Chapter 1874: Chapter 1875: As Long As You’re Happy

The palace maid said, ”The Emperor said that he is very pleased to marry Your Majesty today, and drank a few more cups.”

”Is this drinking a few more cups?” Su Yi Jing’s sharp gaze fixed directly on that palace maid, so much so that the palace maid hurriedly fell to her knees in fear.

The palace maid hurriedly said, ”Your Majesty, the Emperor really said so, but I really don’t know why the Emperor made himself drunk. However, the Emperor said that if she got drunk, I should send her to Your Majesty.”

Su Yi Jing asked again, ”Is the Emperor getting himself drunk while visiting the Empress and the others?”

The palace maid immediately replied, ”No, the Emperor has never been drunk, this is the first time today.”

Knowing that Feng Feiyan was sober when she went to Empress Zou, Noble Consort Liang, and Noble Consort Sheng, Su Yi Jing’s expression was extremely ugly.

So she is willing to be sober for those people, but unwilling to be sober for him?

Su Yi Jing’s anger surged like a tidal wave, consumed by jealousy, and he looked at the drunken Feng Feiyan on the bed, almost wanting to throw her out.

However, after a while, Su Yi Jing made a decision. If she didn’t want to be sober and let him touch her, then he would wait until she was sober to touch her!

The next day, Feng Feiyan woke with a splitting headache, and as soon as she awoke, she saw Su Yi Jing lying next to her. She was first startled, then realized what had happened, and her face turned red.

But when she saw her clothes were intact and had not been touched by Su Yi Jing, she breathed a sigh of relief, yet felt some disappointment.

She belonged to him, and if he touched her, she would be willing.

But considering the extent of their relationship, and with him stating he was serving her, it made it difficult for her to face the situation of him touching her. Therefore, she had deliberately gotten herself drunk yesterday.

Moreover, before drinking, she had instructed that if she got drunk, she should be sent here.

But who would have thought, he didn’t touch her at all.

”What are you staring at me for without getting up?” Suddenly, Su Yi Jing opened his eyes, ”Or do you think that since I didn’t serve you last night, you’d like me to start serving you right now? Then let’s go ahead.”

Without any ceremoniousness, he flipped over and pressed her back onto the bed.

”No, no, I didn’t.” Pressed down, Feng Feiyan was panic-stricken, fiercely resisting. ”I still have to attend court, get up.”

Su Yi Jing remained pressing down on her, not intending to get up, and taunted her, ”Did you get drunk to avoid me serving you? Feng Feiyan, you’ve got skills now, haven’t you? Do you believe I won’t go kill those three, so no one but me can serve you?”

Even though Feng Feiyan was prepared for Su Yi Jing’s torment, she was still stabbed by the words, her heart wrenching painfully.

”Why not speak?” After waiting a while, seeing Feng Feiyan saying nothing, Su Yi Jing asked.

Feng Feiyan was no longer flustered; her expression was calm, and she spoke softly, ”Whatever makes you happy.”

”I am not happy! Not the slightest bit!” Su Yi Jing shouted in anger, but he didn’t explain why he was unhappy. He merely glared at Feng Feiyan with eyes full of anger, said these two sentences, and then stopped pressing her, got out of bed expressionlessly, dressed himself without asking for help.

Feng Feiyan’s clothes were intact, albeit a bit wrinkled. Su Yi Jing hadn’t removed her clothes last night, merely covered her with a blanket, so she didn’t need to dress and could leave directly.

She hurriedly returned to her quarters to change into the Empress’s robe before heading to the Assembly Hall for court.

And seeing Feng Feiyan leave Jingchen Palace, Su Yi Jing coldly instructed Ye Yi, ”Keep an eye on her, I want to know her whereabouts.”
