Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 801:- Sweeter than Honey

After many centuries, what started out as a few hidden rooms within the Starfall Mountain had expanded into a complex, gigantic lair that could accommodate more than 5,000 people. The lair has expanded in all directions. Stairs led to both the upper and lower parts of the lair. It was like an ant colony, stretching deep into the heart of Starfall Mountain.

This has turned the entire lair so complex that even in their Organization, only a select few people have stayed there for many years and knew every part of this lair. It was very easy for new members of the organization to get lost somewhere in this lair. Even old members who have stayed in this facility for years also occasionally get lost. To solve this issue, the whole Facility was divided into various outposts. ”Your Majesty, we have reached our destination.” One of them hurriedly opened the heavy metal doors. As the door opened, a chill mist poured out of the room.

”Everything is stored inside.” Aditya walked inside the room with Rin in his arms. Just when the three subordinates of the Doctor assumed that the Dragon Monarch was going to spare them, three magma arrows suddenly pierced their heads. The arrows left three holes in their chest. Bang....!!!

The three of them fell to the ground with a look of shock and defeat. Aditya wasnʼt going to spare them because they helped him. Helping him wonʼt erase all the pain that these people gave to Rin. ”I can sense a large quantity of your Divine Blood.” Aditya sought out her Divine blood for a reason. Aditya became weak when he extracted too much of his divine blood. It took him a few days to recover his strength. But Rinʼs situation was even worse. These people have captured her for years. The amount of blood that these people must have extracted from her isnʼt small. It was just as Aditya had expected. There were hundreds of big glass barrels. All of these barrels were filled with her blood. ʼFortunately, her blood was preserved in a way that makes it very fresh. Itʼs like all of this blood was just taken out of her body.ʼ The golden blood was slightly shining. He looked for her divine blood for two reasons. First of all, he understood the value of just one drop of the divine blood. The divine blood of a Divine Dragon is too precious to be left behind just like this. Seeing the huge quantity that these people have extracted out of her body, leaving behind all of this valuable Divine blood is out of the question. Aditya was sure that Rin can use this blood in some way. The second reason he did this is because there was a chance that she might be able to absorb all of her divine blood back into her body and regain her former strength. However, his second reasoning was based on his intuition. ʼI hope this works!!ʼ Aditya wanted her to get better as soon as possible. ••••

”I hope this works!!” Aditya gently put her body in the pool. It was a pool of her own divine blood. While gently putting her in her own blood, he made sure not to touch her blood in the pool. From the edge of the pool, he gently lowered her body. Rinʼs body did not drown in her own blood. Rather her body slowly floated to the center of the pool. Her whole body was submerged under her blood except for her face. After a few seconds, the golden blood on the pool began shining. To shine became more intense with each passing second. All the scars and wounds in her body visibly began to heal. Seeing this, Aditya was overjoyed.

At the same time, her body started regaining its lost vitality and life force. Her malnourished body began to recover. The process continued for about 20 seconds. And then, she opened her eyes. Both of their eyes met. She gently smiled at him. ”Hey!!!” It was the familiar, sweet, melodic voice that he had heard countless times in the spiritual world. Just hearing this, Aditya felt that everything that he went through to save her was worth it.

They finally met each other. ”Hey!!!” Just one simple word but it contained so many emotions.

If she wasnʼt lying in her own pool of blood, then he would have rushed to hug her.

”How are you feeling?” Aditya asked in a choked tone. It was hard for him not to shed any tears.

After going through so much, they had finally achieved victory. He had finally managed to find her. ”I am feeling fine!! Thanks to you, Danna-sama.” Aditya closed his eyes and nodded. ”I was able to recover about 80% of my powers.” That was more than enough for Rin, who was just about to die. She will recover everything she has lost with proper rest and time. ”Donʼt worry; Julia will help you once we return home.” Aditya wanted to use ʼDragon Palaceʼ but went with the word ʼHome. He felt using this word was more suitable in this situation. ”Home....!!” Rin closed her eyes. ”How long has it been since I last heard this word?” Rin looked nostalgic. Aditya then saw her walking out of her pool of blood. ”Are you done?” Aditya curiously asked. ”Yeah!! I have absorbed whatever I can from my Divine Blood.” ”It would be a waste to leave such huge quantities of Divine blood. I should take them with us.” Although, Aditya could sense that the volatility in this pool of blood had completely disappeared. Before, the blood was glowing, but now, even that glow has disappeared. But Rin shook her head. ”Danna-sama, this Divine blood is useless now.”

