Back To The 80s: President's Doted Wife

Chapter 1847: Chapter 1849: Concealing the Truth

Standing from a close relationship standpoint, Cheng Su definitely wanted to tell Ning Ge, especially since he was the godfather of her own son, and a close friend to her and Taiguo, while Old Master Ning was akin to a dear elder.

But Song Jiaying didn’t let her speak, though that didn’t mean it was impossible. She believed Song Jiaying couldn’t hide with her son for long, and the Song family wouldn’t allow her to hide.

With Ning Family’s status, entrenched in the Capital, the circle is right there, if Ning Ge doesn’t catch wind of it, he’d best not mix in here.

So agreeing is agreeing, she might as well stand by the women’s side and let Ning Ge suffer a bit. Let’s see if he dare drinks and messes up again, and ends up having a son because of it.

”Well, I’ve come this time to attend the shareholders’ meeting, Ning Ge is now outside to pick me up.” Cheng Su helped Song Jiaying with the luggage cart.

Song Jiaying’s footsteps halted.

”Where’s your family? Shall we part ways here?” Cheng Su watched her guarded expression and smiled slightly.

”Yes.” Song Jiaying didn’t directly respond, first covering her son’s little blanket well, then took over the luggage cart handle.

”Hold on.” Cheng Su took out a pen and paper, jotted down a number, and handed it over: ”This parenting experience, if you don’t mind, call me sometime to chat!”

”Thank you, I’ll call you!” Song Jiaying reverted to her aloof demeanor, pushed the cart towards the other side.

Cheng Su watched her gradually leave, couldn’t help but sigh.

Ning Ge, what have you gotten yourself into?

Walking out of the passenger exit, Cheng Su saw Ning Ge sitting on a chair. He coincidentally lifted his head, saw her, checked the time, and came forward.

”What’s going on? The broadcast said your flight arrived early, why have you been delayed for so long? Did something go wrong?” Ning Ge was puzzled.

Looking at his handsome face, Xiao Tianyi’s face appeared in her mind, the two faces slowly overlapped, the features were exactly the same!

Sadly, the other party didn’t want him as a father.

Cheng Su looked at him with sympathy, opened her mouth but hesitated, ultimately held back.

Let’s be the bad guy who knows but doesn’t tell, for she promised Song Jiaying first, this time she stands by the woman’s side.

Ning Ge saw her expression, his back chilled, disdainfully asking: ”What’s with that look? It’s creepy!”

Cheng Su chuckled, patted his shoulder, ”You, take care of yourself!”

Ning Ge felt even more baffled, ”What’s going on?”

”Nothing. Where’s the car parked, let’s quickly go!” Cheng Su wrapped her coat tighter, silently recited Amitabha and apologized in her heart.

Ning Ge took her backpack, glanced at her, what’s up with that, this person is oddly peculiar.

”I thought you’d bring my godson along!” Ning Ge tossed Cheng Su’s bag onto the car’s back seat, stepped into the driver’s seat, fastening the seatbelt, continuing.

”He’s so young, and it’s cold, why bring him? I’m going back in a few days!” Cheng Su fastened her seatbelt too.

Ning Ge then said: ”Bring him to see the big city, I haven’t seen him in ages!” After seeing her seatbelt fastened, he said, ”Ready? Let’s go!”

”Yes.” As soon as Cheng Su settled in, the car started, she said, ”Bring him when he’s older to save the trouble, you...ah!”

Ning Ge abruptly braked, staring fixedly to the left.

The sudden brake’s momentum jerked Cheng Su back, frightened, she quickly grabbed the handle above the car door, yelling: ”What are you doing? Can you drive!”

This scared her to death!
