57: Chapter 57 Tucker Tyler Kneels Again_1 57: Chapter 57 Tucker Tyler Kneels Again_1 “Boss Lee certainly laid out quite a display today…”

Carson Flores’s eyes settled on the two men to his left and right, “But Iron Fist, Evil Ghost, you might scare kids, but with just the two of you, you can’t protect him.”

Carson’s words provoked Iron Fist and Evil Ghost, and both burst into curses.

“You cocky brat, do you believe I can smash your head with one punch!”

“That’s the spirit!

You’ve got a tough mouth, I hope you keep it that way and don’t beg for mercy later!”

Carson paid no attention to the two men’s shouting and approached Drake Bernard, resting his hands on the desk, “Boss Lee, I just want to ask one thing, do you know about the message I asked Tucker Tyler to convey?”

Drake Bernard smirked, “I know, it’s either him or me that has to live.”

Carson nodded, “It seems you don’t quite believe it.”

Drake Bernard said coldly, “I’ve thought of a better way.”

Carson smiled, “Is that so, let’s hear it.”

Drake Bernard stared at Carson, his gaze fierce, “That is for you to die.

As long as you’re dead, everyone will be happy and there’ll be no more conflict, right?”

“Good idea.”

Carson said with a smile, “So, you’ve prepared so many people here for me today, is this a Hongmen Banquet then?”

Drake Bernard said arrogantly, “In my territory, even dragons have to curl up and tigers have to lie down in front of me, trying to scare me?

I was in the gang scene before you were even born!”

Carson sighed, “Isn’t it nice to live a good life, why insist on seeking death?

Alright then, since you’ve made your choice, I’ll honor your ‘righteousness’.”

Drake Bernard didn’t waste more words and commanded coldly, “Kill him!”

Iron Fist and Evil Ghost both charged at Carson, Iron Fist’s punch whistled toward Carson’s head, and Evil Ghost drew two sharp, hook-shaped daggers from his waist, aiming directly at Carson’s stomach with a tricky angle and a ruthless attack.

A chill flashed in Carson’s eyes; this guy was aiming to pierce his belly and pull out his intestines.

No wonder they call him Evil Ghost!

If you so desire to be a ghost, then go be a real ghost underground.

Carson’s figure shifted, Iron Fist’s punch missed, and before he could retract, Carson had already landed a clean elbow strike to the back of his neck.

Crack.

Iron Fist’s neck was snapped by Carson’s elbow.

Evil Ghost’s knife missed, and as he stabbed back at Carson, just when it seemed the dagger would hit its mark, his wrist was suddenly caught by Carson’s hand.

Carson’s grip was like iron, and Evil Ghost found his right hand suddenly immobilized, as if it were encased in cement.

After a moment of shock, he watched in horror as his hand moved on its own.

It drew a smooth arc in front of him and then thrust the dagger he was holding directly into his own neck without hesitation.

Carson let go, and Evil Ghost fell with a terrified look in his eyes.

Drake Bernard’s face changed drastically as he pulled out the handgun that was ready at his side, raised it toward Carson, and pulled the trigger.

In the same instant, as if Carson knew what he was going to do, his body suddenly slid to the side, swiftly moving off the aim of the gun, and he returned a toss of his hand.

“Bang!”

As the gunshot sounded, a dagger went straight through Drake Bernard’s throat, and inertia jerked his head violently back.

The handgun fell to the ground, and Drake Bernard, clutching his neck, collapsed, his eyes filled with shock and regret.

Why didn’t I listen, why did I have to kill Carson Flores?

Isn’t killing Ethan easy enough?

Regret!

Carson didn’t look at the fallen Drake Bernard; he did what he said he would, three days is three days!

He didn’t want to kill Ethan, so let him die!

Carson turned his head, looking toward the doorway where Tucker Tyler stood.

Tucker Tyler’s face was pale, and without a word, he knelt down, just as he had three nights before.

Three days ago, he had seen Carson’s strength and knew if he resisted, he would die an even more gruesome death.

So, without hesitation, he knelt down, even willing to sacrifice a hand as a price.

Today, he witnessed Carson’s strength and ruthlessness again.

A man of few words but decisive in killing!

Iron Fist and Evil Ghost, two formidable fighters in their own right, hadn’t managed to make a single move against Carson, who killed them effortlessly!

Even with a gun in the boss’s hand, he was still instantly killed by Carson, who made the weapon utterly useless.

“Big brother, I advised the boss to take out Ethan, but he wouldn’t listen.

I’m just his assistant, and there was nothing I could do.”

Tucker Tyler’s back was drenched in sweat, fear gripping his heart tight, making it hard for him to breathe, yet his mind was incredibly clear at this moment.

“Big brother, I never intended to oppose you, I was just following the boss’s instructions before.

Please spare my life, and I can take care of the aftermath here for you.”

Carson laughed; this guy really did have a clear head, always able to say the most convincing things in the shortest time.

“You think you can handle it?”

Tucker Tyler did not hesitate, “I can, leave it to me, big brother.

You won’t have any trouble.”

Carson thought for a moment, “Drake Bernard is dead, but the one who hired someone to kill me is still alive and well.”

Tucker Tyler’s forehead sweated, but he still promised without hesitation, “Big brother, just say the word, and I’ll go take him out!”