After she finished speaking, the golden blood began losing its golden color.

It slowly turned dark red. ”Now, this blood is no different than ordinary blood.”

Aditya nodded as he also noticed this change. ”To think you were a Divine Dragon. You should have told me about this.” Aditya looked at her with a small smile. ”And I thought I was the only one.” In this whole mess, he wasnʼt able to show his shock when he learned that Rin was a divine Dragon like him. Once he learned that, he felt everything was slowly making sense. Rin shook the head with a small smile. ”I evolved into a Divine Dragon through an incident.” From the sound of her tone, it looked like she wasnʼt ready to talk about it. ”But not long after becoming a Divine Dragon, I was captured and brought here.” ”I promise, every single one of them will pay the price.” Aditya gently held her palm.

”I really missed you.” ”I missed you as well!!!” Aditya pulled her into a hug. ”Danna-sama!!” Rin unexpectedly had a strong reaction. ”Whatʼs wrong?” He asked. ”I am covered in my blood. I donʼt think it a good time to hug.” She did not want their first real-life hug to be this messy. Right now, she did not smell good. She smelled like blood, which was something that she didnʼt want Aditya to smell from her. ”Itʼs alright!! I donʼt mind.” Aditya said while hugging her even tighter. ”But I smell bad.” Rin tried to protest. She knew that using her strength against him was useless. Her mouth was her only source of protest. ”Yes, you do smell.” Hearing this, she was embarrassed. ”But I donʼt mind.” That embarrassing feeling quickly turned into something even sweeter than Honey.

”Now that I have finally met you donʼt even think of leaving me. You are stuck to me for infinity. And youʼre not allowed to complain.” He put his head on her right shoulder and whispered stubbornly. Sigh...!!

”Fine, this Dragon Empress will reluctantly stay with you forever.” She sounded as if she was burdened with glorious purpose. ”After all, it seems like your life will be quite miserable without me.” ”Yes!! I felt very miserable not being able to hear your sweet, angelic voice.” He replied in a sincere tone, which caught her off guard and made her blush. ”Hmm!! I wonder what people would say when they hear that even the mighty Dragon Monarch needs to be pampered by his women.”

”Let the people think whatever they want.”

”Yes!! Yes!!! I have heard that dialogue many times.” ”But you donʼt hate it.”

”I guess, I donʼt!!” ”I love your dominant personality but I sometimes feel that itʼs a bit too much.”

”Rin, become my wife. Marry me.” Rin, at that moment, was preparing to say something else. So his words were completely unexpected. Her cheeks turned red. Both of them could feel how fast their hearts were beating. After calming down, Rin helplessly looked at Aditya and said. ”You know, you might be the first person in history to propose to a woman while sheʼs covered in her own blood.”

”And here, I was imagining my first proposal to be in a romantic atmosphere. You completely ruined everything. Hmph!!” She was a little dissatisfied. After all, the atmosphere mattered to her. ”I apologize!! I was too excited.” Hearing this, she helplessly smiled. She let off her little grudges and tightly hugged him. ”I am so happy to see you.” She sounded emotional. ”I never thought I would be free.”

”I never thought that I would be in my arms like this.” In their last meeting, Rin had completely given up on everything. Yet, even when things looked completely bleak and hopeless for her, he pulled her out of the darkness. He was the sun that helped her fight against all the darkness. He never gave up on her, even when she gave up on herself. ”Aditya, donʼt ever give up on me.” ”I wonʼt.”

”Promise me that you will forever love me.”

”I promise to love you all equally.” Aditya always did that. ”Promise me that you will let go of me at this moment.”

Aditya was about to say yes, but he realized her words were different. ”Wait, What?” He opened his eyes and looked at her. ”I canʼt stand this anymore. Let me take a quick shower.” She gently pushed him away. ”If I remember correctly, there was a bedroom.” While carrying her here, he walked many, many different kinds of rooms. Both of them found an empty room with a shower in it. She was about to enter the shower when he also tried to barge in. ”What are you doing?” She sounded very defensive. ”I want to shower!! I am also covered in your blood.” Aditya replied in an innocent tone. It was as if he wasnʼt doing anything wrong. ”Itʼs too early for that step...!!!” Rin said while blushing. She shut the door in his face and then from inside. ”Go and find another shower.”
