Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 3: Mech Construction Successfully Completed! BT, hello, this is Iron Pilot!Mecha construction complete!

This mecha was crafted from a special alloy and, through the use of its color mimicry function, currently presented a color scheme similar to Iron Man.

The mecha’s head featured smooth yet angular lines, with its surface covered in a layer of deep blue intelligent protective coating.

The torso was exquisitely designed, its surface covered in tiny energy conduction veins.

These veins emitted a soft glow when the mecha was operational, not only adding a sense of high technology but also improving energy transmission efficiency.

Embedded in the center of the mecha’s chest was a diamond-shaped energy core, inside which surged a mysterious blue light, containing terrifying amounts of energy.

The arms, composed of multiple joints, were capable of performing various high-difficulty maneuvers.

The legs served as the mecha’s stable support, featuring a layer of special anti-slip material that allowed it to stand and walk steadily on various terrains.

A pair of small thrusters were installed on the knees, capable of providing instantaneous explosive power during combat, allowing the mecha to move quickly and dodge attacks.

The nano-armor covering the surface possessed extremely high strength and toughness, and could also absorb and reflect attacks similar to laser weapons.

Aside from the color adjustments made according to his own ideas, it was basically identical to the mecha in the system space!

Su Chen named it using a name from a game he had played in his past life: ”BT.”

”Pilot, from today on, BT will fight alongside you!”

A synthesized mechanical voice came from inside the mecha; this was the system AI that came with the mecha itself!

Similar to Jarvis from Iron Man!

However, it had been changed by Su Chen to BT’s voice.

This mecha adopted a fully intelligent design. Although the system AI wasn’t as monstrously capable as Jarvis, which could help manage the various affairs of Stark Industries, it was still highly functional.

But as long as it was an internal system issue with the mecha, BT could solve it!

Furthermore, because of the intelligent AI, it could execute action commands on its own even without anyone wearing it.

”I never expected that I would actually have a day where I became a Pilot!”

Listening to BT’s voice, Su Chen truly felt like he had transmigrated into the Titanfall game!

The only thing lacking immersion was perhaps that BT was a pilotable mecha, while the one he developed was a wearable device!

It could allow him to become an existence similar to Superman!

However, there wasn’t much difference!

Either way, they were both quite impressive!

After organizing the relevant data, Su Chen prepared to conduct basic tests on the mecha!

This was a mandatory step!

Thinking of this, Su Chen casually picked up a finished soda can nearby, took a sip—after finishing the drink, he threw it forcefully at the mecha!

”Clang—”

A sound rang out.

The soda can hit BT and bounced off.

Su Chen was stunned for a moment: ”Why didn’t you dodge?”

BT: ”Pilot, I did not receive a command to dodge!”

”Additionally, the soda can in your hand, including the remaining liquid and the condensed water vapor attached to it, has a total weight of 0.0312 kg. It was thrown at me at a speed of 11 m/s, with an impact time of 0.1 s, resulting in an actual destructive force of 3.42 N! This is insufficient to trigger the crisis self-preservation evasion command!”

”If you want me to execute an evasion command, Pilot, you should throw an atomic bomb with a yield equivalent to 15,000 tons of TNT at me!”

”In that case, I would evade at a speed of 680 m/s, which is twice the speed of sound!”

The mecha was equipped with sensors to collect data.

Before the soda can even became a weapon and hit the mecha, it had already been locked onto by the sensors built into the mecha itself!

Through high-speed calculations, its mass, flight speed, and potential destructive power were all clearly determined!

The mecha looked a bit goofy, but everything about it demonstrated its powerful and advanced technological capabilities!

”I can’t throw a nuclear bomb!”

”However, this proves that the sensors on the mecha are working fine; they can not only collect data but also process it!”

”Next, it’s time to test the various performance capabilities of the mecha itself!”

”BT! Please play a piece of Tchaikovsky’s ’Swan Lake’!”

This was a classic Russian ballet.

As Su Chen spoke, BT immediately arched both hands at its waist!

It stood on the tips of its toes with one foot, while bending the other leg at a ninety-degree angle!

It began to dance gracefully within the spacious Laboratory.

Although it was a mecha, it lacked that sense of heaviness; every time it leapt like a swan and landed, there was no feeling of heavy machinery slamming into the ground!

Instead, it was as light and agile as a human!

Originally, Su Chen had thought that BT would appear very clumsy!

But at this moment, he realized that he had completely overthought it!

This body, crafted from a special alloy, was not only lightweight but also extremely resilient!

No matter how difficult the maneuver, it could be completed gracefully!

It was just that the scene was somewhat contrasting!

A mecha dancing ’Swan Lake’!

BT even provided its own musical accompaniment!

It was somewhat hilarious!

The song ended!

BT’s performance was commendable!

The connection between the various components of the mecha itself was also very stable!

There were no issues with the system AI or the mecha itself, and the sensors also passed the test!

Next, it was time to test the portability function!

This was a feature that could be said to be highly disruptive, or even terrifying!

”BT! Terminate mecha mode!”

”BT received!”

As the words fell!

A series of ”click-clack” sounds rang out.

The mecha’s entire body emitted a special sound of metal shifting.

All its components underwent changes, and finally, it actually transformed into the shape of a briefcase!

Through color mimicry, the red and yellow colors turned into black!

Now it had completely become a briefcase!

It seemed like an inconspicuous feature, but it contained a lot of advanced technology!

In short, whatever the Transformers used, it used too!

Su Chen picked up the briefcase and went to the rooftop of the Laboratory!

It was night time.

Plus, it was summer vacation, so the area around the Laboratory was relatively dark!

It was relatively secluded.

Next!

Su Chen was going to test this mecha’s most awesome ability!

Flight!

In this aspect, he not only needed to test whether it could fly, but also test the built-in navigation system and whether the flight stabilization system passed!

He placed the briefcase on the ground!

After verifying his palm print and scanning his face, as the briefcase was opened, the mecha automatically assembled and equipped itself onto him.

This was also the first time Su Chen had worn a real mecha!

He had originally thought there would be a feeling of suffocation, but after putting it on, he found that the mecha felt just like a set of clothes.

No, one could even say it was more comfortable than clothes!

The mecha was able to make adjustments according to human body structure!

It adjusted until it perfectly fit the person’s body, reaching the most comfortable state, making it effortless to perform various movements!

To some extent, he felt a spiritual resonance with Stark!

Was this the feeling brought by a mecha?

Su Chen was enjoying it too much!

”Conducting a status check on the Pilot!”

”Body in a sub-health state!”

”Constipation detected, estimated duration of seven days. It is recommended to use glycerin enema as medication!”

Su Chen: ”...”

”Alright, I know you have a status system installed inside!”

”Stop worrying about me!”

He had been busy building the mecha for this period, eating and sleeping poorly, so constipation was normal!

But fortunately, it was built, and the system recovery time had also disappeared!

This indicated that the construction was successful!

As for this status system, it could not only detect Su Chen’s status but also the status of the mecha itself!

Such as fuel levels, mecha damage status, and ammunition reserves!

”Alright, BT!”

”Now, test the flight function! Activate flight mode!”

”Let’s begin!”

BT: ”BT received!”

”Flight mode activated successfully!”

”Ready to execute flight commands!”

As the words fell, blue flames suddenly erupted from beneath the mecha’s feet.

The next second!

Whoosh—

Su Chen immediately took off!
