under his foot, firing several shots at its head.

But there was still one he hadn’t had time to deal with.

“Roar!”

After the Little Velociraptor finished off the Dog King, it rushed over and successfully intercepted the zombie dog that wanted to ambush Lin Feng, easily biting off its neck.

Soon, the last zombie dog was also dealt with by Lin Feng.

“You’re good, Little Dragon.”

Lin Feng stroked the Velociraptor’s head.

The Dog King’s death was simply gruesome; it was torn into several pieces by the Little Velociraptor.

However, the Little Velociraptor also sustained quite a few injuries.

Fortunately, no critical areas were hurt.

Lin Feng quickly dug out two sealed syringes from a pile of rotten intestines in the Dog King’s stomach.

These should be the serums.

“Don’t move.”

Lin Feng comforted the Velociraptor, then directly injected it.

“Ouch~~”

“It’s alright now.”

Lin Feng breathed a sigh of relief.

Just now, the Little Velociraptor’s eyes had rolled back, clearly indicating it was infected with the zombie virus.

Fortunately, this immune serum was effective, working immediately after one injection.

Instantly, the Little Velociraptor returned to normal.

It had to be said, this time was truly a bit dangerous.

Fortunately, he had the help of the Little Velociraptor.

He hadn’t expected this little creature to be so fierce; it truly lived up to its prehistoric nature.

“Ding, congratulations to the host for completing the mission, rewarding 20 gold coins.”

Finally, it was completed.

Lin Feng smiled to himself, then went to the blue container.

A wooden box covered with a moisture-proof tarp was inside.

Lin Feng picked up the wooden box without a second thought.

He had to admit, it was quite heavy, at least sixty or seventy pounds.

Lin Feng struggled to carry it.

After finally getting back to the Elevator, Lin Feng took out all the guns and bullets inside.

One HK416 automatic rifle, 300 rounds of spare ammunition, 20 under-barrel grenades, one purple flare, one red flare, one yellow flare, and 2 Claymore mines.

The rifle was modified, not only with an under-barrel grenade launcher but also an optical sight and a laser designator.

There were 3 magazines, each holding 30 rounds.

The grenades were 20mm, and the flares were also launched via the grenade launcher, but Lin Feng probably wouldn’t need these three types of flares.

After fiddling with the rifle in his hand, Lin Feng aimed outside and fired two test shots to check the accuracy.

Now, with his marksmanship and this automatic rifle, his combat power was not just simply doubled.

“Let’s upgrade the Elevator.”

Lin Feng came to the screen and only then realized that tens of millions of people had died just now.

It showed how much the increased difficulty affected others.

“I, I, I actually came back alive!!”

“Upstairs, I didn’t dare to go out.

Seeing so many people die at once, I knew it wasn’t simple.

Can you briefly tell me what you experienced?”

“The floor I entered was a prison, but it didn’t hold prisoners, but zombies.

Fortunately, those zombies were all locked in iron cages, and there were only a few outside.

Fortunately, I used to play with bows, so I easily shot those few zombies with my bow and arrows.

The most important thing is that I also picked up a pistol on the floor, hahahaha!

I’m now one of those with a gun!

With a gun, won’t clearing floors be simple in the future??”

“So envious.

I didn’t dare to go out either.

I should have gone out to see.

Next time for sure!”
