Naruto: Orochimaru's Disciple

Chapter 479: Chapter 479: Eternal Mangekyo?

Chapter 479: Eternal Mangekyo?

Kenichi had presented this world with a difficult problem.

Or rather, he had presented a difficult problem to the Land of Wind, the Land of Fire, and the Land of Earth.

As for the other smaller nations, Kenichi was not boasting, but if those small countries had the ability to resist, they would not be small countries now. This included the so-called neutral nation. Under Kenichi’s pressure, it was nothing more than an ant-like existence.

Their only choice was to actively submit once the other great nations had submitted.

This would allow Kenichi to complete his great unification as soon as possible.

”Big Brother Amamiya.”

Hikari walked out.

She had waited for a while before tentatively calling out from outside.

When Kenichi heard her voice, he thought of the two scrolls she had not yet given him and could not help sighing inwardly.

Did she absolutely have to give him these scrolls today?

However, Kenichi still called Hikari over, accepted her gift, and then left the Land of Lightning.

Annexing the Land of Lightning still required time to digest.

He might as well go see what Orochimaru was doing.

If the Land of Fire or Kumogakure were still unwilling to surrender even now, Kenichi did not care.

At that time, he would simply sweep through the Land of Fire and Kumogakure.

But as he walked, Kenichi suddenly thought of something.

He changed direction and arrived at the Land of Flame ninja conversion facility.

There, he saw two familiar faces.

Mei and Kitsuchi.

”Amamiya... Lord!”

Mei gritted her teeth as she looked at Kenichi, rage burning fiercely in her heart.

But strangely, her heart was submitting to this man.

She tried to struggle.

She tried to roar.

She tried to resist.

She tried to hate the man in front of her.

But Mei found in despair that she could not.

She simply could not.

She could only lower her head humbly and respectfully.

”Lord Amamiya.”

Kitsuchi also respectfully lowered his head.

Only the two of them were imprisoned here.

Their identities and strength were both very special, so they needed to be treated differently.

The Land of Flame ninja guarding them had already looked at Kenichi with fanaticism the moment he entered.

If Kenichi had not stopped them, these ninja might have even bowed their heads several times.

Kenichi was not very fond of that kind of kowtowing.

His goal was to establish a unified Shinobi World empire, but he did not intend to be the emperor himself.

Being an emperor was too troublesome.

It was better to focus on researching technology and advancing the technology tree.

”Mei, Kitsuchi, raise your heads.”

Kenichi pulled over a stool and sat in front of them.

Mei and Kitsuchi respectfully raised their heads, their eyes obscure and difficult to read.

”I know you’re very suppressed and unhappy inside.”

Kenichi showed a slight smile, but this only drew even more respectful expressions from the two of them, making Kenichi feel somewhat bored.

He waved his hand, allowing the parasites to loosen their control over them.

”What did you do to us, you demon!”

Mei’s respectful expression instantly twisted.

She roared and screamed almost maniacally, even lunging forward, but her body quickly defied her will and stopped by itself.

Kitsuchi, beside her, revealed a bitter smile.

”If I’m not mistaken, you implanted some kind of insect in the back of our heads, right?”

Kitsuchi knew some inside information.

The Konoha ninja who had come to help them, Kakashi Hatake, had told them what the Hyuga Clan ninja had seen.

The ninja who attacked Iwagakure all had a white insect behind their heads.

Kitsuchi had sensed something then, and now it was only a confirmation of his conclusion.

Kenichi nodded when he heard this, directly admitting it.

This made Mei want to die even more.

But she quickly discovered that she could not even end her own life.

Without Kenichi’s permission, she could not even move.

Her brain was giving commands, but her body was betraying her.

”Don’t be so agitated, Mei.”

Kenichi rested his chin on his hand and looked at Mei.

Kitsuchi had already given up. He showed no struggle at all.

Mei stared unwillingly at Kenichi.

It was clear that if she had the chance, Mei would not hesitate to drain all her chakra and spit at Kenichi.

”Whether you like it or not, for at least some time in the future, you will be working under me. So instead of resisting, try to accept your new identities.”

Kenichi spoke with a smile.

He did not care about their varied expressions. He simply told them about his grand idea.

This immortal technique made both Mei and Kitsuchi look at Kenichi with new eyes.

They knew Kenichi, but they had not expected this madman to be playing such a huge game now.

”The alliance of your four Ninja Villages failed. Kazekage Rasa died in battle, you were captured, and Tsunade and the others are all missing. But even if they’re alive, they are heavily injured. Now, all the ninja from Kumogakure have fled to the Land of Fire and settled near Konoha.”

Kenichi’s words silenced Mei.

She was also someone trained to become a Kage, so she naturally knew that although Kenichi’s words were harsh, they were indeed true.

”Now, the Land of Lightning has become my territory. Konoha and Kumogakure are merely lingering on, and they will eventually submit at my feet.”

Kenichi spoke calmly, but Mei became agitated.

She cursed loudly, and quite vulgarly.

Kenichi did not intend to let others insult him endlessly, so he simply had the parasite control Mei, making her unable to speak.

”What’s the point of fighting for a Ninja Village? Besides, there are still many ninja in Iwagakure, and your daughter, Kitsuchi, ran back. And those surviving Kirigakure ninja have now joined the Land of Flame to fight for me.”

Kenichi rubbed his brow.

His main purpose in coming here this time was to persuade Mei and Kitsuchi.

Although with the parasites, they would still work for him either way, there was still a difference between working willingly and being forced to work.

Kenichi himself knew this very well.

