Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Upon hearing the abrupt voice, Zhao Rong and his four companions turned their gazes skyward.

The assistant looked around and shouted, ”Who’s speaking? Show yourself if you dare! Don’t hide in the shadows and attack like a coward.”

Miss Lili meticulously observed her surroundings. ”You villain, where are you hiding? If you don’t come out, we’ll release the dogs to bite you!”

”If you’re a good person, we’ll spare you,” Yu Lan threatened the speaker. ”But if you’re a villain, we will certainly tear you to shreds!”

Xuelian then said to Zhao Rong, ”Brother Zhao Rong, go to the Paradise Shopping Cart right now and buy a human locator to find this person!”

Listening to everyone, Zhao Rong stepped forward. He pointed at the sky, drew a circle with his finger, then spun around on the spot. ”The one speaking,” he announced, ”is both a person and this space itself.”

When the assistant and the three women heard Zhao Rong claim that the space was a person and a person was the space, they couldn’t comprehend it. ”Brother Zhao Rong, what do you mean by that?” they asked. ”Could this space actually be alive? Isn’t that a bit too exaggerated and baffling?”

In disbelief, Miss Lili said, ”Brother, if space is a person, then how many people must be around us?”

Xuelian, feeling completely lost, said, ”What is all this nonsense? It makes no logical sense.”

Yu Lan even took out her smartphone to search online. ”I’ve looked all over,” she said, ”but I can’t find any theory about space being life or life being space.”

Just then, the voice boomed with laughter. ”I didn’t expect you all to come so prepared. You guessed my nature the moment I opened my mouth.”

When the assistant and the three women realized Zhao Rong had been correct, they were so shocked they stumbled and fell to the ground.

Scrambling back to his feet, the assistant said in a panic, ”Brother Zhao Rong, in all my life, I’ve never heard that space is life and life is space. It’s bizarre, yet it’s actually real!”

Miss Lili was equally astonished. ”When Einstein proposed that light could be refracted and space could be warped, he shocked the world and won a Nobel Prize. Now that you’ve proposed that space is life and life is space, Brother Zhao Rong, I think your theory could shake the world and win the Nobel Prize in Physics!”

Yu Lan pulled a three-dimensional glass from her pocket. Holding it up, she declared, ”I’m going to use this three-dimensional glass to see the life that exists within this three-dimensional space!”

Xuelian grew nervous. ”Brother Zhao Rong, if what you’re saying is true and this space is a person, then since we’re inside this space... does that mean we’re currently inside their body?”

Zhao Rong nodded at the assistant and the three women. ”To put it simply, this space *is* the great villain we’ve been looking for: Hong Ju. And Hong Ju is the space we are currently in.”

When the assistant and the three women heard that the space around them was Hong Ju himself, they were left utterly dumbfounded.

The assistant babbled incoherently, ”That’s impossible... it’s too bizarre! I know Hong Ju is a villain, and a person... but how can he be a space?”

Miss Lili frowned. ”This space we’re in is so vast. Can Hong Ju’s body expand infinitely?”

Yu Lan reached out to touch the air around her, her face a mask of disbelief. ”If the great villain Hong Ju is this space, then does that mean everything here—the grass, the mountains and rivers, the air, the moon, the atmosphere, the soil, the crust, the mantle—are all parts of Hong Ju’s body?”

Xuelian was even more amazed. ”Brother Zhao Rong, if this space is Hong Ju, then to defeat him, we’d have to destroy the space itself. But space is an abstract concept; you can see it, but you can’t touch it or reach it. How could we possibly defeat a space? Isn’t that just a fantasy?”

Just as their astonishment peaked, the deep voice that echoed through the dimension spoke again. ”I am now going to perform a dimensional strike on you. I will collapse this three-dimensional space into a two-dimensional one, making it thinner than paper.”

As he spoke, the voice erupted in a bone-chilling laugh.

Hearing the words ”dimensional strike,” the assistant broke out in goosebumps. ”Brother Zhao Rong, what do we do?” he said, terrified. ”Think of something, quick! If that villain performs a dimensional strike on us, our bodies will be compressed until they’re thinner than a sheet of paper. We’ll be doomed! There’ll be nothing we can do to fight back.”

Miss Lili gazed at the vast space before her and imagined the thinness of a single sheet of paper. The thought filled her with dread. ”To compress such a vast space until it’s thinner than a sheet of paper would require an incredible amount of energy, advanced technology, and intelligence. It seems this Hong Ju is no ordinary person.”

Yu Lan racked her brain for a way out. ”Brother Zhao Rong, I think the only way to avoid the dimensional strike is to leave this dimension. We have to return to the space we were in before. It’s the only way to escape. Otherwise, we’re sure to die.”

Xuelian nodded in fervent agreement and urged, ”Brother Zhao Rong, hurry! Take out the Space Shuttle Device and get us out of here, back to the safe space we were in before!”

Seeing their panicked faces, Zhao Rong looked conflicted. ”If I take out the Space Shuttle Device now, we can escape the dimensional strike and return to the safe space. But if we do, we will miss our best chance to capture the great villain Hong Ju. And this is our only chance. It’s now or never. So, I’d rather risk my life to try and capture Hong Ju and complete our mission.”
