After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 2135: Chapter 2139: You Can’t Force Me

Luo Xiaoqian originally wanted to inquire if there was a piano in the villa, but didn’t expect such a reply from Luo Ke.

She didn’t think that he could play the piano as well?!

Since it had come to this, she couldn’t refuse, so she agreed immediately.

Seeing her agree to go for a walk and willing to listen to him play piano, Luo Ke’s heart was filled with joy.

After dinner, the two of them walked out of the villa, heading towards the beach, one behind the other.

Luo Xiaoqian casually discarded her shoes, holding them in her hand, treading on the soft sand. Luo Ke wore leather shoes, but to stay close to her, he stepped onto the sand as well.

Seeing him approach, Luo Xiaoqian moved a bit closer to the water, walking in the sea water and sand, once again increasing the distance between them.

”Shall we head back?” After a short walk, Luo Xiaoqian stopped, ”I want to hear you play piano.”

While walking with him, she had to be on guard not to walk too close, lest he get too close to her, making this walk pure torment.

”Alright.”

Luo Ke misunderstood, thinking she wanted to hear him play piano sooner, and responded with a smile.

Luo Xiaoqian walked to a rock by the beach and sat down, dusting off the sand from her feet before putting her shoes back on, while Luo Ke watched her intently, not looking at her feet, but focused on her face and slightly lowered neckline, imagining the beautiful body beneath her clothes, which stirred his thoughts.

Returning to the villa, Luo Ke directly led Luo Xiaoqian to a room at the end of the second floor.

This was a large music room, with a white grand piano set by the window, sound equipment on one side, and shelves of records on the wall behind the sofa.

”This piano was once used by Chopin,” Luo Ke walked past the piano, ”These CD records are all collectible editions from famous people, many of which are unique.”

He doesn’t love music but loves the pianos and records themselves.

Because he loves collecting all the rare things in the world, he enjoys the feeling of owning them.

”I like unique things,” Luo Ke turned his face to look at Luo Xiaoqian, ”especially you.”

Luo Xiaoqian managed to purse her lips into a smile.

”What would you like to hear?” Luo Ke sat down on the piano bench and lifted the piano cover.

”Anything,” Luo Xiaoqian walked over and stood by the window, striking a listening pose.

Luo Ke lifted his hands to the piano keys and began playing. In aristocratic circles, playing piano is a required skill. Luo Ke had studied piano in childhood, and his technique was quite decent, even praiseworthy.

However, he was merely playing the piano, not truly performing, just playing for the sake of playing.

Such music was unlikely to move Luo Xiaoqian.

She leaned against the window, watching his movements while her thoughts were of someone else, another pair of hands playing piano keys.

The piece ended without receiving applause from Luo Xiaoqian.

He turned to look at her, only to see her looking at him absent-mindedly, her lips slightly parted, a serene yet enticing pose.

Luo Ke stood up, walking towards her.

Enveloped by his figure, Luo Xiaoqian snapped back to reality, wanting to leave.

Luo Ke raised an arm to rest on the window glass, his other hand on her shoulder, his dark green eyes ablaze with a burning flame, ”Sissi, these days, I’ve been thinking about you, about us... those tender moments.”

Feeling his cool hand brushing over her skin, goosebumps rose instantly, and she instinctively recoiled.

”I told you, you can’t force me.”
