Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 1521: Chapter 772: Decision (2)

Yu Zhiyang made another ”hmm” sound.

”Did you teach yourself how to act?”

”Yeah.”

”If you were playing this scene, sitting in the courtyard, how would it be?” Wen Bing asked.

Yu Zhiyang said, ”I don’t know.”

He seemed so natural.

”Maybe... just imagining in my mind the scene at the river with Sister Xiao Yun this afternoon.”

Hearing Yu Zhiyang’s words, Wen Bing smiled.

”It’s not surprising you think that way.”

At this moment, a little girl suddenly ran into the camera frame.

”Aunt Xiao Yun.”

It was Xiuxiu.

Zhou Yun opened her eyes, turned her head in surprise to look at Xiuxiu.

Xiuxiu didn’t see anyone else in the courtyard, it was late at night, and she didn’t notice the large crane capturing the scene above.

The people in the house were also stunned, not knowing what to do.

Zhou Yun hadn’t heard Wen Bing shout ”cut.”

She looked at Xiuxiu, patted her head, ”What’s up?”

Xiuxiu said happily, ”My brother is back!”

Zhou Yun was taken aback.

In the house, Wen Bing picked up the walkie-talkie, quietly gave the command, ”Follow the camera.”

So, the crane camera slowly moved closer to everyone.

The sound of footsteps came closer, following Xiuxiu.

Zhou Yun looked toward the sound.

A thin boy in a school uniform walked over.

He was a very handsome boy.

He walked up to Zhou Yun and politely said, ”Hello, Aunt Xiao Yun, I’m Chen Zhuo, Xiuxiu’s brother.”

Zhou Yun showed a gentle smile, ”Hello.”

Chen Zhuo said, ”Xiuxiu told me you also want to catch crabs from the river, I...”

He hesitated a bit.

”If you’re still interested, how about I take you tomorrow?”

Zhou Yun showed a surprised expression, her eyes sparkling, ”Really? Great, that’s wonderful.”

Chen Zhuo smiled a bit shyly.

”Did you just get back from school? No classes tomorrow?”

”It’s a mid-month break, we have a two-day break.” Chen Zhuo spoke very politely, and his Mandarin was very standard, but his voice had that unique adolescent change, unable to fully control his pitch, yet it made him seem even more youthful.

Wen Bing still hadn’t called ”cut”?

Zhou Yun was puzzled inside but continued talking with Chen Zhuo and Xiuxiu.

”Xiao Zhuo, which middle school do you go to?”

”Linjiang City No. 1 Middle School.” Chen Zhuo replied.

”That’s impressive, it’s the top high school in the city, right?” Zhou Yun asked with a smile.

Xiuxiu had told her about this before.

Chen Zhuo nodded shyly, his nod was very slight, as if embarrassed to boast about his school being the best in the city.

Zhou Yun suddenly remembered something, ”Oh, come in and have something to eat, you two.”

She got up and invited the two kids into the house.

Although the camera was still recording, Zhou Yun felt that the two kids had been standing in the courtyard for too long, it was too cold. They should come inside to eat some snacks and have a drink of water.

But Chen Zhuo quickly declined.

”Thank you, Aunt Xiao Yun, we won’t eat. We’ve already brushed our teeth, and we’ll be going to bed soon.” He politely gave an excuse.

Zhou Yun: ”Huh? You brushed your teeth this early?”

Xiuxiu said, ”My brother has to get up early tomorrow.”

”But there’s no school, why get up so early?”

”Tomorrow there’s a market day in town, I’m going to sell the beef jerky and jam our mom has made.” Chen Zhuo explained.

Zhou Yun suddenly realized.

The town still kept their tradition of market days, on specific days, many families would set up small stalls in town to sell their goods.

”Then we’ll be going back now, Aunt Xiao Yun, we’ll come find you tomorrow afternoon.” Chen Zhuo said.

”Bye-bye.” Zhou Yun said.

She watched the siblings leave, standing in place.

She saw Xiuxiu’s small hand held by her brother, and this scene stirred a bit of envy in her heart.

...

”Cut!”

Wen Bing came out of the house with delight.

”That was a stroke of genius! I love this part!”

Zhou Yun came back to her senses, turning her head towards Wen Bing.

Wen Bing gave her a thumbs up.

”Really, I loved that part just now.” Wen Bing said, ”Later I’ll have Old Wang talk to their family and sign a performance contract with them.”

Zhou Yun looked at him in surprise.

”You want them in the movie?”

”Yes, just that part, I really like it, and I want to include it in the movie.” Wen Bing said, ”A pair of siblings living next door, look, after they appeared, you became so gentle, didn’t you realize? You had no defensiveness in front of the children, displaying a very special, uniquely feminine gentleness.”
