Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Honey TrapAfter working for so long without success, Lin Feng was truly disappointed. At this moment, he suddenly remembered that brother who was very skilled in handicrafts.

Perhaps he knows how to make salt?

Thinking of this, Lin Feng could only give it a try.

Lin Feng: [Do you know how to make salt?]

Ye Hua, who was promoting bows and arrows in the chat room, quickly clicked on the message when he saw Lin Feng’s message.

Making salt?

He really did know how, but the conditions here were too restrictive!

Never mind, he would accept it first and then figure out a way.

Thinking of this, Ye Hua decisively replied to Lin Feng.

Ye Hua: [Brother, I know a little, I can try. Do you have the raw materials?]

Lin Feng never expected that he actually knew how, which was great. As for the raw materials, it was a good thing he didn’t use all the seawater at the time, fearing failure.

He still had two bottles of seawater left.

Lin Feng: [I’ve listed the seawater on the Exchange. You can just Exchange it for anything.]

Ye Hua: [Okay, then brother, please wait a few days.]

Lin Feng: [Alright.]

Lin Feng: [Oh, right, you probably don’t have anything to keep warm, do you?]

Ye Hua: [Yes, Brother, but I have a coat here, it should be able to withstand it.]

Lin Feng: [I’ll give you another blanket. If you freeze to death, who will make salt for me?]

Ye Hua: [Thank you, Brother!]

..................

Now that the problem of making salt was likely to be solved, Lin Feng’s mood improved considerably. This Ye Hua was quite a talent, knowing so many things. The blanket he gave him was actually the one he took from the wedding bed on the Ghost Marriage Floor.

Lin Feng had a premonition that this guy would achieve great things in the future.

Befriending him should not be a bad thing.

After dealing with the matters, Lin Feng rummaged through his cowhide backpack.

He finally took out the berry bush he brought back from the prehistoric world.

Recently, he had been a bit constipated, possibly due to an imbalanced diet.

He wondered if these purple berries tasted good.

Lin Feng picked one and put it in his mouth.

”Hmm!”

Purely sweet, no other taste at all, delicious!

”Awoo~”

”You want some too? Aren’t you a meat-eater?”

Lin Feng looked at the Little Velociraptor that had come over again and helplessly picked a few berries to throw to it.

He thought the Little Velociraptor was only curious and wanted to try them.

He never expected that after eating these few, it would ask Lin Feng for more.

”Ah, this... Could it be that you’re an omnivore??”

Lin Feng plucked off another handful of berries and placed them in front of the Little Velociraptor.

The other party continued to eat happily.

After eating some berries and a can of food, Lin Feng went to rest. He barely slept last night due to the sudden drop in temperature, and as soon as he lay down, Lin Feng fell asleep.

Because of the induction cooker, the temperature inside the Elevator was basically above freezing, while others still faced the risk of freezing to death or getting sick at night.

..............

”Beep, the host is about to enter the Metal Recycling Plant floor. There are large quantities of scrap iron, scrap copper, scrap aluminum, and other metal materials on this floor, no danger.”

Lin Feng, woken up by the system, clearly hadn’t slept enough. He shook his head and still put on his clothes, preparing to get up.

At the same time, he didn’t forget to clean out his cowhide backpack. Because of the existence of the stacking area, Lin Feng’s cowhide backpack was now much more spacious. One slot for dinosaur meat, one slot for goat meat, and three empty slots remaining, which was enough for loading things.

Lin Feng, having prepared everything, quietly waited for the time to arrive.

At this time, the chat room was also very active, with most people praying for a good floor. Unlike Lin Feng, they couldn’t predict the floor’s information in advance, so sometimes their preparations weren’t complete.

Or they didn’t know the dangers on the floor, and by the time they discovered the danger, it was too late to hide back in the Elevator.

[I didn’t sleep all night because I was so cold. I just hope the next floor is a warm place, and it would be best if I could get some warming items.]

[Has no one thought about making a chimney? Connect it directly to the vent. As long as it’s sealed well, lighting a stove or making a fireplace for warmth below would be no problem at all.]

[Dude, don’t just talk, do it! If you can make it, I’ll definitely buy it!]

[Yeah, among us billions of people, is there really no big shot who can make a fireplace?]

[The conditions are too poor. There are no bricks, and no materials to make a chimney.]

[I think we need to make full use of the information on the floors. For example, the forest floor, I don’t know if any of you have been there, but the mud inside is a very good building material.]

[Holy crap, now that you mention it, I suddenly remembered that when I was at a construction site, there were several bags of cement and a lot of bricks piled in the corner. At the time, I was only thinking about getting iron and wood, and completely ignored those useful things.]

[The person upstairs is awesome. I also want to take all the useful things, but the Elevator can’t hold them.]

[So the most important thing is to upgrade the Elevator. Only when the Elevator space becomes larger can one survive better.]

.......

Lin Feng looked at the content of the chat room and felt it made a lot of sense. He really hadn’t paid much attention to things other than the materials needed for upgrades before.

Of course, the most important thing was that the Elevator couldn’t hold them. Now with the stacking area, a lot of space has been saved, and he needs to pay more attention to other useful materials in the future.

[Ding dong! Elevator ascending, please hold on tight.]

.....

Soon the Elevator door opened. Although this was a safe floor, Lin Feng still brought his pistol and shotgun. There might be other Seekers on the same floor as him, so having weapons for self-defense was very important.

”Holy crap, there’s so much scrap iron in this place!”

Looking at the mountain of scrap iron, Lin Feng swallowed. These scrap irons were all crushed into iron plates and stacked, looking very neat. He wondered what kind of world this was, with so much scrap iron stored and no one managing it.

At this moment, on the other side of the scrap iron mountain, two people walked out of their respective Elevators.

”Hello, beauty! This place seems to have no danger. How about we don’t bother each other?”

”But, I can’t move these things, little brother, can you help me?”

Looking at the woman posing seductively in front of him, the young man smiled inwardly. It seemed this woman was no good either, so why should he pretend?

”Heh heh, give me some fun, and I’ll help you.”

Soon, the two began to entwine by the Elevator door.

..............

”Ah! You bastard!”

The young man, who was squinting, suddenly felt a sharp pain in his lower body, and the next moment his weight decreased by 100g.

Due to the intense pain in his private parts, the young man couldn’t even stand steadily, let alone resist. The woman pulled out a dagger and stabbed down fiercely.
