Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 827:- Victoria vs Robert [I]

Bang...!!

Robert dodged another of Victoriaʼs punches. ”If you keep this up, I will be very disappointed. After all, I was expecting more from you.” As he stepped back, suddenly sharp 3 to 4-meter-long earth spikes came out of the ground. Robert was able to jump faster. ”It looks like I will need to take the initiative now!!” But then hundreds of earth bullets were fired at Robert. ”And that was supposed to work?” Robert casually waved his hand. All the earth bullets that came near him were instantly frozen. Swoosh!!!

He charged towards Victoria. ʼHe has gotten faster!!!ʼ Robert was in front of her before she even realized it. A dark blue spear began to form in his right palm. Just as the tip of the spear was about to hit her, a wave of flame enveloped Robert. The flame rose from the ground. Bang....!!!

She was kicked in the stomach and was sent flying. She stopped after flying a few hundred meters back. ”You thought this was going to work?” As a Vermillion Inferno Dragon, the flame that she used wasnʼt any ordinary flame. It was many times more powerful than normal flames. But Robert wasnʼt an ordinary person either. He was specifically modified to be the ultimate weapon of Dragons. ʼEven though I used Blessing of Earth to increase my bodyʼs durability and defense by seven times, I still feel pain in my lower ribs.ʼ She stood up while wiping the blood from the corner of her mouth. ʼThere is no use in holding back against this man.ʼ Boooooooom....!!!!

Robert, who was about to charge at Victoria, stopped as he saw her Aura getting stronger and more ferocious with each passing second. ”You finally decided to go all out!!!” A bright golden light enveloped her body. Everyone on the battlefield stared at her in silence. No one knew what was happening. When the bright light disappeared, Victoria had completely changed. Dark-red scales covered her entire body except her face. The scales stopped just over her chin. She had two small, 3-inch-long black horns growing from her forehead. The horns were growing back. The color and the shape of her eyes had changed to Crimson vertical slits. Her arms and legs changed to powerful black dragon claws. Two pairs of beautiful black wings came out of her back. And lastly, she had a large 2 inches thick tail. The black tail had very small but very hard spikes on them. The tail was 1.5 meters long. ”What a terrifying change!! No wonder Boss was so interested in Dragons.” Robert felt that he had underestimated this woman. Compared to the first time he saw her, she is now at least three to five times stronger than before.

”This....!!” Lilith, Amelia, Amber, Sasha, Riya, and others who were watching were all stunned. This was the first time they had seen Victoriaʼs Dragon form. Before, she was so strong that no one was able to force her to use Dragon Transformation. ”Do you also have similar skills?” Lilith asked with a look of shock. After all, she can see the huge increase in her power. Her Aura had gotten so stronger now. ”I can also use Dragon Transformation, but I donʼt think the effect would match hers.” After all, her blood was a mix of Dragonian and Fox Bloodline. This resulted in her having the rare bloodline called the Ethereal Phantom Dragon-Fox Bloodline.

”For example, normal Dragonians and Infernal Abyss Dragons can transform into Dragons, but itʼs not a skill. Meaning they do not get any benefit from using Dragon Transformation.” ʼDragon Transformation!!ʼ ʼI obtained this skill when I evolved into Vermillion Inferno Dragon.ʼ ʼNever thought I would have the chance to use this skill.ʼ 『Dragon Transformation: - This unique skill is exclusive to the Dragon Monarch but has a lesser version available to all Vermillion Inferno Dragons under the Dragon Monarchʼs command. It grants the ability to fully transform into a dragon or change specific parts of the userʼs body into dragon form.

1. When more than 50% of the hostʼs body is transformed into a dragon all of the hostʼs stats except for Mana is increased by 50%.

2. When 50% of the hostʼs body transforms into a dragon, the hostʼs mana recovery speed will be increased by 30%.

3. Once Dragon Transformation is used, the chances of landing critical hits are increased by 25%.』

Swoosh!!!!

Robert saw her right fist. He tried to grab it, but for some reason, he could not see the second fist. Bang....!!!

The black gauntlets that she was previously wearing perfectly merged with her transformation. Now, the black gauntlet was covered by her red-dark Dragon scales. Robert felt pain in his right cheek. He did not get the chance to touch his cheek as she did not gave him the chance. While barely dodging her 4th punch, he took another step back. Robert saw the 5th punch already coming at him. He was about to dodge her attack when flames covered her right arm, and suddenly, the speed of her attack increased by three times. Bang.....!!!!

