Reborn As Super Heiress

Huo Sining has a certain emotional connection with S University, after all, this school has supported her firmly for the past three years. Even teachers like Qin Shaoyou and Gan Lijun have been kind to her, and the likes of Yan Xuesong, Chen Qiankun, and Xie Daoyuan were eager to take her on as their apprentice.

Huo Sining sincerely considers S University as her alma mater, so she doesn’t get upset about the school using her fame for advertising. On the contrary, she feels that the school is not at fault for doing so.

She even has plans to provide the school with a special recruitment channel. Each graduation season, the Beauty Group will visit the school to recruit, and outstanding talents will be directly hired by the group, offering them job opportunities.

Of course, Huo Sining did not bring this up on such occasions.

On one hand, she feels that work and personal affairs should be kept separate. She doesn’t want this matter to be tied to her early graduation, affecting the judgment of the faculty and playing emotional cards or anything of the sort;

On the other hand, she doesn’t quite understand such collaborations and is out of her depth. She just has this idea and plan, but to execute it properly, professionals should handle it. It would be better to let Wu Jun and the company’s lawyers negotiate directly with the school.

In the past, Huo Sining’s decision-making was more driven by her emotional needs, going with the flow. However, over the past year, as her company has grown larger, she increasingly realizes that being emotional is not advisable. Many matters should be handled according to regulations; contracts written in black and white are the way to maintain the upper hand, lest one falls into a trap inadvertently.

Swallowing one’s pride is not something Huo Sining wishes to experience.

Though she is inclined to believe the school wouldn’t act unreasonably, to be safe, having the lawyers from both sides discuss would be better.

After much persuasion, the faculty leaders finally reached a consensus and agreed to Huo Sining’s request. However, the deputy dean, who couldn’t reach his goal with persuasion, was still relentless and came up with another idea. He made one last request to Huo Sining: to appear at the new student entrance ceremony next year and deliver a speech.

Of course, Huo Sining knew that this deputy dean wanted to use her for advertising, but the request wasn’t excessive. She couldn’t firmly refuse, so she had to agree.

With the objective achieved, the deputy dean finally nodded satisfactorily and promptly stamped approval on Huo Sining’s application for early graduation.

Next came several of Huo Sining’s graduation exams, because by this time, senior students had already completed all their major exams. Huo Sining had to take makeup exams along with those students who failed their courses.

Huo Sining wasn’t particularly concerned about such an arrangement. Since deciding to jump grades, she had already begun preparing. In the past two months, she had been diligently reviewing her studies at home, practically devouring those major course textbooks. Although she couldn’t recite them backwards, she had mastered about seventy to eighty percent of the material, making her more than ready for the graduation exams.

In the following week and a half, Huo Sining had an exam nearly every other day. After finishing the exams, she immediately had to start selecting a topic for her dissertation, keeping her busy until the end of November.

To celebrate Huo Sining successfully obtaining the quota for early graduation, Su Qingqing had been clamoring for a sea trip, even renting a yacht, just waiting for Huo Sining to have some free time. Eventually, Huo Sining couldn’t resist and had to agree.

In reality, since her pregnancy, aside from that trip to Mexico, Huo Sining hadn’t been to sea in nearly ten months. She did miss the scent of the sea. Not only her, but Yue Shuwen, Qibao, and Niuniu were itching for it too.

Recently, Huo Sining had also visited Xianyu Shop. Since she handed the shop over to some students to manage, the business had indeed declined considerably. This was unavoidable because her focus is no longer on the shop, and she can’t frequently go to the sea to replenish the stock. So apart from some loyal old customers, new customers were scarce.

Fortunately, most of the shop’s items are premium goods and can’t be consumed quickly. Moreover, with Qin Shaoyou’s recent research on angelfish reaching the market, she became one of the agents. At least there’s no need to worry about the angelfish supply, so her shop wouldn’t need to shut down.

The shop’s business was average, but luckily, the premises belonged to her, so she wasn’t worried about rent losses. After paying the student workers, there was still some surplus.

Since they were going to sea, they definitely needed to restock Xianyu Shop. Huo Sining planned this and, before setting off, went to the market with Su Qingqing to purchase things for the yacht trip.

According to Su Qingqing’s plan, this sea trip would last at least two days. When Huo Sining goes to sea, she’s followed by a large group, roughly estimating about a dozen people. Just the food supplies were considerable; various tools needed for the sea adventure also needed to be fully prepared.

The two bought a lot of vegetables, fruit, and fishing gear at the market. After organizing everything, Su Qingqing suddenly remembered they also needed a grill set and charcoal for a barbecue. Barbecuing at sea is definitely a special activity, which Su Qingqing had long wanted to try.

Huo Sining was a bit helpless with this girl’s special hobbies but didn’t stop her, letting her do as she pleased. She was about to drive back with the things when she received a call from Su Qingqing before even reaching the lakeside villa.

As soon as Huo Sining answered the call, she heard Su Qingqing’s angry voice: ”Ningning, my car seems to have a problem. Some mischievous kid let the air out of my tires. Are you home yet? If not, could you come back and pick me up?”

Upon hearing Su Qingqing’s words, Huo Sining couldn’t help but laugh, ”How unlucky, which naughty kid dared to mess with our Miss Su’s car? They must have a death wish.”

Just as Huo Sining was about to tease her further, she suddenly heard a strange sound from the other end, and then Su Qingqing’s previously annoyed tone changed dramatically: ”Who are you? What do you want? Damn it, get lost, believe it or not, I’ll teach you a lesson!”

Huo Sining’s smile froze. She heard a cacophony of noises over the phone, seemingly involving men’s cries of pain — it was chaotic, but clearly, Huo Sining could tell that Su Qingqing was in trouble!
