Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4037  His Path To Become An Empyrean

”W-What did you decide?” Myria asked him with her brows narrowed.

Davis still laughed.

Only after a few seconds did his laughter die down, but he kept his mouth shut, smiled brightly, and shook his head.

”Nothing, just realized something…”

”I donʼt believe you. Thatʼs the face you make when youʼre going to do something crazy.” Myria stared at him, demanding answers.

However, Davis still didnʼt say anything, remaining silent.

If he revealed that he was going to incorporate heavenly yang into his immortal vessel that was already slightly yang-attributed because he was a man, they would riot. After all, it was still unknown if introducing such a thing would make him impotent.

If he became impotent, then that would really shatter their focus and disallow them to cultivate. Just knowing that he was going to try something like that would make them shudder in dread.

However, Davis was fairly confident that the way he was going to do things wouldnʼt be risky for his manhood because the Immortal Vessel doesnʼt affect the body or soul much but is something that holds the dantians together. It was far better than directly incorporating them into the energy sources of all three cultivations.

ʼAlso, the best way to do this is not to incorporate annihilative heavenly yang into my physique but comprehend it by refining one or two wisps and later try to fuse with other Laws in energy form alone. As for adding annihilative heavenly yang to my immortal vessels, that can come later when Iʼm much more confident in my hypothesis…ʼ

”Well, donʼt worry. I know my limits and the idea that popped into my head is reversible until a certain degree, so all is good.”

Davis just consoled Myria as he sat down beside Dalila again and wrapped his arm around his waist, kissing her cheek. Dalila instantly blushed, forgetting whatever she was going to ask.

”So what were you beauties communicating through soul transmission?”

”We just didnʼt want to disturb your thoughts.” Tina giggled, not sure if she should reveal the content of their discussion as they wanted him to remain confident.

”Yes.” Myria exhaled, ”But it seems like we shouldʼve disturbed you from reaching some crazy idea.”

”Donʼt worry, all is fine.” Davis could only laugh wryly.

”Not at all fine.” Myria pursed her lips, ”Youʼre already walking on a thin line by being forced into that covenant, and now you have some crazy idea on top of wanting to incorporate destruction into your chaotic physique. Do you understand that you would be deviating from the Grand Chaos Body Art? Even if we both took care of the Unfettered Earthly Reincarnation Scripture, how will you enter the Empyrean Stage without devising a way for the body?”

”I just did now.” Davis confidently smiled.

”What?” Myria was dumbfounded.

The way he sounded didnʼt seem like he was lying.

”A bypass method for my own unique way…” Davis looked up, his sapphire eyes becoming starry.

It was because the annihilative heavenly yang would form a thick wall that forcefully congeals all three cultivations into its place and enforces harmony in the Immortal Vessel, he only needed to put minor effort into making all three cultivation manuals, Unfettered Earthly Reincarnation Scripture, Firestorm World Ode, and Grand Chaos Body Art accommodate each other.

”However, I still need to devise a new cultivation method for the chaos-destruction attribute. Otherwise, it would remain dormant like my essence physique…”

Davis sighed. If he had a unique cultivation manual for his Tempestuous Firestorm Obliteration Physique, then he wouldʼve long been able to use obliteration energy. However, he only possessed Firestorm World Ode, which only took care of his previous firestorm physique and didnʼt activate the full potential of his obliteration physique.

In the same way, he needed to devise a manual for chaos and destruction attributes all by himself because there was never a precedence, or so he thought.

In the end, he still needed to follow what Myria said. However, his path to the Empyrean Stage had finally connected.

His face was brimming with confidence.

Looking at Davisʼs expression for a while, Myria also leaned back.

It seemed like nothing she said would change his mind anymore, so she hardened her heart as well, choosing to believe in him.

”But donʼt think your body cultivation would progress easily.” Myria took a deep breath, calming herself.

Davis paid attention. He watched her continue, her expression solemn.

”The chaos-destruction pill weʼre making is not fully fused and is restricted by yin-yang energy. Therefore, when you swallow the pill, the result of the pill essence dispersing in you would be explosive and berserk. If you donʼt contain it and allow your Chaotic Genesis Physique to undergo a vast change, you will die miserably.”

”…!”

Davis raised his brows in shock.

”What? Do you want to back down?” Myria asked.

Honestly, she didnʼt want him to take this risk. She bit her lips, quickly saying, ”I donʼt recommend you take this pill weʼre going to make at all. We devised the chances you would die is over seventy percent.”

Tina and Dalila shrunk in their seats. They felt ashamed for not being able to help him more. The pill they made was so dangerous that if an Empyrean Beast Stage Azure Dragon took it, it would explode into millions of gory pieces without a doubt.

However, Davis already possessed a chaotic physique and energy, and he learned of the Destruction Laws as well, which made his chances better but only slightly better.

Davis shook his head, his face slightly amused, ”Iʼm not afraid of those odds.”

Instead, he looked at them with love and affection.

For some reason, they had arrived at the same conclusion, forming a thick wall to cement the pill and forming a thick wall to cement the immortal vessel. If he heard of their pill-making method, he wouldʼve sooner or later come to this conclusion for his cultivation. Therefore…

ʼIs this… fate…?ʼ

Davis wondered. His gaze also contained intense pride as he saw his beauties share crazy ideas similar to his own.

However, he kept his mouth shut. No matter whether the idea was good, they would feel that absorbing annihilative heavenly yang was taboo. It was basically their kryptonite because that would shatter their fantasies of him being an emperor among emperors and desires of wanting to have a child.
