Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4038  Cultivation Itinerary

”If youʼre confident that you can take care of the pillʼs berserk nature,” Myria exhaled a soft breath, ”Iʼm convinced you are fearless.”

”Thank you for the compliment, Fairy Myria.”

Davis gave a self-absorbed nod before he smirked, ”It doesnʼt matter if you canʼt make the pill I desire. I can let go of it easily, so donʼt feel any pressure, much less worry if I can endure the berserk effects or not. Whatever the pill fairies have prepared for me, I will swallow it without hesitation.”

”Youʼre so wonderful~” Tina pressed her cheeks and looked at him with starry eyes.

”Remember to take some rest, Tina.” Davis pointed at her, ”I know youʼre exhausted even if you hide the dark circles under your eyes.”

”Ugh~” Tina looked away, appearing embarrassed, ”Iʼm not erudite like Myria or a pill genius like Dalila, so I have to work harder. Canʼt afford to take rests.”

”Tina, donʼt be like that. Follow husbandʼs words.” Dalila gently admonished.

”…”

Tina pouted. She pursed her lips up adorably, staring at her and Davis, who had wound their arms and held each other. Her lips moved.

”Then I want you to accompany me to sleep!”

”Of course, Tina. Your wish is my command.” Davis smiled.

His words made Tina blink, unsure which kind of company he would be to her. However, she saw him pat his thigh.

”Come. We have more to discuss, but you can close your eyes and slowly fall asleep or listen. Then, after itʼs over, Iʼll accompany you to sleep for a few hours. Although not as much as Stella, Iʼm also somewhat exhausted after the long travel.”

”Really? You cannot leave my side for at least three hours unless thereʼs danger.”

Tina expectantly asked as she raised three fingers, her eyes shining.

”I promise.” Davis nodded gently.

Instantly, Tina jumped from her seat and landed on his other side. She then laid her head on his lap and made herself comfortable, giggling in a silly manner.

Myria and Dalila couldnʼt stop smiling as they looked at each other in unison and amusement. In their view, the one who didnʼt want him to feel pressured or burdened by love finally opened her mouth and asked for a wish. After all, they knew how Tina was elegant yet talkative but never went to trouble him.

Davis caressed Tinaʼs head with affection, his fingers stroking her head through the strand of white hair as he gave her a soothing massage.

Tinaʼs eyes were slightly open. One could see her reaching the heavens with her eyes actually trying to move to the center of her forehead. Myria could only wonder how good it felt.

”Myria, do you also want one?”

”W-What one?”

Myria shook her head, her cheeks reddening, ”In any case, weʼve diverged from our initial paths, and our Unfettered Earthly Reincarnation Scripture has become a manual that supports you perfectly since it is tailored to bring forth reincarnation energy but is still difficult for me, especially after I created my Eternal Body Physique. Of course, we made progress as we shared, recorded, and tried new ways to circulate our energies, but we need to create two Empyrean Stage versions for us separately since our physiques are polar opposites.”

”I concur,” Davis nodded, ”I will take care of the Life and Death chapter while you take care of the Reincarnation chapter. This way, we can make progress faster.”

Myria thought for a moment before she nodded.

Her physique was life and death attributes, but she was trying to reach reincarnation attribute, while Davisʼs was just the opposite, trying to diffuse reincarnation attribute into life and death attributes. If they could learn why their physiques wanted to overreach and diffuse, then they should be able to form a perfect cycle of samsara.

She admitted his law comprehension was also on par with hers, so she wasnʼt worried but was only afraid that his workload would increase.

However, she didnʼt say otherwise because researching their cultivation manual together was so fun for her.

She looked forward to it every day when she was free.

”Also, I made progress on Life Laws and Karma Laws, becoming able to invoke bloodline tier and rank evolution. I will teach you as promised, but donʼt expect a perfect technique since itʼs still a work in progress.”

”Really?” Myriaʼs eyes shone.

Outside, she had seen Katherine, who had now become a Quaking Earthflame Lion. In her eyes, it was nothing short of a miracle that Davis was capable of making her transform.

She nodded her head a few times, wanting to learn. At the same time, the gaze she looked at him with was full of pride. He finally learned something she wasnʼt capable of in her lifetime so far. Although she could guess it was because he possessed the Grimoire of Fate, he was making strides in being able to do it by himself.

That was far more honorable and praiseworthy than relying on a treasure.

Davis, Myria, and Dalila talked for over an hour straight, deciding on many things like the cultivation progression of the harem and children, choosing which pills to give them in time, especially Lucian, who needs to have his physique monitored and controlled.

After all, the Solar Apocalypse Physique he possessed was extremely berserk in nature. It was even mentally draining during the Lunar Eclipse, making him go mad enough to take down an entire realm with him. Of course, as long as they were here, that wasnʼt possible.

However, they must prepare him some icy pills or let Iesha or even Pia by his side to make sure that doesnʼt happen. If they can protect Lucianʼs sanity, that would be great. Of course, even Tanya and Natalya would be good, but their powers wouldnʼt be as flexible as spirits that could phase through objects, including bodies and souls.

It seemed Niera was also highly considering letting her son Lucian enter Leaʼs tutelage. They both possessed apocalyptic flames, although different in power, so if Lea could teach him how to control those flames, that would be extremely good. They must act on Lucian as soon as possible because the little kid, who was only a year and a half old, was already a Revolving Core Stage Cultivator!

He already possessed a fiery revolving core growing on its own and providing him with runic laws as though he was a magical beast!

He was born an immortal child, after all. Accurately, it wasnʼt considered the Revolving Core Stage but the Early Quasi Immortal Stage.

By age four, he would be comparable to a Sixth Stage Cultivator, which is called the Mid Quasi Immortal Stage.

By age eight, he would be comparable to an Eighth Stage Cultivator, which is called the Late Quasi Immortal Stage.

By age twelve, he would be comparable to a Ninth Stage Cultivator, which is called the Peak Quasi Immortal Stage.

By age sixteen, his Immortal Vessel would fully form, and he would enter the Immortal Stage naturally, all just by eating and sleeping normally.

But for fortune or misfortune, Lucian wasnʼt a normal child. He was born with the Solar Apocalypse Physique, so his cultivation might be sporadically fast. By age twelve, he might enter the Immortal Stage and, by age sixteen, the Immortal King Stage.

It might even be faster if they provided him with resources.

It was fated Lucian wouldnʼt have a childhood unless they sealed his cultivation and never let him grow, but that might only make him sick since the internal heat would kill him from the inside or, at the very least, torture him. Obviously, they couldnʼt do that or make him suffer, so the only possibility left for them was to treat him with icy pills, introduce a powerful and balanced ice spirit, or teach him to learn how to control his physique.

However, the former two would only delay his cultivation, while the latter would focus on allowing him to have full control of his physique if after some success.

Therefore, Davis and the others were mostly considering using balanced icy pills on Lucian and having Lea teach him how to control his apocalyptic flames.

Nonetheless, they also talked about the other children and their eventual growth. Aureliaʼs unique physique was still unknown. It remained dormant and didnʼt reveal its true nature like Myriaʼs soul physique, which was misdiagnosed as the Azure Life Soul Physique, so not even the erudite Myria could tell what it was.

Fortunately, Aurelia wasnʼt born an immortal, so she wouldnʼt be quickly harmful to others like Lucian. Still, they must prepare for all contingencies.

After they were done discussing, Davis left along with Tina, who was fast asleep and put her in bed. He smiled fondly at her adorable face before getting in the bed and throwing his arm over her waist as he hugged her to sleep.
