Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 39 BT Displays Terrifying Power Again! Shocking Everyone! The helicopter flew steadily in the high altitude.

The propellers emitted a rhythmic roar.

”Have you finished handling your personal matters?”

”They are all handled, now it’s time to prepare for the exercise!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi sat in his seat, looking over various materials regarding the live-fire exercise.

Su Chen nodded calmly: ”They are all handled!”

He turned his head to look at the flowing sea of clouds outside the window and said thoughtfully:

”It is clear that the higher-ups attach great importance to this exercise!”

”I will give it my all to demonstrate the combat performance of the First-generation Mecha as perfectly as possible!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi smiled with satisfaction.

Just then, he suddenly realized something and asked with some curiosity:

”Su Chen, you call the mecha you manufactured... First-generation Mecha?”

”What does this mean? Do you have ideas for a Second-Generation Mecha or a third-generation mecha?”

Su Chen chuckled: ”Of course! Mecha are an important direction for future military development. Since we have already taken the first step!”

”Then we should be prepared to take the second and third steps!”

”We don’t know how far the Eagle Nation has come, and what we need to do now is to catch up with them as much as possible!”

At the mention of the Eagle Nation, Su Chen couldn’t help but feel nervous!

The Eagle Nation in this world was unexpectedly powerful, and they had to catch up with their pace as soon as possible!

Commander Liu Chengzhi hadn’t expected Su Chen’s thinking to be so advanced!

They were still immersed in the joy of Su Chen manufacturing a powerful mecha for the country, while Su Chen was already planning to manufacture new mecha!

Having such a passionate scientific research genius in the country was a sign of the country’s prosperity!

Zhao Dairou, sitting on the side, was also infected by Su Chen’s words!

Excellent men provide women with a sense of security!

But the man before her could bring a sense of security to the nation!

Especially the look in Su Chen’s eyes when he said those words, so firm that it was as if he were preparing to join the Party!

It was exceptionally charming.

”Why didn’t I notice before that Su Chen’s profile was so handsome?”

Zhao Dairou rested her chin on her hand and stared at Su Chen’s profile, and before she knew it, she was a bit mesmerized!

Commander Liu Chengzhi patted Su Chen on the shoulder:

”I thank you on behalf of the country for having this heart!”

”But you must also balance work and rest!”

”I’ve heard from those professors at school that when you get busy with research, you act like you don’t value your life!”

”You must take care of your health!”

As he said this, he looked at Zhao Dairou: ”Please, Comrade Xiaorou, be more attentive and take good care of Comrade Su Chen’s health!”

”Don’t let him overwork!”

”Don’t worry, Chief, I will drag him to sleep when the time comes!” Zhao Dairou said.

But as soon as these words left her mouth, her pretty face flushed slightly, realizing that what she said seemed a bit ambiguous!

Fortunately, Commander Liu Chengzhi didn’t think much of it.

He then continued: ”The Eastern Theater Command also attaches great importance to this exercise!”

”They even voluntarily postponed it by two days to prepare!”

”This is the first time in previous exercises!”

”It seems they are really serious!”

”Comrade Su Chen, you also need to do your best!”

Su Chen nodded.

He indicated there was no problem.

He actually hoped that the Eastern Theater Command could make full preparations!

This would be better for demonstrating the performance of the First-generation Mecha.

Especially the Particle Laser Cannon!

He wanted to take this testing opportunity to show it off properly!

...

Meanwhile, on the other side.

Inside a large military equipment research and development base of the Eastern Theater Command!

Over a dozen professors from the Individual Combat Equipment Project Team were gathered in a spacious and bright Laboratory.

In the center of the Laboratory, a mecha with a sci-fi design and full of mechanical beauty stood quietly.

It was as if it were a sci-fi product that had traveled from the future.

Professor Ma Zhiqiang stood beside the mecha, his face overflowing with unconcealable pride.

As if this were his own masterpiece.

These professors were all R&D personnel from the Individual Combat Project Team.

The team leader, Chen Xiangyang, was a handsome uncle in his forties who didn’t look old and wore glasses.

Although he was very handsome, he was usually very serious because he was very dedicated to scientific research!

But at this moment, Chen Xiangyang had changed from his usual seriousness, examining the mecha like a child seeing a favorite toy!

His face was filled with unstoppable smiles!

”Old Ma, stop pretending, quickly tell us what makes this mecha so outstanding!”

