Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

”Move everything into my car. At this point, we need to manage all our resources in a unified manner.”

”Alright.”

”From now on, you both need to follow my arrangements, although there’s not much to do at the moment.”

Then Li Younan smiled again, ”Okay, let’s not be too serious now. Everyone relax, just think of it as camping here for a few days.”

”Look outside, the scenery is quite spectacular, isn’t it? You two play some games. I need to take care of something.”

Liu Li immediately stood up, ”Are you going out?”

Li Younan reassured her, ”Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere, just staying in the cockpit. With no internet, I need to get some external sound in.”

After saying that, Li Younan went back into the cockpit and finally managed to connect the car radio to an external channel after some adjustments.

He transmitted the radio sound to the living cabin’s speakers. The radio news wasn’t reporting the avalanche incident at this time.

Then Li Younan retrieved footage of the avalanche from the car’s dashcam and other surveillance records, and took some clips with his phone. Optimistically, he said to the camera, ”On this road, avalanches often happen, but there are no issues currently. Even though we’re trapped here, we’re safe.”

After putting his phone away, Li Younan prepared to go out.

It wasn’t long after lunch, so he wasn’t really hungry.

At this moment, the two girls were awkwardly chatting.

”Are you traveling alone by car?”

”Yes, I’ve been traveling like this for quite some time. Back then, I had just graduated, and Brother Li had just started traveling not long ago.”

”So you knew Li Younan quite early on.”

”Hehe, I remember Brother Li only had a few thousand followers back then.”

”But when I met Li Younan, she barely had any followers.”

”So, were you one of his first batch of followers?”

Liu Li fell silent. She looked at Li Younan, who just walked in, and then said, ”Not a follower.”

After saying that, she stood up and said, ”You were scared too, let me make you some fruit tea. Don’t be shy while you’re here.”

Li Younan found it amusing watching this scene as Liu Li tried her best to act like ”another host” here.

Zhizhi was taken aback for a moment, her eyes flickering slightly.

In the afternoon, the snow on the mountain fell heavier and heavier.

Li Younan helped Zhizhi bring over all her few supplies from her car, including some snacks and a half bag of rice that was quite practical.

As a result, there were now two and a half bags of rice in the car. In extreme circumstances, just eating this rice could sustain them for quite a while.

The following time wasn’t boring.

The three of them were trapped here but there was no urgency for survival, and with Li Younan’s consistently calm demeanor, it was contagious, making the two girls no longer afraid.

Indeed, as previously described, their mindset shifted to that of a brief camping trip on the mountaintop.

They ended up opening the PS5 to play games, with the two girls playing the fighting game ”The King of Fighters.”

Li Younan was eager to join but was unanimously dismissed by the two girls, ”You just watch from the side!”

”Yeah, yeah, why would you get involved in a fight between girls?”

The two girls moved swiftly with impressive combos, leaving Li Younan somewhat awestruck.

They wouldn’t give up, leaving Li Younan bewildered.

Then he quietly got up to prepare dinner.

Since it was snowy and windy outside, Li Younan decided not to use the large outdoor cooking station, opting instead for the small induction cooker in the car for convenience.

He simply stir-fried some beef with green peppers and a tomato and egg dish, and cooked a pot of rice.

Just as they were about to start eating, he took out the beer he had bought but had not drunk, poured three or four bottles into a health pot, added rock sugar, jujube, and goji berries, and brewed a pot of beer.

This brewed beer is a specialty from the Sichuan-Chongqing region, sweet and non-irritating, and very tasty.

Previously, Li Younan hadn’t drunk any because he had to drive, but now it didn’t matter.

With the heavy snow outside, drinking a cup of this beer would warm the body.

Although it was a simple dinner, the three of them were very satisfied.

The window shut out the snow and wind but not the darkness, so Li Younan pulled down the blackout curtain.

The three of them drank for a while, and the two girls’ faces turned red with eyes slightly hazy.

At this moment, Zhizhi rested her chin on her hand, gazing intently at Li Younan and said, ”Brother Li, thank you so much today, if not for you, I might not be here...”

That wasn’t untrue; the situation was very dangerous at the time.

If it weren’t for Li Younan’s early instructions or Zhizhi’s decisive action, her car might have been instantly swallowed by the avalanche.

The snow, mixed with rocks and broken branches, was incredibly heavy, and a buried car would have been impossible to open, perhaps even carried to the bottom of a cliff.

Li Younan said, ”Don’t think like that, the fact that we met today shows you’re destined to be safe.”

In fact, there were many coincidental factors that led to Zhizhi’s escape. If they hadn’t put the walkie-talkie in her car in advance, Li Younan wouldn’t have been able to instruct so quickly.

Zhizhi lowered her head deeply, ”I’ve had two turning points in my life because of you.”

At this moment, Liu Li, silent until now, suddenly interrupted, ”There’s one cup left, I’ll drink it.”

She poured the remaining beer from the health pot into her cup, stood up, gulped it down with a few swigs, and wiped the beer stain from the corner of her mouth.
