Global Lords: I Have Information System

Because in this room, there were actually two treasure chests.

One of the treasure chests was entirely made of refined gold, a golden treasure chest that Zong Shen had never encountered before.

As for the other treasure chest, it was the silver treasure chest mentioned in the previous strategies.

Clearly, this additional golden treasure chest in the dormitory is most likely a newly placed chest after the newbie stage.

Silver treasure chests generally yield rare level items, whereas the golden treasure chest clearly has a chance to contain orange legendary items.

However, with both treasure chests appearing at the same time, there is a high probability that one of them is a trap. According to the strategy, the silver treasure chest should be fine.

Therefore, the heart-thumping golden treasure chest is probably a trap treasure chest.

Zong Shen squinted his eyes slightly, observing the golden treasure chest in front of him.

[Golden Treasure Chest]

[An unknown golden treasure chest, no one knows what might come out of it]

(Unfortunately, this golden treasure chest is a trap, concealing a powerful thunder magic inside that can turn an area of 50 meters around into scorched earth under a lightning strike)

Indeed, this golden treasure chest is a trap.

This was also the first time Zong Shen saw a golden treasure chest, a truly high-level chest, but it turned out to be a trap.

Fortunately, Zong Shen was mentally prepared, so after feeling a bit regretful, he accepted the reality and stored the trap chest away.

He kept it for future use. Currently, he still had two trap chests, one was the silver chest with the sheep transformation skill obtained a few days ago from the abandoned dragon nest on Lake Heart Island.

The other is this golden treasure chest with group thunder magic.

These trap chests can not only be used against other lords but also against indigenous people and wild creatures. The magic or traps inside are extremely formidable, capable of producing unexpected effects.

Besides Zong Shen, who had access to the strategy, no one else could accurately discern if a chest contained a trap. Especially among the lords, there was no one who could resist the temptation of opening treasure chests. Human greed and luck assured that this thing was an unsurpassed weapon against lords.

Sadly, this was not a real golden treasure chest, which made Zong Shen a bit disappointed. Storing away the trap chest, Zong Shen turned his attention to the silver treasure chest.

[Silver Treasure Chest]

[An unknown silver treasure chest, no one knows what might come out of it]

(There is no problem with the treasure chest, feel free to open it)

This silver treasure chest indeed had no issues.

Zong Shen rubbed his hands, trying to generate some luck.

Then he chose to open the silver treasure chest. The lid slowly lifted, revealing several orbs of light, among which were purple and blue.

[Successfully opened Silver Treasure Chest]

[Tier Four Giant Cannon Tower Construction Blueprint (Purple) ×1]

[Cellared Merlot Wine (Blue) ×3]

[Deep Well Construction Blueprint (Blue) ×1]

[Third-Level City Lord’s Mansion Upgrade Certificate ×1]

[Wolf Rider Advancement Book (Blue) ×1]

A total of five rewards, apart from the wine, the rest were blueprints and books, including a Wolf Rider Advancement Book, which should be an advancement item for the Wolf Cavalry.

The overall rewards were standard and fairly decent, the only regret being that there was no recruitment scroll.

Each recruitment scroll was a professionally trained soldier, much simpler and more convenient than building a barracks to train farmers.

Due to the current population limit of the farmers in the territory, Zong Shen has yet to construct a barracks. The farmers in the territory are not even enough for labor and collection, much less available for training into soldiers.

Furthermore, training soldiers requires providing them with equipment and consuming corresponding tier and type training books. Considering all this, the recruitment scroll is the most comfortable option, but their source and type are unstable.

The type of recruitment scroll that can be obtained is largely related to the current surrounding environment, making it random.

But having one is better than none, as each additional soldier in the territory means more strength.

In the early to mid-development stages of the territory, the importance of armed soldiers far exceeds that of farmers. This is determined by the territory’s development needs.

Zong Shen broke down the treasure chest into 10 portions of secret silver, then collected all the rewards and left the room.

Upon reaching the Mining Hall, he followed his routine of checking out the intriguing rewards from this haul.

[Tier Four Giant Cannon Tower Construction Blueprint (Purple)]

[Quality: Rare Special Human Race Building]

[Requirements: Tier Four Giant Cannon Tower Construction Blueprint ×1]

[Complete building, no material cost required for construction, please choose an area for placement]

[Construction Time: 25 minutes]

[Footprint: 50 square meters]

[Height: 30 meters]

[Range: 100 meters~3500 meters]

[Weapon: IV Type Giant Magic Rune Cannon]

[Explosion Damage: 142~145]

[Explosion Range: Radius 30 meters]

[Interval: 20 seconds]

[Durability Value: 3500]

[Building Armor: 40]

[Each cannon shot will consume 150 points of magic energy]

[Close/Open (Auto Bombardment)]

[Magic Energy: 0/60000]

[Skill: Quick Reload lv5 (Reduces firing interval by five seconds, lasts for 10 minutes, cooldown time 4 hours)]

Passive Skills: Oil Bomb (For every 12 ordinary cannonballs fired, one oil bomb can be fired, causing the explosion range to inflict continuous burn damage for 30 seconds)

Ice Bomb (For every 18 ordinary cannonballs fired, one ice bomb can be fired, causing enemies in the explosion range to fall into a frozen state for 30 seconds, reducing movement and attack speed, and causing adverse effects such as cold and shivering)

Crewman Mode (Enter crewman mode for manual operation and attack on designated targets, with an overhead view observation range from 100 meters to 3500 meters)]

[Note: Explosion damage does not differentiate between friend and foe]

(A powerful defense tower, the crystallization of human race magic energy technology and rune technology. In fact, barring the goblin race, the human race is one of the best at developing magical energy weapons. The powerful magic rune giant cannon can help the territory manage large swarms of enemies.