”I heard it can even fly!”

”How exactly does it fly?”

Professor Ma Zhiqiang cleared his throat: ”Old Chen, don’t think you can be disrespectful just because you are my junior fellow apprentice. How am I pretending!”

After protesting a little, he also began to introduce it to everyone.

”I think you should have heard some rumors about this mecha!”

”That’s right, it is our country’s First-generation Mecha!”

”Relying on its own high-energy solid-state energy and excellent flight system, it can continue to fly at an altitude of tens of thousands of meters while performing various high-difficulty maneuvers!”

”Because it is equipped with a jet system, it can increase its speed to a terrifying level! It can even leave our J-20 Fighter Jet behind!”

Hearing this, the professors looked at each other, all unable to help but exclaim.

Not only could it fly, but its speed could also exceed that of the J-20 Fighter Jet!

What kind of terrifying technology was this!

Logically speaking, technology develops slowly!

First learn to walk, then talk about flying, first fly, then talk about flying fast, and once you can fly fast, then try comparing it with fast fighter jets.

But this mecha didn’t follow the rules at all!

As soon as it was built, it possessed powerful performance that crushed Fifth-generation fighter jets!

Chen Xiangyang couldn’t help but sigh: ”Fast enough speed, abundant energy, this is simply a weapon of war!”

”Maybe in the future, we won’t even need Dongfeng Express. If we want to deliver a package to someone, we can just have the mecha hold it and deliver it to them!”

”Direct door-to-door delivery!”

Chen Xiangyang said it seriously, but everyone was amused!

What a great door-to-door delivery!

And this was not the most powerful part of the First-generation Mecha!

Professor Ma Zhiqiang said again:

”Besides the excellent combat performance, what I find most powerful about this mecha is its fully intelligent technology!”

Everyone was confused by his words!

They understood intelligence; it was a focus of much research in this era!

But Professor Ma Zhiqiang’s tone seemed to imply that this mecha’s intelligent system was different from the flashy, cheap stuff outside!

Under everyone’s puzzled gazes, Professor Ma Zhiqiang spoke: ”BT!”

”Tell me, when will your creator return to the base?”

A mechanical synthesized voice rang out:

”Report to Professor Ma Zhiqiang, the plane my creator is taking has landed, and he is now on his way here!”

Everyone was incredulous upon hearing this.

However, team leader Chen Xiangyang said: ”This Artificial Intelligence is interesting!”

”But it shouldn’t be as godlike as you say, Old Ma!”

”Just calculate the creator’s departure time and the distance to the base, wouldn’t you know the arrival time?”

Professor Ma Zhiqiang smiled calmly: ”But... did I tell BT that information you mentioned?”

”I just casually asked him a question!”

Chen Xiangyang’s expression froze, and his pupils gradually dilated!

If that was the case, then it was a bit terrifying!

He couldn’t help but ask: ”B...T, how did you know when your creator would arrive at the base?”

BT: ”Hello Professor Chen Xiangyang, in fact, I have been collecting information. From your previous conversations, I learned that your General was taking a Black Hawk helicopter to Luo City to pick up my creator. I determined the location of the helicopter my creator was taking by hacking the satellite!”

”This is quite simple for me!”

Upon hearing BT’s explanation, Chen Xiangyang was so shocked his jaw almost dropped.

This Artificial Intelligence was simply too intelligent!

He had originally thought it was an anthropomorphic AI similar to ”Xiao Ai” or ”Siri”!

He didn’t expect it to be this intelligent!

This was simply technology from the future!

Chen Xiangyang couldn’t help but ask again: ”With such intelligence, couldn’t it autonomously complete missions without human control?”

BT: ”For BT, this is a basic function!”

Holy crap!!!

It really can be operated without human control!

It’s invincible!

If we manufactured tens of thousands of BTs!

Wouldn’t that mean we could dominate the world without a single soldier?

”Professor Ma Zhiqiang, who is the team that manufactured such a terrifying thing?” Chen Xiangyang couldn’t help but ask.

And just at this moment, the Laboratory door was pushed open, and Commander Liu Chengzhi led Su Chen and the others in.

Seeing the people, Professor Ma Zhiqiang signaled them to look over.

”Well, speak of the devil and he shall appear!”

”That person is the creator of this mecha!”

A cry of surprise suddenly rang out from the crowd: ”Is... is it him?”

”Our... Commander Liu Chengzhi???”
