Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 46 During the conversation, the entire army was wiped out!BOOM!!!!

This sudden turn of events exploded in the Pilots’ minds like a thunderclap.

Just a moment ago, beams of simulated fire had suddenly shot toward them at incredible speed!

Those were laser beams released by the Mecha.

In an instant, eight fighter jets were struck!

Adding the one fighter jet from the Fourth Squadron that had been shot down earlier!

All nine fighter jets of the Fourth Squadron had been shot down!

Captain Zhao Kuo cursed, ”Damn it! I was careless!”

While discussing tactics earlier, they had noticed that the Mecha piloted by Su Chen had already left the battlefield and moved to a place where they couldn’t see it.

They had originally thought they were safe and could discuss tactics properly!

Yet they hadn’t expected that he would launch a beyond-visual-range attack directly at them!

They couldn’t see where the opponent was at all, yet the opponent could hit them!

And the attack Su Chen launched this time wasn’t the massive beam of light, like a Pillar of Heaven, from before!

It was a standard attack beam!

This type of attack consumed far less energy than the massive beam of light from before!

Without needing to consume massive amounts of energy, he could easily wipe out an entire Air Force squadron!

What a terrifying level of strength!

It also meant that their tactic of using a squadron in a Many-for-One Tactic to deplete the Mecha’s energy had completely failed!

Commander-in-Chief Wei Jiantong sighed, ”It seems that earlier, the Many-for-One Tactic depleting the energy of the Mecha Su Chen was piloting was purely a coincidence!”

”The opponent likely wanted to test the limit of the weapon system’s lethality, so he used all his energy for the battle!”

”Now that the test is complete, there’s no need to consume massive amounts of energy for the engagement!”

”This attack, which consumes the least energy, is also extremely effective!”

”Our Many-for-One Tactic, as expected, just isn’t up to the task!”

He sat in his seat and shook his head helplessly.

Director Zhao Kangbo also gave a helpless, bitter smile, ”The technological gap between the two sides is like a chasm!”

”It’s not something that can be easily made up for with numbers!”

”In any case, it’s our own people, so it doesn’t matter who wins or loses!”

Commander-in-Chief Wei Jiantong suddenly grinned, ”Actually, although the Mecha winning makes me feel like I’m losing face!”

”Deep down, I still really hope he can win!”

”The more impressively he wins, the better!”

”That way, our Dragon Kingdom will have a new ultimate weapon to safeguard the nation!”

Although conflicted internally, his eyes shone with a glimmer of hope.

In the viewing stands, the high-ranking generals felt it was incredible to see another eight fighter jets flying back to base!

This time, Su Chen’s Mecha hadn’t used the terrifying beam attack, yet it had easily shot down eight fighter jets!

The strength displayed left them speechless and couldn’t help but draw praise.

”This is truly a terrifying combat capability!”

”I didn’t even see clearly how our Mecha shot down those fighter jets!”

”When did the Eastern Air Force become so weak? They used to be very formidable!”

”You losers who were defeated by the Eastern Air Force, stop talking nonsense. It’s not that they are weak; it’s clearly that the opponent is too strong!”

”Times really change fast! A few years ago, we were happy about the Fifth-generation fighter being equipped by our troops. Only a few years have passed, and before the Fifth-generation fighter has even warmed up, we’ve developed a combat Mecha that is dozens of times more powerful! It’s a happy kind of sadness!”

”Sadness my foot! This is such a joyous occasion! If you feel sad, you can be the last ones to be equipped with the Mecha!”

”Screw you, old man, I want to be the first to be equipped!”

”I’m the one who wants to be equipped first!”

...

In the viewing stands, the high-ranking generals started arguing over who would be the first to be equipped with the Mecha.

Meanwhile, in the sky, the remaining dozen or so fighter jets dared not attack rashly!

Instead, they chose the most conservative defensive combat strategy.

After all, their numerical advantage was negligible in the face of the Mecha’s powerful combat capabilities!

Now they could only look for a new breakthrough point while on the defensive!

All the fighter jets gathered together.

