Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 1408: Chapter 1407: Just How Many Good Little Sisters Do You Have?

”...That’s the situation.”

Sitting next to Sora, Fang Zheng explained everything about himself, including the Main World, the Heavenly Dao Palace, and the reason he came here.

Of course, Fang Zheng didn’t forget to tell Sora that he already had several girlfriends. After all, it wasn’t something he needed to hide, and once he returned to the Main World, it would be impossible to keep it a secret anyway.

However, after listening to Fang Zheng’s story in silence, Sora just stared at him and her first words were...

”Bro... are you a chunibyo?”

”You’re the chunibyo here!”

Fang Zheng reached out and knocked on Sora’s head.

”Everything I said is true!”

”Is that so...”

Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s answer, Sora’s expression was somewhat complicated, but she wasn’t too surprised. In fact, she had always known that Fang Zheng was hiding something from her, or there were things she didn’t know.

For instance, Fang Zheng could play the piano, but there was no piano at home, and she had no memory of him playing one. And the songs he sang, although he used to hum some tunes at home, were songs Sora had never heard before, not even online.

These things had always raised questions in Sora’s mind, but she never voiced them, keeping them bottled up instead. After all, Sora knew Fang Zheng harbored many secrets, and if she insisted on knowing them, they might part ways.

So she preferred to pretend she didn’t know anything.

But now, she finally knew.

However, there was still a crucial question for Sora.

”Bro.”

Thinking about it, Sora looked up and seriously watched Fang Zheng.

”I have a very important question.”

”What question?”

”... Exactly how many girlfriends do you have?”

”Well... uh...”

Upon hearing Sora’s inquiry, Fang Zheng instinctively opened his mouth to answer, but then thought again... hey, this question... is actually quite hard to answer!!

”Wait a moment, let me think...”

Fang Zheng waved his hand, then frowned in deep thought. He indeed had relationships with quite a few people, but determining who counted as a girlfriend was rather tricky.

Tilia... could be considered a girlfriend, I guess.

As for those elves... rather than girlfriends, they’re more like... admirers?

Kurumi and Akemi Homura’s relationships with him felt more like servitude; Little Hei and Atalanta were his Servants. The relationship with Fang Zheng seemed more like that between a king and his harem. There were certainly feelings, but whether they were like those between boyfriends and girlfriends was hard to say.

As for a clearly defined boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, Eiriri counted as one, Black Cat as another, and Asuna as well. Whether Shiyu of Misty Hill counted was debatable since they’d only had one night together, and hadn’t met since; Chiyo occasionally came to him for comfort, and although Fang Zheng did things like going shopping with her like a couple, she seemed unwilling to be his girlfriend, treating him more like a brother.

Of course, those are the ones Fang Zheng had relations with. As for others... well, at least for now, they were just pure friends of opposite genders.

”Bro...?”

Watching Fang Zheng frown and ponder deeply, Sora’s eyes widened, her voice carrying a trace of anger.

”Wait, really, let me count, about six or seven... no, seven or eight...”

”Hmm?”

”Anyway, it’s definitely less than ten...”

”...”

Upon hearing this, Sora was utterly speechless.

”I never imagined that Bro would be such a player...”

”As they say, a hero’s true color. I’m so handsome and talented; having a few girlfriends is quite normal, isn’t it?”

Since the conversation was out in the open, Fang Zheng naturally wouldn’t dwell further, just shrugging his shoulders.

”Besides, those are just girlfriends. If we’re talking, more people are my sisters.”

”Huh?!”

Upon hearing this, Sora instantly became nervous.

”How many?!”

”Hmm...”

Illya, Yoshino, Yuki, Midori, Nobiru, Tina, Natsuse... and all those Cursed Children...

”I haven’t done a detailed count, but it’s probably several million...”

After all, how the Cursed Children referred to Fang Zheng varied, from the respectful Master Fang Zheng to Mr. Fang Zheng, to Fang Zheng Cosbrother, Brother, Brother Fang Zheng, Elder Brother, Elder Brother Sir, Dear Brother... At the very least, the twelve varieties of ’brother’ could achieve a full achievement.

”Hundreds...”

Upon hearing this, Sora was stunned.

”Bro... your mother in that world must be amazing...”

”No, this has nothing to do with my mom. In fact...”

