Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

At this moment, Li Younan was thinking about something else, a reminder from Lu Ye.

He had been considering ways to help Jing Chaoyi’s guesthouse attract more visitors. Li Younan suddenly asked, ”By the way, have you ever held a photography exhibition?”

Lu Ye was taken aback for a moment, then nodded.

Li Younan asked again, ”Is there anything special about organizing a photography exhibition?”

Lu Ye’s expression was a bit strange. He thought for a moment and said, ”Well, there are no particularly specific steps, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, you need a clear central theme. Secondly, the photos need to be framed, and the venue has to be adjusted with special lighting to create atmosphere. Other aspects, like promotion... that depends on the person.”

When Li Younan asked this question, Jing Chaoyi suddenly realized something and widened her eyes, ”Senior, are you...?”

Li Younan chuckled and said, ”I have a lot of photos on hand, and I was thinking of borrowing your little guesthouse for a small photography exhibition. You don’t mind, do you?”

Jing Chaoyi slightly opened her mouth. How could she mind?

At this moment, she immediately understood that the senior genuinely felt her guesthouse had too few visitors, which was too pitiful, so he wanted to help her attract some guests this way.

She’s not a fool; how could she not see it?

Moreover, guests attracted by the fame of the photography exhibition are usually high-quality guests.

After all, those who play with photography and are interested in it, regardless of age, are generally social and enjoy life. They tend to share their work on various platforms or in their photography communities and offline exchange activities, further boosting her guesthouse’s reputation.

Jing Chaoyi pouted and said, ”Senior, it’s not like I care that much about making money, but... you’re really kind, Senior.”

But after saying this, she suddenly realized something was off and sneakily glanced at Liu Li next to her.

Liu Li noticed Jing Chaoyi’s glance, tilted her head with a questioning look, as if asking, ”What’s up?”

Jing Chaoyi withdrew her gaze and just smiled sweetly.

...

When Liu Li and Jing Chaoyi returned from outside, they already had all the photos developed.

To be honest, this wasn’t an easy task, given that a photo exhibition requires higher standards—not just the clarity of the photos but other requirements that ordinary print shops cannot meet.

However, the two girls still managed to complete the task quite smoothly.

When the two girls took out the two large packets of photos, Lu Ye, who had been calm for quite some time, finally couldn’t sit still.

Initially, he was just curious and leaned over for a look, but when he saw the first photo, he was completely stunned.

Previously, when Liu Li said that Li Younan had nearly a hundred photos at the level of ”Sunshine over Golden Mountain,” he was skeptical, but when he saw the first photo in the stack, he realized it wasn’t as simple as he thought.

It was a portrait photo of two carefree Tibetan children. One was a little boy holding a handmade wooden bow, laughing heartily; the other was a shy Tibetan little girl smiling at the camera but sneaking glances at the boy beside her.

The expressions of the two children were extremely rich and particularly infectious.

And the entire photo, whether in terms of the use of light or the ability to capture emotion, reached a masterful level.

Although this photo might not have been as hard to acquire as that ”Sunshine over Golden Mountain” one, in terms of quality alone, it was an excellent portrait photo not inferior to it!

This was truly unbelievable.

Lu Ye hadn’t had the chance to look at the rest of the stack of photos, and at this moment, he felt a bit conflicted.

On one hand, if Li Younan really had a hundred such high-standard photos, then his photography beliefs maintained for so many years might completely collapse at this moment; but on the other hand, he was quite eager. If Li Younan truly possessed such skills, he would be in for a real visual feast today.

After obtaining Liu Li’s consent, Lu Ye nervously flipped through the first photo, then the second, third, and fourth... As he flipped through one photo after another, his expression gradually shifted from disbelief to numbness.

He then completely immersed himself in the appreciation of the artistic beauty of the photos.

Seeing Lu Ye’s expression, Jing Chaoyi and Liu Li felt a small sense of pride.

For Liu Li, having Li Younan’s photographic skills recognized was an extremely proud moment.

She didn’t disturb Lu Ye and patiently waited until he had browsed through every photo from start to finish.

This process took over an hour, during which Lu Ye remained seated at the table in the guesthouse lobby, looking at the photos.

Finally, he slowly put down the photography pieces in his hand, sighed softly, and with a somewhat complex expression, looked at Li Younan and asked, ”How did you do it?”

Li Younan smiled, ”What do you mean how?”

”Honestly, I’ve been doing photography for years and consider myself to have some insights and experience.”

”But in my opinion, in a perfect photo, the photographer’s role only accounts for thirty percent, and the remaining seventy percent relies on nature or the subject being photographed. The photographer is merely a recorder.”