The last thing that he saw before being hit by the punch was five glowing rune circles around her wrist and forearm. There was a one-inch distance between each rune circle. The rune circles themselves were spinning around her arm. ʼWhat are these runes circles?ʼ Robert had seen them when their fight had just begun. ʼFor some reason, I am feeling overwhelmed.ʼ While gritting, he forcefully took a few steps back. ʼSince she transformed, she has become dangerous.ʼ

ʼAt this rate, I will need to open the seal.ʼ Robert was very unwilling to do that. This seal was meant for the Dragon Monarch. He felt humiliated just by the thought of needing to open the seal to deal with one of the Dragon Monarchʼs subordinates. Suddenly, he felt very angry. ”I am not that weak!!!”

Victoria forcefully stopped herself in midair as she saw a dark blue spear with the tip of the spear being light blue thrown at her. ʼThis isnʼt made from ice!!!ʼ Just as the spear was about to hit her, she disappeared. ʼWhere di...!!ʼ He couldnʼt even finish as he saw a dark brown spear tip from the corner of his left eye. Robert immediately shifted his body as much as he could. ”This might be it!!” Lilith and others became excited for a second. Clang...!!!!

But at the last second, a transparent ice barrier formed over his chest and protected him. ”But how? I thought....!!” Victoria could not finish when Robertʼs spear pierced her left shoulder from behind. When Victoria appeared next to Robert, the spear also changed its path and silently attacked her. Bang...!!!

”Now, we are talking!!!” Robert grabbed the spear and was about to finish the job. But then, at the last second, she once again managed to teleport around a few hundred meters away. After teleporting, Victoria fell to her knee. Huff!!!! Huff.....!!

ʼThat was close!!ʼ The spear was directed to pierce her neck, but she was able to tilt her body to the right. If the spear had pierced her neck, then it would have been game over for her. ”This isnʼt any normal wound!!!” Victoria looked at her left shoulder. The two inches wide hole had nearly left her left arm useless. There were some pieces of her flesh dangling near the hole. ʼAlthough I can move my body, the efficiency and the reaction speed of my left arm will be significantly reduced.ʼ ”Are you alright!!!” A voice came to her mind. It was the voice of a person whom she had met a few times. ”I donʼt think so!!” She did not have the time to continue their conversation when a group of ice spikes came out of the ground. Fortunately, using Crimson Wrap Flash, she was able to teleport to a safe distance once again. After teleporting, Victoria glanced at Lilith and others. ”I have a plan!!” Knowing that she could not take him alone, Victoria agreed to listen to their plan. ʼIn front of real power, tricks are useless.;

Besides, with her current state, the chances of her defeating Robert decreased to less than 0.0001%.

ʼNow, only one move might change the fate of this battle.ʼ ”Hold on!! Give me one last chance.”

”I think I might be able to turn things around.” Saying that Victoria teleported next to Robert. ”I might. You were more impressive than I had initially expected, but this is it.” Robert said while pointing his spear at Victoria.

”You should feel proud that you managed to make me serious.”

Victoria silently put a 5-star healing pill. Her wound rapidly began to heal. ”Oh.....so you have a 5-star pill. I guess this is the work of the Goddess of Alchemy.”

She did not reply. She teleported behind Robert. ”I knew you would come from behind.” Robert turned around and thrust his spear forward. But his attack failed to connect. As she once again disappeared. ʼThis ability is so annoying.ʼ Robert assumed that she would teleport behind him, but this wasnʼt the case this time. Instead, Victoria teleported above him. Along with her, thousands of earth spears came raining down on Robert. ”Even ten thousand of your earth spears wouldnʼt be able to stop my one spear.” Saying that he had thrown the dark blue spear at her. The spear glowed with energy while charging towards Victoria. Snap!!!

With the snap of her fingers, all the earth spears were suddenly covered in flames. All the spears converted in flames came together and formed one large, gigantic spear that was 10,000 meters big. For a second, the entire Beast Continent witnessed a glimpse of the kind of battles that were going on in the central region. Hundreds of millions saw a gigantic spear covered in flames descending towards the earth. Robert was also stunned seeing this. He never expected this attackʼs scale to be this massive. If he knew, then he also would have prepared something similar to that scale. ”Come on, show her why youʼre a Peak 5-star weapon.” While spreading his arms, Robert yelled. Just as the two spears from two sides were about to collide, Victoria suddenly disappeared. She appeared behind Robert. While closing her right fist, as five rune circles glowed and spun around her wrist and forearm, she punched his spine with all of her powers. In their fight, she used the solar blessing of strength, which was a skill that kept increasing her strength. After a certain point, this skill gave her an additional [400+] increase in her strength. She also used the power of her black gauntlet, which further increased her strength by [250+].

She received a 50% boost from dragon transformation and Adityaʼs 25% stats.
