Rebecca Ward’s face flushed red, her eyes filled with admiration: “I’m not afraid.”

Raelynn Howell’s eyes were also shining: “Brother Carson, you must practice martial arts, right?”

Carson Flores smiled: “Yes.”

Raelynn Howell said excitedly: “No wonder, the ice tongs weren’t even fully pointed at the front, and you drove them so deep into the table.

An ordinary person couldn’t do that, and you moved so fast, it was just a blur, and then his hand got stabbed.

So impressive!”

Carson Flores laughed: “I originally said I would be your bodyguard to reduce trouble but it seems my trouble came first, ruining your fun.”

Raelynn Howell giggled: “What’s more thrilling than fighting, Brother Carson, are we really going to wait for them to call for backup?”

Carson Flores nodded: “If we leave now, they’ll definitely keep trying to find ways to cause trouble.

Better solve it thoroughly now than to have lingering problems.”

A young man with a tattoo sleeve came out of the bar, with his T-shirt haphazardly wrapped around his hand.

Bare-chested, revealing a body full of tattoos, he shouted fiercely: “Everyone, get him, beat him to a pulp for me!”

The youths around had already prepped their weapons—an assortment of beer bottles, bricks, and sticks–charging towards Carson Flores.

These hoodlums, experienced in brawling, were ruthless, but against Carson Flores, the God of Killing, they were simply out of luck.

Carson Flores charged forward as if an adult was beating kindergarten kids: with one punch after another, a group collapsed before one could blink.

Carson Flores did not hold back at all; the gangsters either had broken hands or legs, each lying on the ground wailing in pain.

Carson Flores casually tossed aside a stick he had grabbed, clapped his hands, and said: “With this kind of combat power, you dare to extort a million, is money worthless now, or has your brain gotten waterlogged, making you delusional?”

The tattoo-sleeved youth was stunned.

So fierce?

He swallowed hard and unconsciously glanced at Sergio Combs next to him, his eyes full of blame.

Who on earth did you provoke?

Are you trying to get me killed?

Sweat covered Sergio Combs’s forehead, his heart filled with fear and regret.

If he had known Carson was so formidable, why would he have provoked him?

Isn’t this just asking for trouble?

“I’ve already called Brother Knife.

He’s just nearby having a drink, and he’ll be here soon!”

The tattoo-sleeved youth breathed a sigh of relief: “That’s good.”

There were many bar patrons around who enjoyed watching the show.

Knowing that reinforcements were on their way, the tattoo-sleeved youth’s morale skyrocketed: “Don’t get cocky.

Brother Knife will be here shortly, and when he arrives, he’ll make you kneel and beg for mercy!”

Carson Flores, smiling, asked: “This Brother Knife you speak of, who cuts people at the drop of a hat, sounds pretty awe-inspiring.

Which deity is he?”

The tattoo-sleeved youth sneered: “Brother Knife is nicknamed ‘Fast Knife.’ His knife is so swift no drops of water can touch it, and in the blink of an eye, he can slash eight cuts on your body.

When he started cutting people, you were still wearing open-crotch pants.

His most famous feat is single-handedly defeating a whole street full of people.

Kid, just wait for your death.”

Carson Flores’s expression suddenly became quite strange.

Black Bamboo Corporation’s ‘Fast Knife’ Jose Rich?

The one whose arm he had broken with a stick and then knocked out?

Carson Flores’s gaze fell on Sergio Combs, his interest piqued: “Sergio Combs, are you close with this Brother Knife?”

Sergio Combs sneered: “I’ve had drinks with Brother Knife, what do you think?”

Carson Flores widened his eyes: “The kind where a group drinks together, you know him, but he doesn’t know you?”

Sergio Combs immediately felt insulted, his face turning red with anger: “My uncle Damien Baker is good buddies with Brother Knife.

I often drink with them.

Who doesn’t know me?”

Sergio Combs’s uncle, Damien Baker, was the head of the procurement department, and everyone in the sales team knew it.

Were Damien Baker and Fast Knife just personal friends, or did the Baker Family have ties with the Black Bamboo Corporation?

Carson Flores made a mental note of this and chuckled: “Now that you mention it, I’m getting a bit scared.”

Sergio Combs wasn’t stupid.

He heard the mockery in Carson Flores’s tone and sneered inwardly, thinking that the kid was feeling invincible just because he could fight.

But once Brother Knife made those eight cuts on him, let’s see if the kid would still dare to act so arrogantly?

A business sedan glided over and stopped by the curb.

The car door opened and out crawled Jose Rich, his arm in a splint hanging from his neck, followed by three other men, one of whom was carrying Jose’s long knife.

“Brother Knife!”

Sergio Combs and the tattoo-sleeved youth ran over, and upon seeing Jose’s hanging arm, were both startled.

How did Brother Knife get injured?

And his right arm at that?

How would he fight now?

Regardless, even if Brother Knife couldn’t fight, he still had other experts with him!

Today, they were determined to deal with Carson Flores!

Jose Rich stood firm, removing the cigarette from his mouth with his left hand: “What happened?”

The tattoo-sleeved youth and Sergio Combs exaggerated the story, with Sergio emphasizing Carson Flores’s background: “Brother Knife, you have to help me with this.

Otherwise, I’ll lose all face today.”

Jose Rich walked towards Carson Flores with a sneer: “I’d like to see who this deity is that’s so brazen, beating someone up and not fleeing but waiting here for me?”

Carson Flores grinned: “It’s me, Brother Knife.

We haven’t seen each other for a few days.

How’s that concussion, all better?

Can run around with your arm in a sling now…”
