Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4040  To Their Mother

”I think itʼs wonderful~” Tina responded dreamily, but she shook her head, ”But I think you should first marry Shea, Lea, and Iesha. They have children with you already, and Iesha is going to give birth soon.”

”Yes,” Davis smiled embarrassedly, ”I skipped a few steps like always, but it is not too late to make it right.”

”Indeed.” Tina nodded, ”It is better to tie them before they can run off somewhere.”

”Haha.” Davis laughed, ”True. I should tie them and tie you too sooner or later. Otherwise, who knows where youʼd run off to.”

”Ah! Even if you donʼt want me, Iʼm always staying~”

Tina raised her hands and complained. She slumped to the table and pouted, ”But making you chase me should also be fun. Sigh, if only there werenʼt people trying to exterminate us, we wouldʼve had so much fun adventuring and exploring dangerous mountains and seas, but thatʼs fine. As long as youʼre with me… with us… we can face anything.”

She gleefully uttered, her lips closed at the end and her eyes darting left and right.

Davisʼs heart swelled with love. She was throwing him undeserving praise for the meager time he spent with her, that he was starting to feel embarrassed, but he could tell that she genuinely looked up to him that much.

”I wouldnʼt do without you too, Tina.” He smiled lightly, ”We were fated to be together, divined or not. If this life of mine was reset, I would do everything in my power to find and woo you even if you were to despise me.”

”…”

Tina smiled brightly as she squirmed in her seat. She wanted to say he was a sweet talker but purely enjoyed the sweet words and his romantic gaze as she became entranced. She literally had a happiness attack, wanting to fall and roll around in glee.

”Papa~” but suddenly, two little children interrupted.

”Ah, here you go…”

Davis continued feeding Azariel and Viridia while Tina giggled. However, they resumed talking and flirting with each other.

Finally, he took them to the restroom to tidy them up after they relieved themselves. Children donʼt have a strong digestive system that absorbs all the food they eat. It could be said he was finally taking care of his duties as a father.

When he came back to the hall, Tina was no longer there.

ʼGuess she went to work…ʼ

With Azariel and Viridia in his arms, he went to see their mother, who was possibly waiting for him to visit.

A few minutes later, he finally arrived at their motherʼs chamber. The kids were also excited. He could see they very well knew the layout of the place or, at the very least, the room where they and their mother stayed.

He opened the door and entered casually. After making it past the hall and heading into the bedroom, he saw a lone figure seated on the bed at the edge. She turned to look at him, her purple eyes flickering with emotion while her purple-green hair swayed in response to her movement.

She stood up, her overflowing bosoms looking as though they were about to spill out of her loosely worn purple nightly robe. Her crimson lips, which carried an alluring attractiveness to him, opened.

”My love, youʼre finally here with the children~”

”How long were you waiting?”

Davis chuckled as he saw her run towards him and embrace him along with the children.

”A long time.” She looked up, her eyes watery, ”I was really… really… suppressing myself from making a fuss and having you all to myself, but I saw you were with the children and the pill fairies who really miss you, so I decided not to disturb you.”

”Hoho, I canʼt have my first wife waiting, or I would be committing an unforgivable sin.”

While they were talking, both Azariel and Viridia reached out their hands, wanting to go to their mothers. Evelynn took them and kissed their cheeks with fondness.

”My children, have you been good with your father?”

”Yesh~”

They put up their hands and replied enthusiastically, causing Evelynn to be unable to stop smiling.

Suddenly, Davis grabbed her cheeks and kissed her forehead, third eye, and cheeks. They looked into each otherʼs eyes, feeling charmed and sent to their own world.

”Muah~”

But at this moment, Azariel and Viridia also kissed Davisʼs cheeks, causing him to blink before he pulled back and smiled.

These two little spiderlings were copying his moves, making him feel heartened, but his heart sank to say it. He heaved a long breath.

”I still have some work to do and be affectionate with Stella so she can grow some fruits and enter the fifth cycle and then increase our realm defenses, so I will definitely visit you later.”

”…”

Evelynn pursed her lips before she nodded, ”Understood. I will be waiting for you. The kids are difficult to look after anyway, so even if youʼre here, we canʼt do it…”

Davis chuckled, ”I know you would wait, but it makes me feel bad to take advantage of that.”

He turned her around and walked her all the way to the bed and made her sit down before he sat beside her.

