Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

”Still unable to fully control the power of the Dragon Vein? It’s similar to Naruto’s situation in the original work, a Dragon Vein Chakra Mode?”

Listening to the system prompt in his mind and feeling the changes in his body, Seiryū muttered to himself.

”However, the mission has been completed. In Shinigami, Hollowfication also has different stages. Converted over, this should count as me initially grasping the ’Hollow’ within me.”

Seiryū discovered that he had not fully grasped the original power of the Dragon Vein.

It was exactly the same as Naruto’s situation in the original work. He had only seized a portion of the Nine-Tails’ Chakra through a ’tug-of-war’.

Naruto’s was the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, while Seiryū’s was the Dragon Vein Chakra Mode.

Even their external appearances were very similar.

At the same time.

Using terms from Shinigami, it was like putting on a ’Hollow mask’ and initially grasping the ’Hollow power’ within him, right?

Hollowfication had different stages, and Tailed Beast Transformation also had different stages.

In a sense.

At this moment, Seiryū could be considered to have met the condition of ’subduing the Hollow power’.

”It’s just. Hmm, I still need to find time to learn Sage Art.”

The only thing Seiryū felt regretful about was this.

Although he had already grasped part of the Dragon Vein’s power and could activate the Dragon Vein Chakra Mode.

The Dragon Vein Chakra still contained natural energy, which would cause some damage to Seiryū’s body.

Over here.

Looking at the purple Chakra cloak burning around his body and listening to what Seiryū had just said.

Setsuna’s face turned as black as the bottom of a pot. ”Damn brat, you actually used my Dōjutsu to control the Tailed Beast power!?”

This guy had actually schemed against him!

Using his Dōjutsu to try to control the Tailed Beast power within his body?

Could all of this have been within the other party’s plan?

But.

How could it be possible to do such a thing? How could he dare to make such a crazy move? How could he have the courage to do this?

But looking at Seiryū at this moment, it was obvious that the other party had succeeded!

He had successfully controlled the Tailed Beast power within his body!

That fierce, sinister, and irritable Chakra fluctuation had disappeared, becoming stable, gentle, and controllable.

The only thing that remained unchanged was the intensity of the Chakra.

It was a powerful Chakra fluctuation that even made him tremble with fear!

He had been schemed against.

Schemed against by a brat who was unknown how many years younger than him!

This made the proud Great Elder of the Uchiha feel deeply humiliated. His power had been used by someone else to enhance their own strength.

This fact made him feel incredibly embarrassed inside.

”After all, there’s always a bomb inside me that could explode at any time. If I can’t solve it, my OCD will keep dwelling on it, making me unable to eat or sleep well!”

Seiryū let out a breath.

He cast Kaidō on himself again.

It seemed that because it was cast using the gentle and stable Dragon Vein Chakra.

The effect of Kaidō had become even stronger.

Relying on this powerful healing effect, Seiryū felt he could hold on for a while longer.

”It’s also thanks to the Genjutsu you left in your grandson’s Sharingan earlier. Genjutsu of that intensity can have some influence on Tailed Beasts, otherwise I wouldn’t have thought of this method!”

The severe pain coming from inside and outside his body grew even stronger, but the controllable, powerful strength within his body made Seiryū even more excited.

It was as if he had taken drugs, and he began to ignore the intense pain.

His pain tolerance had also grown significantly after several ’training sessions’.

”So that was the idea?”

Tsunade, who had approached, also heard Seiryū’s words and was deeply shocked. ”And he actually succeeded!? This kid is too terrifying.”

Using Setsuna’s Dōjutsu to control the power of the Dragon Vein.

Such behavior was too crazy!

One mistake could cause unpredictable consequences, and it was even possible for him to be killed if the enemy seized the opportunity.

This was too extreme!

Only a reckless kid like Seiryū, who dared to take things to extremes, would do something like this.

As a result, such an unbelievable idea had actually succeeded?

Not only did he successfully resolve the threat of the Dragon Vein Chakra, but he even gained a significant increase in strength!

Fortunately, the other party was a Konoha Shinobi and her disciple, not a Shinobi from another village. Otherwise, just thinking about it would make one tremble with fear.

”Next, I’ll send you to your death.”

On this side, Seiryū spoke indifferently, tapped his feet against the ground, and charged forward, instantly crossing the distance between them.