During fierce battles, it’s best to use crewman mode to manually select targets to avoid the giant cannon tower from mistakenly injuring allied soldiers and territory buildings in the melee.)

”Wow! This is so good!”

Zong Shen’s eyes immediately sparkled with little stars. He now desires to turn the territory into a plain fortress full of defense buildings.

Moreover, this giant cannon tower is a group attack tower, perfect for dealing with the currently roaming burrow monster swarm, and with crewman mode, he can observe the situation within the range from an overhead view.

The most important point is that this item is a complete building, requiring no material costs, and even the construction time is very short, making it a huge gain.

You must understand that for a Rare Level building, just gathering the materials needed for construction is a big challenge for the current Lords.

A complete building solves all the problems at once without the need to painstakingly collect materials. As soon as he returns to the territory, it can be put to use immediately.

Compared to these advantages, the 150 magic energy cost per attack of the giant cannon tower is not a big issue. Just keep auto bombardment off during usual times and activate crewman mode during battle, making it a great group attack ace for the territory!

Next, he took out a bottle of wine that seemed quite aged.

[Cellared Merlot Wine (Blue)]

[Quality: Excellent Level]

[Effect: Attack damage +40%, Magic value limit increases by 100 points, Defense -20%, Movement speed -15%, Duration 15 minutes]

(A premium cellared wine with first-class taste, deeply cherished by Avalon’s nobles, a symbol of upper-class status)

The treasure chest yielded a total of three bottles of wine, surprisingly of Excellent Level quality.

The most exaggerated part is the 40% attack damage boost, with the cost being merely a slight reduction in movement speed and defense.

If used during a boss battle, it would definitely be something to increase combat power. These three bottles of wine shouldn’t be left to the Dwarf Uncle, it’d be a waste if he drinks them.

Zong Shen immediately decided to stockpile some good quality wine in the future to drink before battles, enhancing combat power.

Among the remaining items, all are either blueprints or books. Zong Shen glanced and put the well blueprint together with other building blueprints obtained today, to look through later when he has time.

During his time in the mine today, he got quite a few blueprints. Zong Shen plans to hold onto them and check them uniformly when back at the territory.

Besides the well blueprint, the other two items seem interesting.

[Third-Level Lord’s Mansion Upgrade Certificate]

[Complete the territory expansion task and, after upgrading the territory to Level 2, use this certificate to upgrade the City Lord’s Mansion to Level 3 (the City Lord’s Mansion must be in an undamaged state)]

(The Third-Level City Lord’s Mansion will make your Lord’s Courtyard more luxurious, constantly advancing towards the goal of becoming a Lord.)

Saying it, Zong Shen almost forgot about upgrading the territory.

Now seeing the Lord’s Mansion upgrade certificate reminded him.

Open the leaderboard, and Chen Xuan is still in first place, already having reached a Level 4 Territory.

His own ranking has dropped beyond thirty thousand.

Zong Shen’s ranking was at the forefront within the same level due to upgrading the territory quite early.

Above him are almost all territories above Level 2, showing that after these few days of development, many players have risen strongly.

There are about 25 days left until the leaderboard countdown ends. For this wave of monthly rewards, Zong Shen has to find a suitable time to upgrade the territory well.

The leaderboard’s monthly rewards update every month, making the strong get stronger, but also giving others an example to develop after, and there are rewards within the top ten thousand on the leaderboard.

If some Lords get lucky, having no formidable hostile targets within range, there’s still a chance for continuous territory upgrades.

”Let you flaunt for a while first.”

”When I have time, I’ll play with you guys seriously.”

Zong Shen closed the leaderboard, looking towards the booklet in his hand.

[Wolf Rider Advancement Book (Blue)]

[Quality: Excellent Level]

[Usable on Tier Two Soldier Wolf Cavalry]

[Upgrade them to Tier Three Soldiers]

(Diligent Korby can finally advance)

This advancement book suits Korby perfectly.

Zong Shen has already noticed that the grade of the corresponding advancement books determines the advancement level.

Holding the advancement book in his hand, he called over Korby, who was carrying corpses.

”Korby, come over here!”

”I have a great thing to show you!”

Zong Shen hid the hand holding the advancement book behind his back, beckoning to Korby with the other hand.

Ready to give him a big surprise at this opportunity!
