Global Lords: I Have Information System

Chapter 414: Chapter 320: Settler Recruitment, Careful Selection

In the moment, he prepared to take advantage of the rest period to exchange the points and [Basic Challenge Fragment] acquired from this dungeon challenge, lest unforeseen troubles arise over time.

The exchange mall will be open for 24 hours, ending tomorrow noon.

This timeframe may appear sufficient, but Zong Shen currently cannot ascertain when the battle in Odu Village will end!

The conflicting sides are native forces that Zong Shen cannot afford to provoke.

It will undoubtedly be a battle of titans.

If Zong Shen wants to stir the pot, he needs to manage considerable risk.

Should unexpected changes or circumstances arise, leaving him unable to act or freeing his hands, he cannot ensure a safe environment for exchange.

If the exchange mall closes while his points and fragments remain unused, that would truly be a tragedy!

As they say, one of life’s greatest tragedies is dying with unspent money.

If the exchange ends with unspent points, it would be more unbearable for Zong Shen than dying.

With that in mind, Zong Shen decided not to delay, casually heading towards the pasture within his territory, leaning against the wooden fence, beginning to access [Cave Points].

His total points have reached 286225, this time, due to the group of Burrow Heroes along with the final challenge, it’s the highest points balance among the three exchanges.

Reflecting on these past few days, almost relentlessly hunting burrow monsters day and night, Zong Shen felt a bit melancholic.

In this world, he no longer needs to work, yet feels even more exhausted than before.

If Earth’s life were tossing and turning, then after arriving, it’s also a matter of tossing and turning, just changing the location and form.

Fortunately, the six-figure points balance reinvigorated Zong Shen’s somewhat weary spirits.

It’s akin to working overtime daily, working tirelessly, then suddenly receiving a six-figure salary, urging you to spend it within a day.

Now, it’s time to spend it.

In [Cave Points], two sub-options emerged: one [Points Exchange] and another [Basic Fragment Exchange], two entrances to the exchange mall.

Zong Shen first opened [Points Exchange], familiar since it’s the third exchange, this time the five major options became six.

In addition to the old five, there’s a new [Settler Recruitment] exchange option that wasn’t open in the prior two.

Currently, Zong Shen Territory lacks nothing but manpower, lacking farmers, lacking warriors, within the territory are only over a hundred warriors and farmers, less than the kobolds led by Dutra.

Thus, Zong Shen directly opened the [Settler Recruitment] option, and a row of lists appeared.

The first row is the Farmer Recruitment Scroll, which as the name suggests, is used to recruit farmers.

[Farmer Recruitment Scroll (Gray)] 100 points

[Farmer Recruitment Scroll (White)] 200 points

[Farmer Recruitment Scroll (Green)] 400 points

[Farmer Recruitment Scroll (Blue)] 800 points

[Farmer Recruitment Scroll (Purple)] 1600 points

Farmers being the basic population of the territory, there aren’t many varieties distinguishing them.

It’s just by talent differentiation setting different prices.

Gray Dull Talent being the cheapest at 100 points, like San Pang with Excellent Level talent as a farmer actually valued at 800 points.

Among the available Farmer Recruitment Scrolls, the best is Rare Level Talent, requiring 1600 points to exchange; however, this exchange isn’t unlimited, with a limited exchange of 20 pieces, removable by quantity not by talent, provided you have enough points, exchanging 20 Rare Level Talent Farmer Recruitment Scrolls poses no issue.

After contemplating for a moment, Zong Shen decided to spend 32,000 points, exchanging 20 Rare Level Talent Farmer Recruitment Scrolls, a considerable expenditure.

Actually, the difference in farmer talent performance is rather significant, like San Pang, with Excellent Level talent, whether in labor efficiency or intelligence is much higher than Dull Talent; the territory’s future development requires a batch of talents to lead the way forward.

Besides the mentioned reasons, there’s another most crucial reason: farmers hold a special status, effectively an all-purpose population where, through appropriate barracks and training books, they can be trained into Whiteboard Soldiers while soldier talent training is dependent on farmer’s talent.

Thus, Rare Level farmers have the possibility of being transformed into Rare Level soldiers.

Of course, aside from regular barracks training, there’s the Professional Soldier Reassignment Book which transforms farmers into Professional Soldiers, for instance, Tiezhu became a Tier Two Nord Shadow Scout using a [Nord Shadow Scout Reassignment Book (Green)].

Similarly, common Tier Two or Three Recruitment Scrolls contain professional soldiers sealed in Other Dimension, Tier Two talent generally being Ordinary but by Tier Three, it’s predominantly Good and Excellent talent; this was a standard for sealing soldiers as recruitment scrolls.

Substantially, warriors sealed as recruitment scrolls hold a standard of Elite Warriors, which represents Professional Soldiers.
