Reborn As Super Heiress

The two women had clearly realized something; their expressions instantly turned to humiliation and fear, and instinctively they tried to retreat.

But they were bound by ropes, and where could they hide? They could only watch helplessly as the Dongyang person reached out his evil hands toward them.

”Fuck you!”

As one of the women’s clothes was torn open and the Dongyang man extended his hand to the woman’s fair neck, suddenly, a man stood up from the other side, shouting angrily at the Dongyang man as he jumped forward and forcefully collided with him.

However, the man was bound, slowing his movements. The Dongyang man was prepared; seeing a shadow rushing toward him, he reflexively counterattacked, lifting his foot forcefully to kick the attacking man flying.

The man was kicked and flew back three or four meters, crashing into the ship’s steel plate and then fell to the ground.

Due to the impact on his back, the man curled up from pain, but he still lifted his face and glared angrily at the Dongyang man, his eyes filled with fresh blood, anger and hatred seeming to solidify, while he continuously spat curses:

”You coward who bullies women, what kind of man are you, fuck your ancestors, stop it! If you have guts, kill me now, or when I get out of here, I’ll make sure to kill you!”

The man’s curses were evidently not understood by the Dongyang man, but he wasn’t stupid; he could clearly recognize that these Hua Country words were insults.

The man walked coldly toward the cursing Hua Country man. The fiercer the curses, the more sinister the Dongyang man’s expression grew, and his hits became more vicious, specifically targeting vulnerable parts. Yet the Hua Country man remained spirited, bleeding from the mouth, continuing to curse without end.

The others tied up in the cabin showed expressions of shared sorrow, while the woman who was almost assaulted wailed and cried, struggling to move toward the man’s position and kept shouting, ”Stop hitting him, stop hitting him, come at me instead. Stop hitting him, someone will die, please stop hitting him!”

Huo Sining and Gu Xu initially hadn’t grasped the situation, but upon seeing this scene, their faces turned red with anger.

It was clear that these tied-up people were from Hua Country, and that Dongyang person was attempting to humiliate a Huaxia woman in front of so many people, which was simply intolerable. The atrocities committed by Dongyang people in Hua Country years ago were still remembered, and now encountering such a beast today, how could Huo Sining and Gu Xu tolerate it?

Even before Huo Sining could speak, Gu Xu rushed over first.

The Dongyang man, focused on hitting the man beneath him, did not notice the surrounding situation, especially as Gu Xu was initially standing by Huo Sining, completely hidden. The Dongyang man didn’t expect anyone in the corner.

Thus, Gu Xu rushed over and his strike hit its mark, a punch hitting the Dongyang man’s temple.

Being the captain of the Falcon Special Warfare Team, Gu Xu’s capabilities surpassed normal people. His punch almost cracked the man’s skull, leaving him unable to make a sound as he fell unconscious to the ground.

Gu Xu controlled the force of his punch, managing to knock out the Dongyang man without taking his life. After all, they needed to keep him alive for questioning; killing him would not be profitable.

The dozens of tied-up Hua Country people in the cabin collectively fell silent, stunned by the sudden change.

They were astonished by where this god-like man appeared from, while also baffled by Gu Xu’s abrupt action.

Unable to discern Gu Xu’s intentions and having endured inhuman torment recently, these people became cautious, not daring to trust Gu Xu came to rescue them, thinking perhaps Gu Xu was another Dongyang person on the ship, so no one dared to speak rashly.

Gu Xu walked directly to the man who was beaten badly, first cutting through his ropes, then successively moving to others to untie them.

Only then did the people in the cabin gradually come to their senses, realizing they had been saved.

An older man, appearing to be in his fifties, trembled as he spoke, cautiously probing, ”Young man, are you here to save us?”

Gu Xu nodded, ”I am the captain of the Liberation Army’s 27th Group Army Falcon Team, I am here to rescue you, please trust me, follow my instructions next, and don’t panic or lose control, our people are outside, ensuring everyone’s safe evacuation!”

Upon hearing Gu Xu’s words, the people who had lost all hope suddenly saw light, looking at Gu Xu as if he were a life-saving Bodhisattva.

After days of only hearing Dongyang language, finally hearing their native tongue naturally stirred their emotions. Moreover, Gu Xu claimed to be from the People’s Liberation Army, further easing their worries.

The people hold a kind of blind reverence for the Liberation Army, knowing if anything happens, as long as the Liberation Army is present, problems will surely be resolved perfectly.

Having accepted the situation of perishing here, they were prepared to meet their end, yet suddenly someone came to rescue them. Naturally, Gu Xu became their last hope, regardless of whether his words were true or not. They obediently followed Gu Xu’s orders.

Huo Sining also seized the chaotic moment in the cabin to reveal herself, walking out from the side, and addressed Gu Xu, ”Tie up the unconscious person first!”

At this point, the rescued people noticed another person in the cargo hold and were surprised and wary upon seeing a woman, seemingly questioning her identity.

Huo Sining directly flipped out her rarely used blue booklet from her Space, showing it before everyone, and said:

”I am a colonel of the 24th Army of the Imperial Capital Military District, this is my officer’s ID. We came upon receiving intelligence to rescue hostages. How many days have you been held here, and why were you captured?”

Huo Sining was no longer in a hurry to find the Oil Rat’s partner. The partner had committed crimes and wasn’t worth sympathizing with. But among the dozen people in the cabin, there were not only strong men but also women and children. If they were also tomb robbers, Huo Sining didn’t buy it. Clearly, these people were different from the Oil Rats; they looked like ordinary people.