Having reached this point, the two sides could be said to be in a fight to the death.

Seiryū naturally could not hold back.

He had to finish the other party here!

Whether it was Ryosuke earlier or Setsuna, their Dōjutsu had grown during battle.

What was above the Three-Tomoe Sharingan?

The Mangekyō Sharingan!

Once a member of the Uchiha Clan awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, their strength would increase significantly, and Seiryū naturally did not want to see that happen.

An enemy capable of threatening him and his family deserved to die!

Boom!

The purple Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan, supported by Seiryū, smashed down violently. Its power erupted instantly, once again causing the earth to shake, cracks to spread, and shockwaves to diffuse.

Swish!

A figure flew back in a sorry state from the dust, coughing up a large mouthful of blood.

”Damn brat!!”

Setsuna, who had stabilized himself after dispersing the force, gritted his teeth. An embarrassed look flashed across his aged face, while the anger, unwillingness, and humiliation in his eyes became even more obvious.

His body could no longer support him in continuing to fight.

Although he had barely dodged the frontal attack, the spreading shockwave still struck his body, worsening his injuries again.

The battle-hardened Setsuna did not fear death much.

He had once attacked the Second Hokage with the determination to die.

Death was nothing compared to the glory of the Uchiha Clan and his own self-esteem!

But what he could not accept was this.

He was actually unable to take down the brat in front of him, and instead had been made incredibly miserable by the other party. He had also been schemed against and had his Dōjutsu used by the other party, allowing him to control the Tailed Beast power.

If the other party were the Third Hokage, the Legendary Sannin, or a Shinobi at the level of Konoha’s White Fang.

No. Even if it were a Shinobi at the level of an Elite Jōnin.

He would not have such feelings of anger, unwillingness, and frustration!

But it just had to be a brat under ten years old!

Had he weakened to the point where even a child could ride on his head and act tyrannically?

”I am the Great Elder of the Uchiha Clan! Even the Hokage cannot ignore me!! How could I be defeated and killed by a brat like you!!”

The emotions in Setsuna’s heart erupted completely at this moment.

The Three-Tomoe Sharingan in his eye sockets spun wildly, connecting at this moment and faintly forming a complex pattern.

”As expected?”

In Seiryū’s perception, the cold Chakra fluctuation within the other party’s body instantly soared to the extreme, and the Sharingan, which connected while spinning, also entered his sight.

It could be seen from the fact that the other party’s Sharingan Dōjutsu could control the Dragon Vein consciousness.

It was not weak at all.

Perhaps all that was missing for the awakening of the Mangekyō Sharingan was the stimulation of intense emotions.

Under the successive blows and emotional stimulation, the other party’s Dōjutsu had broken through its limit.

He was about to awaken the Uchiha Clan’s Mangekyō Sharingan.

Seiryū took a deep breath, the cold killing intent in his eyes becoming even more intense. ”However, I won’t give you a chance to counterattack. You will die today.”

”Cero!!”

Although it was the first time Seiryū had cast Cero, it was also an all-out strike.

In order to prevent the other party, who had already awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, from activating Susanoo to block it.

Buzz, buzz, buzz.

The Dragon Vein Chakra controlled by Seiryū within his body gathered at his fingertips, and suddenly, an eerie purple light shone from his fingertips, illuminating the surroundings.

The powerful Chakra fluctuation made the surrounding air seem to solidify.

Shoo!

Afterward, a purple Chakra beam shot out from Seiryū’s fingertips.

This Chakra beam, like a javelin piercing through the world, shot straight toward Setsuna.

Before Setsuna could react.

The Cero pierced through his body. His heart, shoulder, and the area beneath his ribs, almost a quarter of his body, were annihilated by the attack.

Ssh!

The Cero did not lose momentum, striking the Four Violet Flames Formation behind him, emitting a faint corrosive sound, and then piercing through it.

The Cero shot straight out, piercing through everything along its path.

Finally, it landed directly in the distant Forest of Death.

Rumble!

Following this, a roar that resounded throughout Konoha erupted, as if the entire village was shaking at this moment.

Countless people stared blankly at the place where the commotion had come from.

They saw that over at the Forest of Death.

Firelight illuminated the world, and even the scorching sun in the sky could not cover its brilliance. Immediately after, everyone saw a mushroom cloud slowly rising.
