Super Rich by Doing as You Please

After flexing online for a bit, Xu Yun decided to go check on Jiang Peiyao’s charity organization.

But then another problem came up!

No car!

It didn’t seem right to go to Xino’s House now to get his Valkyrie.

He called his secretary, Yu Xuan.

Since returning from his trip, the only two women he hadn’t seen yet were his secretary, Yu Xuan, and Ning Qian.

The other women had done a good job hiding it, deliberately not telling them he was back.

When Yu Xuan answered Xu Yun’s call, she was pleasantly surprised. ”Boss, you’re back?”

”Yeah, I just got here.”

Xu Yun replied, ”Come pick me up at the Yu Jin East Road Platform.”

”Boss, that might be a little difficult right now.”

Yu Xuan sounded troubled. ”President Jiang and I are about to head to a rural school. We have an appointment to do a site visit for someone we plan to help.”

”Is there any room in the car? Bring me along.”

”You want to go too, Boss?”

”I’m free anyway, so I’ll just tag along and have a look.”

”Okay, Boss. Please wait a moment.”

After Yu Xuan hung up, Jiang Peiyao asked with a smile, ”Was that Xu Yun?”

”Yes, President Xu came back today. He wants me to pick him up.”

Yu Xuan replied with a smile, ”He said he wants to come with us to the school.”

Jiang Peiyao already knew that Xu Yun was back.

She was just a little surprised that Yu Xuan, his personal secretary, had no idea.

Jiang Peiyao said, ”Then let’s hurry over and get him. We shouldn’t keep him waiting.”

”Okay.” Hearing this, Yu Xuan turned the car around and sped toward Yu Jin Road.

A short while later, they picked up Xu Yun.

Since their destination was in the countryside and Yu Xuan had little experience on mountain roads, she drove very cautiously and didn’t dare go too fast.

Finally, after a two-hour drive, their group of five arrived at their destination.

That’s right.

Besides Xu Yun, Jiang Peiyao, and Yu Xuan, an SUV had been following them.

It carried two new employees Jiang Peiyao had just hired: a male and a female university student.

The female student would be responsible for follow-up communications with sponsored individuals, while the male would handle photography and videography for the organization, creating a visual record of each person they helped.

Why keep visual records?

First, for future publicity, to raise awareness of their organization.

Second, to avoid unnecessary disputes in the future, serving as on-site evidence.

Although the two newcomers weren’t graduates of the most elite universities, they both had a passion for charity work.

As for their salary, Jiang Peiyao offered them 3,000 yuan during their internship period. After one month, if everything went well, their take-home pay as full-time employees would be 5,000 yuan.

A full benefits package was also included.

If they both consistently performed well, they would also receive a handsome year-end bonus.

A minimum of 50,000 yuan, with no upper limit!

They might be doing charity, but that didn’t mean they should have to sacrifice their own financial security.

Only then could they focus on their work without any other worries.

In the car, Xu Yun briefly heard about the person Jiang Peiyao was going to sponsor today: a second-grade boy from a rural elementary school.

This was from a request for help she had seen online not long ago.

So, after communicating online a few times, they had scheduled a meeting for today.

For Jiang Peiyao, the goal wasn’t to help a large number of people at once. Instead, she focused on helping one person at a time, ensuring that the aid was tangible and effective.

Moreover, she now conducted an on-site visit for every individual she considered sponsoring.

If she felt someone deserved to be sponsored, she would sponsor them directly, without requiring the person to provide all sorts of documents and go through tedious procedures like other organizations.

Compared to paperwork, she trusted her own eyes and personal experience more!

As long as the organization remained small, Xu Yun was quite supportive of her pragmatic approach.

So when Xu Yun, Jiang Peiyao, Yu Xuan, and the others arrived at the school gate, the student’s teacher—the person who had been communicating with Jiang Peiyao online—was already waiting for them.

After they met, the teacher greeted the group very politely.

Regarding his student’s situation, he had posted a request for help on an online forum with a ”nothing to lose” attitude, but it hadn’t received much attention.

Just as he thought the post would sink without a trace, someone suddenly sent him a private message.

It was the only response he got, and it was from an organization called the Cloud Charity Organization.

The person from the organization said that if the situation he described was true, they would be willing to help the child unconditionally.

The teacher was naturally overjoyed that such a charity was willing to help.

After a brief conversation, he discovered that they were a local charity that even ran a children’s welfare home.

Worried about being scammed, he even secretly went to check out the welfare home himself.

When he saw that the equipment, facilities, and overall environment were far superior to any government-run welfare home, his worries were completely put to rest.

”President Jiang, hello everyone.”

Teacher Huang was a young volunteer teacher, so young that it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say he looked like he was still in university himself.

So he was quite surprised when he saw that the person he had been communicating with online was such a beautiful woman.

But he quickly collected himself and said with a smile, ”Welcome! The principal was supposed to greet you today as well, but he was called away to the county for a last-minute meeting.”

Xu Yun, having joined at the last minute, stood to the side without saying a word.

”That’s alright.”

Seeing that Xu Yun had no intention of getting involved, Jiang Peiyao didn’t press the matter.

She got straight to the point, asking with a smile, ”Teacher Huang, let’s skip the small talk. Is it a good time for you to take us to see the student?”
