Destined Entwining: Capturing My Devoted Beau

Chapter 802: Chapter 408: I Will Support You Unconditionally

Spring Spencer: ”...”

She smiled awkwardly and said, ”Kenneth, I’m not really familiar with computer-specific terminology. What does a Technology-Specific Architect, or TSA, do?”

Kenneth Osborne patiently explained to her, ”A Technology-Specific Architect, which we also call TSA, is like this. Writing programs that can be applied to a particular technology is akin to building a house from scratch. And when building a house, an architect must first draw the blueprints.”

”A Technology-Specific Architect is like the architect who builds the house; he must design the software’s external structure before the programmers follow his architectural plan and write the code, which is essentially constructing the house.”

”His work mainly involves planning and designing for specific technologies. This is much harder than just writing code because his work directly determines how efficient the resulting software from the programmers is and whether it meets the application’s requirements.”

”If the other company truly had such an artificial intelligence application program more than thirty years ago, then they definitely had a Technology-Specific Architect who outlined the framework for them.”

”And then it’s about figuring out who the programmers under this person were, how their code was written, and whether there’s any literature to share?”

Kenneth Osborne explained while asking Spring Spencer many questions.

Spring Spencer understood Kenneth Osborne’s point and quickly took notes, saying, ”I’ll help you inquire. I can’t guarantee I’ll find out, but I’ll do my best.”

”Much appreciated,” Kenneth Osborne took a deep breath and hung up the phone.

While Spring Spencer was busy asking people about the company’s situation, Kenneth Osborne was not idle either.

He searched the internet using his methods.

Unfortunately, it seemed that the company was either too cautious or too outdated, as it didn’t even have its own website.

They only had an official account on social media, which was set up the day before they submitted a complaint to the court.

Apart from this, there was no other information.

All the information about them exists only in summaries, introductions, and the hype on social media, along with the court proceedings.

But the company indeed exists, with its own office building, seeming not like a fake shell company.

In this light, they’ve operated for over thirty years without any income; who funded them to keep them running?

...

While Kenneth Osborne was tightly investigating the company’s situation, Lawrence Winters wasn’t idle either.

She thoroughly explored the Grant Branch of the Celestial Master Sect, even drawing out the organizational structure of their upper management.

Unfortunately, apart from finding out that the current Great Heavenly Master of the Grant Branch was friendly with the current Family Head of the Stetford Family, known as ”Uncle Nine,” Richard Stetford, she also maintained good relations with other figures.

Because this person loved taking photos, always wearing dao robes, smiling brightly in photos with the various big shots, then posting them everywhere.

She meticulously studied the walls of this person’s office, filled with photos of the Great Heavenly Master posing with political, business elites, and entertainment celebrities.

Of course, the Grant Branch also has its own website, employing very formal language.

If you didn’t know their background, just by looking at their website, you’d think it’s a blue checkmark certified institution, looking all formal.

Lawrence Winters laughed out loud a few times while reading their website’s news.

But the more it was like this, the less she could lower her guard.

Imagine an organization capable of sending killers to attempt to murder her family; do you think it’s Cloud Virtue Society meant only for laughs?

It just shows how well they camouflage themselves, appearing harmlessly clumsy, while privately being so dark.

Lawrence Winters felt regret for not finding a direct link to the Sheldon Family.

The Sheldon Family was just one of their clients, and half of the world’s elites are their clients; the Sheldons are merely a prominent one domestically.

Lawrence felt that Autumn Stetford would not let go of her easily, but unfortunately, she couldn’t find any evidence.

In modern society, one can question everything.

But without evidence, it’s just suspicion and cannot be used to accuse them.

And about the Sheldon Family, she’s also been paying attention to their Wells Residence Garden estate recently.

It seems like the Sheldon Family had moved out of that garden estate.

She heard Ryan Sheldon occasionally mention that Aiden Sheldon and Ruby Sheldon, along with Autumn, were still abroad and hadn’t returned.

Because Ruby Sheldon has been in poor health lately, they’re preparing to perform another surgery on her.

Her bone marrow hematopoiesis disorder is severe, simply put, it’s acute aplastic anemia, but it’s not leukemia.

It’s uncertain if they need a bone marrow transplant.

Aiden Sheldon and Autumn Stetford are either seeing doctors or on their way to see doctors every day.

They’ve nearly scheduled all the famous hospitals and doctors abroad specializing in aplastic anemia treatment.

When Lawrence Winters found out about this, her feelings were somewhat complex.

But seeing the other party’s dedication to their child, she’s still willing to extend a bit of trust.

She hopes they stop acting out of line; saving lives is paramount.

Another week passed. Lawrence stored all the information she could find in her computer, categorizing it, and began drafting her own action plan.

Her first step was to resign from NewHuman Entertainment Ltd.

...

Edward Foster stared at her resignation letter, speechless for a moment, then said, ”Lawrence, is there really a need to rush? If there are family matters, I can give you leave for as long as you need, with pay.”

”No need, Mr. Foster. If you don’t have the position, you shouldn’t take the responsibility; I can’t do that. You should hire another spokesperson for the public relations department; there are many people doing this job well now, and I’m not much better than them.”

Lawrence Winters smiled elegantly, ”Besides, Mr. Foster knows my family’s situation; I have to go back and take over my family’s business.”

Edward Foster sighed, closed her resignation letter, and then said lightly, ”You want to avenge your family, right?—I will support you unconditionally, so there’s no need to avoid me,”