”I have some time to chill and a present to give. I donʼt know if you would like it, though. After all, it can be too dangerous.”

”Oh?”

Evelynnʼs gaze flickered with interest. What kind of present was he talking about?

However, she looked down and saw Azariel trying to lower her dress.

Davis grabbed Azariel from her and made him sit on his lap. He squirmed, wanting to go back to his mother, but Davis looked down and encased him in an iron maiden-style lock before he started to tickle him.

”You little rascal, stop going after bosoms when you see one.”

”Aha~ hhahaha~ Azariel laughed without a stop.

His six spider bone legs tried to break free and stab him from the involuntary reaction, but it was unable to do anything to Davis.

But while he was tickling Azariel, Viridia successfully pulled down Evelynnʼs robe and made a breast spill out, which she quickly latched onto. Her expression was as though she won as she looked at Azariel smugly, her slanted eyes extremely similar to that of Evelynnʼs sexiness.

”See?” Evelynn raised her brows at Davis, ”Theyʼre quite the gluttons. I bet they just ate.”

”…”

Davis had no words to speak of. He looked down at his son, wondering if he should compete for the last remaining bosom, but shook his head and let him go.

He instantly crawled past his fatherʼs leg and climbed over Evelynn before he latched onto the other one.

”…”

Davis looked as though he was an abandoned puppy as he saw his meal being taken away.

Evelynn could only silently giggle as she watched his expression, ”Fmph~ Thatʼs what you get for not being here early~”

She teased him, causing him to hang his head down before he sat straight and smiled.

”Well, you could gladly say youʼre feeding children poison.”

”What poison? Itʼs my milk~” Evelynn reached out her hand and pinched his arm, ”The milk you love the most. Right?”

She glared at him, expecting the correct answer, the right answer, and the husband answer all in one answer.

”Yes, yes.” Davis nodded repeatedly.

”Hehe~”

The two of them had a good laugh together before Evelynn got to the point, ”So what kind of present do you have for me?”

”Ugh…” Davisʼs eyes darted as he bit his frontal teeth, appearing hesitant, ”More poison…?”

Evelynn blinked, ”Iʼm really starting to wonder if you love poison and just made me into one.”

”No, no.” Davis hurriedly shook his hands before he clasped his hand as though he was a monk, ”I have no such fixation. Merely, if it happens to exist, I shall entertain myself with it, dancing around life and death to excite myself in a poisonous beautyʼs embrace.”

She giggled, ”So what kind of poison did you bring me? Is it the fabled Nightmare Dragonʼs poison? Or is it the everchanging Datura Skullcap Arachnidʼs poison? I know both poisons are above the Three-Eyed Hex Chromatic Hex Arachnidʼs poison as theyʼre both Great Saint Magical Beasts, but Iʼm doubtful if they could be refined without ruining my health.”

”…” Davis blinked, ”Indeed, your Earth Dragon Blood and Three-Eyed Chromatic Arachnid Blood have already achieved an equilibrium. Two magical beast bloodlines intermixing in a human is already a miracle, so to change it would result in a disaster. Even if the new bloodlines are compatible, it is nothing short of dangerous to try. However, what I brought wasnʼt that but…”

Davis reached out his hand and softly grabbed a strand of Evelynnʼs hair on the tip of his finger.

”Annihilative heavenly poison.”

”…!”

Evelynnʼs eyes shot wide. Her body quivered ever so lightly that the children couldnʼt help but look up to see what was wrong. She looked down and saw that Davis had already sealed their hearing.

They shouldnʼt be hearing about annihilative and whatnot lest it karmic burdens them.

But still, she looked at Davis with wide eyes, unable to believe he possessed such a thing.

She was aware that there was a Heavenly Poison Tribulation because Myria told them that killing trillions would result in receiving a Heavenly Poison Tribulation.

However, annihilative? Not destructive but annihilative?

That was skipping a step. Just what did Davis do!? Killed quadrillion or something? No, she knew he could manipulate karma. But what kind of tribulation did he face to enter the Immortal Emperor Stage for him to have this in his possession!?

”I have fourteen annihilative heavenly poison wisps, all for you, my Hex Demoness. If you want it, it will be yours. If you donʼt want it, half of it would still be yours to distribute.”

Davis happily wrapped his arm around her, looking at her with unconcealed affection.