However, seeing that the two did not even want to say a word, Kenichi lost the motivation to continue communicating.

Anyway, if these people saw the light in the future, they would become part of the new nation.

If not, it did not matter.

Dedicating their lives to the Land of Flame and then dying was their only destiny.

After leaving this detention center with little interest, Kenichi went to the laboratory to look for Orochimaru.

But Orochimaru was not there either, which made Kenichi even more curious about where his teacher had gone.

”Never mind. If Sensei isn’t coming, I’ll go see how my experimental subjects are doing first.”

Kenichi rubbed his hands together, then took an airship back to the laboratory in the Land of Flame.

When he arrived, Amado Sanzu had just taken his daughter out, but this allowed Kenichi to enjoy some peace and quiet.

He walked into the laboratory himself.

Some time had passed since he began cultivating this clone.

According to Amado, the clone should have grown quite a bit by now.

After opening the iron plate of the nutrient tank, Kenichi saw another version of himself, and a younger version of another experimental subject.

They were both lying quietly in the nutrient tank with their eyes closed, completely still.

This eerie scene made Kenichi feel somewhat awkward.

No wonder cloning had always been a relatively taboo project in his previous life.

After all, cloning itself somewhat violated human moral concepts, as these clones themselves...

”Forget it.”

Kenichi shook his head, then put the iron plate back and released the experimental subject’s clone.

After coming out, the clone curled up, then opened its eyes in confusion.

However, due to the clone’s rapid growth, it had no intelligence.

It was like an enlarged baby, staring blankly at the world.

Kenichi walked over.

The new experiment had begun.

[The experimental subject’s clone showed no signs of awakening the Mangekyo Sharingan. Although he is essentially another Shadow Clone of the experimental subject, there are still some subtle differences in their appearances.]

[After blood tests on the clone, it was found that its genes are indeed identical to the experimental subject’s, which proves that my cloning experiment was successful. These subtle changes in appearance should be due to the clone being constantly immersed in the nutrient tank and are not a major issue.]

[I have begun new research on the clone. I have taught him how to refine chakra. He is a quick learner and has now mastered chakra refinement, as well as some simple vocabulary.]

[He is becoming more and more like a normal person.]

[On the fifth day after releasing the clone, the clone appears to have grown a bit more, but his emotions have begun to change. He has become irritable, prone to anger, and aggressive. He even tried to attack me.]

[It seems Mr. Amado’s research is correct. These rapidly matured clones are prone to significant emotional changes. However, this is good news for me.]

[On the sixth day after releasing the clone, I completed the Mangekyo Sharingan induction on the clone. The clone has now obtained the Mangekyo Sharingan.]

Kenichi looked at the clone in front of him with a slight smile.

Although the laboratory was a mess because of the clone, Kenichi had gained something.

At the very least, the clone now had the Mangekyo Sharingan.

So, the only thing left to do was to research whether this could allow the experimental subject himself to obtain the more advanced Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

At the same time, he also needed to observe whether the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan obtained this way would have any drawbacks, such as the eyes aging at the same rate as the clone.

These were all problems Kenichi needed to solve now.

Although Kenichi and Black Zetsu had reached a temporary cooperative relationship, how long that cooperation would last was still unknown.

If Black Zetsu detected any problems, Kenichi would be in trouble.

So no matter what, improving his own strength was always the right choice.

While busy with his research, Kenichi also did not forget to send out several Shadow Clones to study nuclear physics, then find a way to upgrade the atomic bomb to the temporary peak of thermonuclear weapons, the hydrogen bomb.

That way, he would have more confidence.

”Lord Amamiya!”

The experimental subject rushed in and bowed to Kenichi with fanaticism.

Kenichi nodded, then glanced at him.

Now it was time to begin the Mangekyo fusion experiment.

And how was the Mangekyo fused?

It only required a transplant.

Kenichi had already made preparations for this.

He took out the clone’s Mangekyo Sharingan, which had been preserved in a special liquid to prevent damage.

Then Kenichi began the transplant operation.

The entire process was very simple.

Or rather, the greatest difficulty of the Eternal Mangekyo was concentrated on one point.

How to have a blood relative who had also awakened the Mangekyo.

Because without a blood relative, obtaining the Eternal Mangekyo would become very difficult.

Kenichi naturally faced this difficulty as well, but he had found a new path by directly producing a clone.

After all, when it came to blood similarity, could there be any bloodline closer to the original person than the original person’s own clone?

Even fathers and sons or brothers could not be completely identical.

As Kenichi waited with nervous hope, he witnessed an astonishing scene.

The experimental subject’s Sharingan slowly began to show new changes.

His body also began to tremble and twist violently, looking extremely creepy.

Kenichi watched quietly as the experimental subject let out a tragic wail, then gradually returned to peace.

”How come I remember Sasuke didn’t suffer this much during the fusion?”

Kenichi scratched his head.

Never mind.

The important thing was whether his experiment had succeeded now.

Kenichi looked expectantly at the experimental subject in front of him.

The subject slowly opened his eyes.

When he did, a pair of Sharingan that were slightly different from before appeared in his eyes.

Kenichi’s heart filled with joy.

His experiment had succeeded!

”Ahhh!”

But then, Kenichi saw the subject let out a scream.

At the same time, his eyes turned bloody, and blood dripped onto the ground.

Kenichi’s expression went blank.

The experiment had failed.

The wild joy of success had now turned into an endless abyss.

Kenichi could not help sighing.

He had thought it might succeed.

But he had not expected it to fail this time.

Was it a genetic problem?

Kenichi thought of a possibility.
