The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1398: Chapter 1398: Aiden: I’m Withdrawing from the Competition!

Aiden was very adamant, rationally and rigorously saying, ”Help me contact the organizing committee to tell them I want to withdraw from the competition.”

”Mr. Aiden, why are you suddenly...” The round-faced middle-aged man beside him looked puzzled, very reluctant for him to just withdraw like this, ”You are very likely to win first place in this software competition representing Gondwana. We’re already at the finals, which is tomorrow, and you’re withdrawing at this time...”

Before he could finish, Aiden forcefully interrupted him, ”With her there, I can’t possibly win first place!”

The staff accompanying him from Gondwana were also industry elites in IT.

”Her?” The counterpart was stunned, seemingly unsure whom he was referring to: ”Are you talking about the Mundanian contestant we encountered?”

”Yeah.”

”Mr. Aiden,” the counterpart seemed to find his decision very ridiculous and absurd, explaining seriously, ”Mundania has always been behind in IT compared to us, let alone Mundania. They were just lucky to make it to the finals this time, and there’s no way they can win tomorrow’s competition.”

”Moreover, you also saw that the contestant from Mundania injured her right hand before the competition, so she’ll only be able to use one hand in tomorrow’s competition. Given your strength in IT, you can easily crush her, so there’s no need to worry about her at all.”

”Kevin, you’re wrong.”

The round-faced foreign middle-aged man frowned, not understanding his point: ”I’m wrong?”

”Yes.” Aiden smiled faintly, looking at him very calmly, and said, ”You’re wrong; you got it the other way around. It should be she can effortlessly defeat me with just one hand!”

The staff from Gondwana were visibly shocked, not understanding how someone ranked within the top twenty on the Heavenly Ranking could say such demoralizing words.

”I’m not lying to you.”

”Since she’s the representative of Mundania, then the champion of this world software competition is certainly hers.”

”...Mr. Aiden, the other side is just a freshman student.” The round-faced foreign man could not comprehend his words.

He’s ranked top twenty on the Heavenly Ranking as a hacker.

They were trying their best to persuade him discreetly: ”Even if it’s not us from Gondwana taking the first place, there’s still Maxcel from Mundania.”

They didn’t take first place, so how could Mundania, which is at the bottom in strength, take first place.

”Heh, what does Maxcel count for in front of her! Just a minion, no more than a faint light daring to compete with the sun and the moon!”

The people from Gondwana were all dumbfounded.

What?

Maxcel from Mundania is already the top talent in the IT software field.

In his mouth, how did he become a mere faint light.

Is Mr. Aiden being too exaggerated?

The other side is just an ordinary student from Mundania!

”If you don’t believe me, you can look at the results.” Aiden didn’t want to explain too much to them, putting his hand in the pocket of his black trousers, speaking very firmly and resolutely, ”Anyway, I won’t participate in the next match. Either you help me communicate my withdrawal with the organizing committee, or I’ll just be absent from the competition.”

”You decide for yourselves!”

After speaking, without any more words, he left a harsh statement and strode quickly towards the direction of the elevator.

It seemed there was an urgent matter.

Urgently needing him to go back and verify something.

He walked quickly, and his attitude was extremely determined.

This resolute attitude left several Gondwana staff looking at each other, none of them knowing what had happened.

But Aiden was an expert they had gone to great lengths to invite, and if he was unwilling to participate, they had no choice.

After explaining the situation to Gondwana, they had no choice but to make desperate phone calls to communicate with the organizing committee...
