Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 1528: Chapter 774: Professional Actor_2

Yi Zhe felt his heart move.

But Chen Zhuo just spaced out for two seconds before regaining his senses and bowed his head again.

Yi Zhe sighed inwardly.

This kid is really reserved.

Zhou Yun, as if unaware, patted Chen Zhuo vigorously on the shoulder and said, ”You’ve got good taste!”

Chen Zhuo couldn’t help but laugh.

A bit of a shy, youthful laugh, yet very sunny.

...

Wen Bing sat at the top of the slope and said to Wang Zilin, ”It’s a good thing they got Zhou Yun for this film. It’s not just about acting; she also helps me guide the other actors.”

Wang Zilin said, ”Xiao Yun is amazing, I admit it. She’s completely guiding Chen Zhuo in his acting.”

”She knows Chen Zhuo can’t act and understands he’s shy, nervous, and too timid to perform. So, she didn’t force him to act; instead, she created a very normal atmosphere for him, which made him lower his defenses.” Wen Bing clicked his tongue twice, ”Truly thankful for her; otherwise, with this Chen Zhuo, I estimate it would take four or five days to get him into character.”

But Chen Zhuo obviously doesn’t have that much time to get into character.

He’s leaving for school tomorrow night.

Originally, he was supposed to leave in the afternoon, with several transfers in between.

Later, it was Wang Zilin who arranged a car to take him, allowing him to keep shooting in the afternoon.

Mostly because they feared there wouldn’t be enough time this afternoon, and they would still have to film the crab-catching scene tomorrow.

Wang Zilin asked, ”But Xiuxiu has been sitting by the river all the time? She’s leaving for school soon, and if we don’t film her now, we won’t be able to later.”

”No worries, just proceed as usual. When Xiuxiu goes to school, just film her naturally.” Wen Bing said, ”This afternoon, we’ll just shoot the two of them.”

Wen Bing’s eyes were focused on Zhou Yun and Chen Zhuo.

”You have to admit, after looking at Chen Zhuo for a while, he does look quite decent.”

”With his clear eyes and sharp brows, he looks good, just a bit tanned. But he’s naturally good-looking,” Wang Zilin said.

Wen Bing: ”Pity, he’s just too young.”

Wang Zilin shot him a disdainful look, ”What are you up to?”

Wen Bing: ”Oh, just saying.”

Wang Zilin asked, ”Where’s Little Yu?”

During filming, Yu Zhiyang was always on set, but he was nowhere to be seen today.

Wen Bing said, ”I sent him to write a character biography.”

”What?” Wang Zilin stared at Wen Bing in shock, baffled by the words coming out of his mouth, ”Are you serious?”

Wen Bing said, ”Serious. I wanted him to think to himself about what kind of character he portrays in this movie and what purpose he serves.”

”So utilitarian? Wen Bing, that’s not your style at all.” Wang Zilin was taken aback.

Wen Bing: ”Haven’t you noticed? The kid is very emotional and sensitive. All his reactions are immediate, a bundle of emotions with explosive power but lacking in structure. His rational thinking isn’t as developed as Xiao Yun’s, and he doesn’t know how to control it. Having him write a character biography can help him learn how to shape a character.”

Wang Zilin: ”Alright, if you put it that way, I can accept it.”

Wen Bing: ”...”

...

Zhou Yun and Chen Zhuo filmed in this river for four hours, right until the sun was about to set, and they managed to catch more than a dozen crabs together. The whole group returned fully loaded.

The crew was packing up on site.

Yi Zhe and another cameraman carried the camera, filming them going home, like following a documentary.

Chen Zhuo still couldn’t avoid the interference of the camera, frequently glancing at them, but wasn’t as tense as in the beginning.

Zhou Yun said to Chen Zhuo, ”Later tonight, you and Xiuxiu come to my house to eat crabs.”

Chen Zhuo nodded.

Just as he finished speaking, they suddenly heard Xiuxiu’s shout: ”Brother, Aunt Xiao Yun!”

Zhou Yun turned around to see that Xiuxiu had returned from school.

Xiuxiu ran over, thumping all the way.

”Did you catch any crabs?” Xiuxiu asked as soon as she arrived.

”We did,” Zhou Yun said to Xiuxiu, ”Your brother is quite amazing.”

Xiuxiu was especially happy, nodded, and said, ”Of course, my brother is amazing!”

Zhou Yun said, ”Come to Auntie’s house for dinner later.”

”Okay.” Xiuxiu nodded.

Crabs... Zhou Yun certainly couldn’t handle them.

In the end, Chen Zhuo stepped in to help.

This dinner wasn’t eaten until eight in the evening.

After eating, Xiuxiu started yawning.

Zhou Yun quickly said, ”Oh dear, already sleepy, better hurry back to sleep.”