As he spoke, Fang Zheng explained the situation of the Cursed Children in the Black World to Sora. Upon hearing about their plight and fate, Sora’s expression turned complex, and she let out a long sigh.

”These kids are really pitiful... Hmm... huh?”

Thinking about it, Sora suddenly had a bright idea.

”But brother, the only one related to you by blood is me!”

As expected of Sora, she managed to spot that blind spot.

”Hmm...”

Hearing this, Fang Zheng thought about it again.

Although he indeed had two daughters, Little Fire Dragon and Yui, Musashi also called him Father, and there was also Akemi Homura as an Enchanted. But if considered strictly in terms of blood relations...

”That’s right, only you.”

Thinking of this, Fang Zheng nodded, confirming Sora’s idea. Though it was just a ”setting,” in this world, Fang Zheng and Sora had truly been together from birth till now. Even with ”fast forward,” the fact that they were blood-related siblings would not change.

Otherwise, Sora wouldn’t have transformed into a dragon. This kind of situation had only happened to Akemi Homura before, and that was because Akemi Homura had become Fang Zheng’s Enchanted.

Thinking back, the reason Sora transformed into a dragon is probably related to the space here. After all, it’s very dangerous here, and perhaps the dragon blood inside Sora’s body instinctively sensed the danger, thus erupting with powerful energy in extreme situations. However, Sora clearly didn’t expect to manifest such power, which led to the current situation.

But speaking of which, it’s not safe here either.

”We should leave here for now.”

As he said this, Fang Zheng intended to stand up and leave. But at this moment, Sora once again reached out her hand, grabbing Fang Zheng.

”Brother...”

”Hmm? Is there something else?”

”Will you leave?”

”...”

Facing Sora’s gaze, Fang Zheng was silent for a moment, then nodded.

”I will.”

”...When?”

”...I can’t say for sure.”

Fang Zheng really couldn’t be sure because he didn’t know what it would take for this task to be considered complete. In the romance animations and games Fang Zheng usually watched, when the heroine confesses, the story is usually about halfway through, and a series of extra problems might unfold in the second half before it ends.

Of course, with no confession in sight yet, the end seems further away.

”I want to go with you, brother.”

”No problem.”

This time, Fang Zheng agreed quickly because he wasn’t sure if he would be able to return to this world or if this world would ever become the Free World. Turning it into the Free World would require Fang Zheng to establish a force, and in such a World Without Magic, he would need to go through stories like ”Rebirth: I Am the King of Songs,” ”Rebirth: Entertainment Empire,” and ”Rebirth: Urban Heavenly King” to possibly complete this task.

Not only is it troublesome, but it’s also cumbersome and time-consuming, unlike other worlds where Fang Zheng could summon the Heavenly Dao Palace, deploy the Swarm, pull out the fleet, and just bulldoze through.

Moreover, this world’s technology isn’t even as advanced as the Game World. They still have flip phones here, no smartphones, staying here to develop technology would be even more boring.

”And...”

At this point, Sora hesitated for a moment, then lightly waved to Fang Zheng, motioning for him to come closer.

Whispering?

Seeing Sora’s reaction, Fang Zheng was puzzled. After all, it was just the two of them here, so why the need for whispers? Regardless, he lowered his head and brought his ear close to Sora.

The next moment, Sora suddenly reached out, pulling Fang Zheng down onto the bed.

”Sora?”

Caught off guard by the sudden attack, Fang Zheng was startled, but when he looked up, he saw Sora lying on his chest, with a reddish face gazing at him.

”Brother... do you understand what I mean?”

”No, I’m saying... this isn’t the right time...”

”But I can’t hold back any longer...”

Sora was like a kitten under the influence of catnip, rubbing against Fang Zheng’s chest.

”Ah... brother’s scent... smells so good...”

”Wait, Sora...”

Seeing Sora trying to unbutton his clothes, Fang Zheng grabbed her shoulders, but Sora showed no sign of giving up. Instead, she tightly gripped Fang Zheng’s chest and stared into his eyes.

”Brother... you should know how I feel. I know... that night, you weren’t asleep at all...”

”...”

”I like you... brother...”

Saying that, Sora pressed tightly against Fang Zheng, feeling the warmth so close to her, Fang Zheng closed his eyes.

He waved his hand, and in the next moment, flames erupted, sealing the original broken wooden door once more.