Not giving the opponent a chance to ambush them!

But by doing so, they also lost the possibility of searching for Su Chen.

Su Chen looked at the fighter jets gathered together on the screen and couldn’t help but want to laugh!

”Do you think you’re safe just because you’ve gathered together?”

”BT, give our Pilots some special training on flight techniques!”

BT: ”Pilot, I have received your instructions, but wouldn’t that be a bit inappropriate?”

Su Chen: ”It’s no big deal!”

”They were chasing me just now; now it’s my turn to give them some trouble!”

BT: ”Understood!”

The First-generation Mecha adjusted its posture, the laser-firing devices on its shoulders ready to fire!

Very quickly!

”Swish—swish—swish—swish—swish—swish—swish!”

”Swish—swish—swish—swish—swish—swish—swish!”

...

In an instant, hundreds of simulated beams shot toward the direction of the fighter jets!

Based on earlier observations, with the Fifth-generation fighter’s tracking capabilities, it would be difficult to capture these beams before being hit!

But fortunately, Su Chen’s Mecha was far enough away from them!

Even though these beams were very fast, they had sufficient time to dodge!

Consequently, under the pressure of these beams, the remaining dozen or so fighter jets began to dodge frantically!

They pushed their speed to the limit, dodging in the sky by demonstrating various flight techniques!

In the viewing stands, the generals couldn’t help but stand up, watching the grand stunt show before them.

There were barrel rolls, where they used their own axis like a barrel to rotate in horizontal or vertical flight!

There was the Herbst maneuver, pulling up rapidly, then turning 180 degrees quickly while losing altitude, followed by accelerating to resume horizontal flight!

There was the pendulum maneuver, flying with large, pendulum-like swings from side to side to quickly change flight trajectory horizontally!

There was also the falling leaf maneuver, turning with a very small radius during flight while the fuselage swayed irregularly from side to side like a leaf falling in the wind!

More than a dozen fighter jets performing stunts simultaneously—the scene was nothing short of grand!

Even Commander-in-Chief Wei Jiantong, who had a solemn expression, couldn’t help but let a proud smile emerge at the corners of his mouth while watching his subordinates’ stunt performance!

Although there were stunt Pilots, only these elite Pilots could truly combine stunts with combat perfectly!

Moreover, under the high-intensity fire of Su Chen’s Mecha, not a single fighter jet was shot down!

The Pilots also felt that they were very impressive!

”It seems this Mecha’s attack isn’t that great! It can’t even hit us!”

”We were just underestimating the enemy before and got ambushed. Now that we’re taking it seriously, his attacks aren’t as unsolvable as before!”

”It can’t just be called underestimating the enemy; it’s mainly that we didn’t know much about him! Now that we understand the opponent’s attack method, we have a way to deal with it!”

The Pilots accumulated strong self-confidence through repeated successful dodges.

However, gradually!

They felt a hint of something wrong!

Why was the opponent attacking non-stop!

Did he not know that under their stunts, these beams couldn’t cause them any harm?

Since he couldn’t cause any harm, why didn’t he give up?

Then, they seemed to find the reason.

A voice appeared in their communication system!

”Your stunt performance is truly dazzling!”

”It really opened my eyes!”

Captain Zhao Kuo: ”What’s going on? Who is this?”

Wang Feng’s voice suddenly rang out: ”It’s Su Chen!”

”He hacked into our communication system!”

Everyone was stunned!

And immediately after, Su Chen’s words made their hearts sink suddenly.

What did he mean?

Was he complimenting us?

Or was it...

Deliberately going easy on us just to watch us perform stunts????

Damn it!

The final guess made them unable to accept it!

No, he definitely wasn’t going easy on us; it was us who dodged the opponent’s attacks by our own ability!

Yes, it must be like that!

Just as they had solidified their thoughts, Su Chen’s voice sounded again:

”Comrades, you need to be a bit more serious!”

”I’m going to be more serious!”

Everyone hadn’t yet understood what he meant by that!

Then they discovered that the speed of those beams had actually increased!

Su Chen really was going easy on them just now!!!!
