Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

Without even waiting for Tsunade to answer, Seiryū charged at Setsuna once more!

”You don’t actually think the power of a tailed beast is invincible, do you? Before the noble Uchiha, any power is nothing but an illusion!!”

Setsuna, who had just dodged the Raikōhō attack, looked at the incoming Seiryū, the killing intent in his eyes completely undisguised, and said coldly, ”No one can save you today!”

But he also did not dare be careless.

After this brat used the ”tailed beast” chakra and opened the Eight Gates,

his strength had become something even he felt wary of.

But the killing intent in his heart had reached an extreme.

Today he had to kill him, even if Hiruzen stepped in, it would still be the same!!

”Whether it’s invincible or not, I don’t know, but taking you down shouldn’t be a problem! Fifth Gate, Gate of Limit, open!!”

Seiryū laughed loudly, his expression still crazed and full of ferocity.

At this moment, he forcibly broke open the acupoint of the Fifth Gate of the Eight Gates, the Gate of Limit.

The overloaded burst tore his muscles apart, and blood gushed out from the ripped muscles.

Almost turning his whole body into a blood-soaked figure.

If not for the exaggerated healing of Kaidō, just forcibly opening the Fifth Gate, Gate of Limit, would have made Seiryū’s body unable to endure it.

Kaidō really was a divine technique!

The killing intent between the two of them was so obvious that neither could be bothered with useless words.

They charged at each other, and in the next moment their attacks collided!

The short blade burning with flames and the kunai containing Monster Strength collided in an instant, sending out a booming sound.

A wave of force swept outward with the two of them at the center!

Bzz bzz bzz.

A nearly instant Rasengan appeared in his left hand and blasted toward Setsuna with lightning speed!

Slash!

His eyes caught the incoming attack, and Setsuna moved extremely fast. With a twist of his wrist, he used a special method of exerting force.

He actually used a technique of redirecting force to knock aside the kunai in Seiryū’s hand.

Then the short blade burning with flames slashed down toward the pressing Rasengan!

The ninja blade wreathed in jumping flames collided with the Rasengan, and the vibrating force made both of them retreat at the same time.

Then they charged at each other again!

!!

The short blade and kunai collided more than ten times in an instant, with dazzling sparks bursting out.

Their attacks were incomparably fierce, every move aimed to kill.

Watching the two of them fighting, Tsunade over here took a deep breath.

Then she gave an order to the ANBU in the arena who were looking at each other in confusion. ”All of you, listen up. Evacuate the crowd at full speed. Do not interfere with their battle. At the same time, have the barrier team set up the Four Violet Flames Formation!”

With her understanding of Seiryū’s personality, this time, things probably could not be settled peacefully.

That look in his eyes showed Seiryū’s determination.

He would not listen to anyone’s attempts to persuade him, not even hers.

When this brat got extreme, he would not listen to anyone.

He might do anything, he might even directly release the dragon vein chakra completely.

One ANBU hesitated and said, ”But, Tsunade-sama, Hokage-sama, he.”

”Follow my order!”

Tsunade cut him off and said calmly, ”Afterward, I will explain it to the old man. If anything happens, I will bear all responsibility myself!”

The ANBU all looked at one another.

In the end, they still chose to obey Tsunade’s order.

Tsunade’s identity was too special.

Although the ANBU were directly under the Hokage, they also had to obey Konoha’s princess.

In a certain sense, Tsunade was also their superior.

And on top of that, she had already said she would explain it to Hokage-sama afterward.

There was no way they could refuse to obey.

With a flicker, several of them left the area.

They joined the evacuation of the ordinary people.

And very quickly, the arena was once again covered by the Four Violet Flames Formation.

In the field, there were only Tsunade, Seiryū, and Setsuna.

Whoosh!

Relying on his powerful dynamic vision, along with his special method of exerting force, Setsuna easily knocked aside Seiryū’s attacks.

Making it impossible for Seiryū’s Monster Strength to be fully brought out.

Once again knocking aside one of Seiryū’s attacks, Setsuna’s right leg lashed out like a whip, striking heavily into Seiryū’s waist, producing a dull bang.

Slash!

After taking that kick, Seiryū let out a muffled grunt, and a trace of blood spilled from his mouth.

The baleful aura in his eyes did not lessen. His legs scraped against the ground to disperse the force, and only after retreating several meters did he steady himself.

Blazing!

Flames wrapped around the short blade and surged skyward, as if turning into a giant sword, firelight reflecting across the field.

Setsuna stepped forward and brought the blade down heavily!

Uchiha Style Sword Technique, Dance of Wild Flames!

As this blade fell, the ground split apart, and the flames scorched everything.

The temperature in the arena rose sharply, as if they were standing inside a furnace.

Using his speed to dodge the attack, the tearing pain throughout Seiryū’s body became even more intense.

But it did not make him completely lose his mind, instead the aura around him became even more violent.

Licking the blood from the corner of his mouth, Seiryū let out a low growl like that of a wild beast.

His perception swept over the surroundings, and the corner of his mouth curled slightly into a smile as he said inwardly, ’I can finally go all out. I hope my idea works.

Using your dōjutsu power, let me completely subdue the dragon vein chakra.

Because of the system, any spiritual influence on Seiryū would be immunized by the system, except for the dragon vein chakra that had been judged by the system to be a ”Hollow.”

The consciousness of the dragon vein chakra absolutely could not be immune to the dōjutsu power of the Uchiha clan.

Because of this, an idea arose in Seiryū’s heart.

To use the other party’s dōjutsu power to help subdue the consciousness of the dragon vein chakra.

The mission, [Subdue the Hollow Power Within], had already been delayed for a long time. Now that he had this chance to complete it, Seiryū naturally wanted to try.

As for danger?

What danger could there be!

This was only an attempt to complete the mission.

He also still had a backup plan.

The First Hokage’s necklace Tsunade had given him!

The chakra contained within the First Hokage’s necklace could suppress and seal chakra similar to that of a tailed beast.

The reason this power had not been released now was that Seiryū had sealed it away!

If Seiryū lost consciousness, he would be unable to continue maintaining this seal, and after one minute the First Hokage’s necklace would release its power on its own, suppressing and sealing the dragon vein chakra.

Allowing Seiryū to regain consciousness.

Once he regained consciousness, he would be able to place restrictions on the dragon vein chakra.

At the same time, Seiryū also believed that when he completely went berserk, Setsuna, as a member of the Uchiha clan, would definitely use the Sharingan against him, a ”Jinchūriki” in a ”semi-tailed beast transformation”!

After all, once he entered the ”Hollowfication state,” he had Kage-level strength! At that time.

It would depend on whether his idea could succeed or not!

Even if it failed, it did not matter.

Tsunade was still here, she would not just watch him get killed.

Everything was ready!

After once again casting Kaidō on himself, Seiryū released more of the dragon vein chakra from the Yin Seal.

He still did not dare release all of the dragon vein chakra from the Yin Seal completely.

He was afraid his body would be blown apart.

In Seiryū’s judgment, the dragon vein chakra was no weaker than the complete Nine-Tails.

”Roar!!!”

As he released more dragon vein chakra, the consciousness of the dragon vein chakra instantly swallowed the last of Seiryū’s reason, causing a roar like a dragon’s cry to erupt from his mouth.

The purple dragon vein chakra around his body changed color into dark red as the amount became sufficient.

The materialized chakra wrapped around Seiryū’s entire body, forming a semi-tailed beast transformation chakra cloak.

Seiryū rampaged once again!!
