Arceus's Pirate Journey

Chapter 89: Chapter 89: You Have No Idea How I Gained My Haki

The organ trafficking assassination group is a prominent group active along the Grand Line, found both in Paradise and the New World.

Even in the Four Seas, members of their organization occasionally appear, forming a part of the Underworld.

Their notorious reputation surpasses even that of pirates. Pirates still have certain rules to follow, and Great Pirates have their own systems, but this group engages in indiscriminate assassination.

As the name suggests, the organ trafficking assassination group’s business revolves around human organs, sourced from assassinations.

They hunt selected targets, selling their organs. Unlike human traffickers, who keep victims alive temporarily, this group dismembers their targets immediately.

Assassinations are done to maximize the preservation of organs. Where there is demand, there is a market. When wealthy nobles fall ill and require transplants, some prefer human organs over mechanical substitutes.

To match the right types, this group may hunt countless targets to complete transactions.

They also hunt powerful individuals or celebrities, whose organs can sell at higher prices.

It was they who recently hunted a Thousand-Year Dragon. The Dragon Bone is a part of the Thousand-Year Dragon’s body, falling well within the organ trafficking assassination group’s business scope.

Their aim naturally is to acquire more money.

Although many know that the Dragon Bone’s ability to grant immortality is just a rumor, countless people believe in it—the allure of long life is simply too great.

As con artists, they don’t need to be too savvy; they just need others to be more gullible than they are.

They love buyers who are both cute and wealthy. In their eyes, such foolishness is adorable.

Which group in this world is the wealthiest and often foolish? The answer is the Heavenly Celestial Dragons. While some in their group are virtuous or capable, there are many more like Charlos.

To secure business, the organ trafficking assassination group has ample informants in the underground Black Market. They know there are Heavenly Celestial Dragons purchasing the Dragon Bone at extremely high prices.

To prove it is a genuine Dragon Bone, they must deliver a complete Thousand-Year Dragon. This group has been tracking these Thousand-Year Dragons for nearly a year based on various information. Finally catching one, they saw it land on the Hundred Beasts Pirates’ ship.

Due to the angle, they approached the Hundred Beasts Pirates’ ship from behind and didn’t see the flag, so they chose to open fire.

But even if they had seen the flag, they might not have stopped. This organization has existed for so long that some members have blind confidence.

If following the original timeline, this organization would even dare to make a move at a BIG MOM tea party, targeting Big Mom, her children, and the Dark World leaders attending.

The BIG MOM tea party is the most important event for Charlotte Linlin, and when it’s held, all her children and officers generally return.

Confronting BIG MOM at this moment would be tantamount to declaring war on the entire BIG MOM Pirates. It’s not surprising for such people to do reckless things, and now they’re paying the price.

Bullet Seed, Razor Leaf, Leaf Storm, Queen has unleashed his full firepower.

Due to modifications, Queen’s tail and mechanical arms, even the large braid at the back of his head, can unleash attacks aside from his mouth. Queen has transformed into an aerial battle fortress.

”Muahahaha, prepare to die you bastards! This is the price of your provocation!”

Under his overwhelming firepower, no living members could be seen on the deck—only sharp leaves and countless bullet marks. Seeing it was almost cleared out, Queen transformed into his Human-Beast Form and landed on the deck, continuing the destruction.

This time he held back from saying anything he shouldn’t. He could feel Shaina’s gaze from behind, a skill he developed after misspeaking in the plantation. However, some resentment could be seen in his actions.

”Come out, you bastards, what are you hiding for!”

He didn’t enter the cabin but bombarded the deck with Energy Balls from outside. Unfamiliar with the ship’s structure, entering a confined space would not be to his advantage.

Since it was nighttime, the release speed of Solar Beam was slower than in the daytime, so he didn’t use the more powerful Solar Beam. But as he continued his indiscriminate attack, the deck’s lights suddenly went out.

It seemed the lines weren’t destroyed, but someone deliberately cut off the power.

Then several strong lights appeared, seemingly high-powered searchlights, beams targeting Queen’s face followed by noisy footsteps.

”I don’t know who you are, but we’ll take your organs!”

”I like livers, though this fat pig might have fatty liver...”

”No matter, I want his eyes. Hopefully, they aren’t blinded; he should compensate for our losses.”

Iron chains wrapped around Queen’s neck. In his Human-Beast Form, Queen’s neck was in Tropius form, seen as a weak spot. Hearing the slicing sound, even blindfolded, he knew these people were swinging knives at his neck.

But the outcome was different from their expectations; Queen’s neck remained unscathed under their slash.

”How is this possible? This was an attack augmented with Haki...”

”Haki? You dare call that Haki?” At that mention, Queen erupted like bristled fur, grabbing an attacker on each side.

”Compared to my Haki, honed through countless trials and sufferings, your little tricks... What do they even count for!”

He forcefully pressed downward, the immense weight combined with inertia pushing their heads into the deck, then broke the chains around his neck.

”And are you all fools? I’m wearing sunglasses, what good do these lights do?” Adjusting his glasses with a disdainful smile, Queen eyed those retreating into the cabin, brewing a new idea.

Rummaging through his body, he produced a purple Berry, with a singular feature: extremely toxic. The Berry vanished from Queen’s hand, replaced by a green wave.

”I rarely get to use such powers, so let me show you the new Plague Bomb created through the combination of my abilities and technology!”

Gift of Nature, its effects vary with the Berry used, and after injecting toxins into the fruit, Queen developed this entirely new ability...
