Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 950: Chapter 946 Jealous

Feeling the warm lips covering his own, Gu Xu’s body paused. Without time to think, his body had already reacted instinctively. He suddenly reached out his hand, held the back of Huo Sining’s head, pressed her towards himself forcefully, slightly lowered his head, and kissed the fragrant lips of the girl in front of him hard.

Huo Sining froze, her peripheral vision noticed the surrounding students coming and going, all staring at her with strange expressions. Huo Sining instantly came to her senses and instinctively wanted to break free from Gu Xu’s grip.

But her small frame was no match for Gu Xu. He saw her struggling and tightened his hold, pressing her into his embrace even harder, then turned forcefully, pinning her against the old tree trunk, with her back against it. His arms encircled her, a smile in his eyes, while mischievously biting her lips, as if conveying all the recent torment to this woman’s heart.

Huo Sining’s whole body tensed, her cheeks flushed red instantly, her ears showing an enticing pink. Gu Xu’s heart skipped a beat, almost without thinking, he lightly bit towards that pink earlobe.

”Where do you think you’re going to hide?”

The hot breath sprayed on her ear, the heat flowed into her ear canal, making the girl in his arms tremble involuntarily. This man holding her licked and bit her earlobe, causing some strange feeling inside her to rise from the bottom of her heart.

Huo Sining’s usual composure seemed on the verge of collapse, her lashes trembling anxiously in a daze. She couldn’t hear what the person in front had just said clearly, her eyes unconsciously landed on the stairway window not far away: ”You, how did you... get to Dongyang?”

At the mention of this, Gu Xu felt a fire inside and did not respond, his arms tightly grasping the girl’s body in front, wishing he could rub this disobedient woman into his bones and blood, so he wouldn’t have to worry that she might suddenly disappear.

Seeing him silent for a long while, Huo Sining instinctively raised her head, only to be fiercely kissed again by Gu Xu at that moment.

”No!”

After all, this was Dongdu, and Huo Sining felt that such intimate behavior in public might be inappropriate. She was about to push Gu Xu away but found that the person in front of her simply ignored her protests and continued to kiss and bite her.

Huo Sining couldn’t help frowning lightly, a mix of embarrassment and helplessness surging, making her delicate face even more flushed, showing the charming demeanor of a young girl, which made Gu Xu’s heart itch even more, unable to resist.

Kissing and licking like a Heitan, Huo Sining felt both annoyed and amused, almost at her wit’s end.

She never knew, being the dignified president of a group, Gu Xu could have such moments. What kind of aloof and proud noble gentleman is this? He’s basically a big yellow dog!

Huo Sining couldn’t push Gu Xu away, so she had no choice but to let him be until this guy himself felt something unusual in his body. Only then did he pant heavily, pressing Huo Sining against the tree trunk, adjusting his emotions while instinctively moving his lower body two fists away from his wife to prevent Huo Sining from noticing his awkward state.

Huo Sining had already noticed the anomaly, but she didn’t point it out, giving Gu Xu a playful look, with a hint of schadenfreude.

Gu Xu was irritated by this glance, feeling both embarrassed and angry. He became agitated immediately: ”What are you looking at? This is a normal reaction for a man. If I really had no feeling, then you’d truly be left alone!”

Huo Sining’s mouth twitched involuntarily, thinking inwardly, how could she not realize that this man could be so shameless!

Seeing Huo Sining rendered speechless by his retort, Gu Xu felt proud, suddenly remembered the purpose of his visit here, hesitated a moment, then tentatively asked: ”I called you before coming, but your phone was off. Your roommate said you went traveling with some Nara so-and-so.”

Upon hearing this, Huo Sining hurriedly took her phone out of her backpack and checked it, then couldn’t help but smile: ”The phone battery died, I was busy these past two days, and forgot to charge it.”

Gu Xu felt a bit frustrated upon hearing this.

The phone battery being dead was the main point? That’s certainly not the point he wanted to ask about, right? What he wanted to ask was, who exactly is this Nara so-and-so, and why did his wife find a Dongyang man to accompany her on a trip?

Not hearing a response from Gu Xu, Huo Sining seemed to be aware, turned back thoughtfully to glance at Gu Xu, suddenly lifted her lips in a smile, and asked pleasantly: ”Mr. Gu, are you... jealous?”

”Jealous? What a joke, me, jealous?!” With this question from Huo Sining, Gu Xu instantly flared up like a cat whose fur had been ruffled, jumping up in denial of Huo Sining’s claim.

However, his eyes, expression, and whole body seemed soaked in vinegar, with Huo Sining looking at him with some amusement. Feeling caught between saving face and not wanting to let this matter slide, he hesitated for a while before speaking up, quietly asking: ”That Nara so-and-so, are you close with him?”

This tone of an aggrieved little wife made Huo Sining finally burst into laughter.

Feeling suddenly quite happy, she straightened her posture and began walking towards the school gate.

After walking a few steps, seeing Gu Xu still standing by the old tree not moving, she turned back and playfully scolded him: ”Come on, why are you standing there like a stone waiting for your wife?”

Gu Xu snapped out of his thoughts and quickly trotted to catch up, extending his hand habitually to tightly clasp his wife’s hand, asking: ”Where are we going?”

Huo Sining didn’t answer him, just continued towards the school gate. After walking a while, Huo Sining suddenly stopped, turned her head to look at the man beside her: ”Gu Xu.”

”Yes.” Gu Xu immediately replied, looking earnestly at Huo Sining.

For some reason, seeing Gu Xu like this, Huo Sining seemed to see her own proud Heitan sitting still and wagging his tail at her. The bittersweet emotions flooded her chest instantly, and her eyes unknowingly showed a spring-like tenderness.

”In half a year, I’ll be twenty years old.”

Huo Sining said this lightly, and before Gu Xu could react, she released his hand and walked straight towards the school gate.

Twenty years old? What does that mean? Is it a hint for a birthday gift?

Gu Xu was about to ask what Huo Sining meant, when suddenly a thought flashed through his mind, he couldn’t help but freeze for several seconds, only then reacting, filled with a burst of joy, hurriedly chasing after the girl walking ahead.
