The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 778: Chapter 778: Nathalie: I Want to Get Twitter Verified_1

The heat from the top star hitting someone wasn’t low, but there were no related entries on Twitter’s hot search, which showed that the company’s PR must have been dealing with it, still trying to suppress the heat of the incident.

Nathalie Quinlan casually scrolled through the entries and saw the hot search response from the person involved.

She clicked on it.

The person who fought with Audrick seemed to be an eighteen-line male artist who debuted in a boy band. She had seen his photo on the press release, a face painted like a ghost, with eyeliner above his eyes stretching almost to his temples, and lipstick slathered on.

In any case, it was an aesthetic she couldn’t appreciate.

It seemed like he couldn’t wait to ride the wave of heat, as his latest pinned tweet read—[I don’t know why senior Jiang started hitting me, I was just chatting with my assistant, and suddenly he got angry, came charging over, and punched me. I’m still in the hospital getting checked out, the results aren’t out yet, but it shouldn’t be serious. Everyone, don’t worry about me. Occupying public resources, I am very sorry!]

This defiant way of responding inexplicably reminded Nathalie of someone.

Ghania Quinlan also seemed to like using this tone when posting online.

Nathalie opened the comments below, and the top one was a leaked news from a private fan on the scene.

[Peach without a stem: I know what happened at the time, I was there! Wayne Baker didn’t lie; he really did not provoke Audrick. He was just chatting with his assistant, talking bad about Lighten Chaser, saying very nasty things, like how Lighten Chaser is pretentious, obviously a girl yet deliberately hiding her face to deceive fans, and even saying Lighten Chaser must be ugly since she mosaics her face during VCR recordings instead of meeting fans head-on... Anyway, he said a lot of bad things about Lighten Chaser. At first, Audrick wasn’t there, then later he sat down across from Wayne Baker to do his makeup, listening, and suddenly, I don’t know why, Audrick got furiously mad, threw his phone, and went up to start fighting with Wayne Baker. Tsk tsk~ Audrick may seem genteel, but he’s fierce in a fight; Wayne Baker even got his nose bloodied, it was pretty bad...]

Below were controlled comments from Audrick’s fans.

Nathalie also unexpectedly saw people claiming to be her fans standing up for her.

But there were also quite a few bystanders condemning Audrick for his physical aggression.

Nathalie lowered her eyelashes and suddenly smiled a bit, her lips curling in a cool and wild way, her dark pupils icy cold.

She sat there with her legs crossed, tapping on her phone and made a call to Shawn Norton.

”Hello.”

As soon as her voice went through, she heard the sound of full-voiced talking on the other side.

Nathalie held the phone away from her ear, waiting for the person on the other end to finish before she spoke indifferently, ”Do you know how to get verified on Twitter? I’m thinking about getting verified.”

Shawn Norton was still rambling when he heard her, and his tone became somewhat puzzled, ”Aren’t you always off social software? Why the sudden interest in getting verified on Twitter?”

Nathalie stared at the comments from the Melon Munching Crowd below Wayne Baker’s tweet, who were ’defending justice’ without a full grasp of the situation, her eyes arching slightly. Coming back to her senses, she replied, ”Nothing much, I just feel like I should have an account. There’s something I want to post.”

”Immediately,” Shawn Norton didn’t beat around the bush, he contacted Stephanie Tanzil’s people on her behalf to get in touch with Twitter, ”You send me your account details first, I’ll sort it out for you later.”

”Alright, thank you.”

Nathalie hung up the call, took a small candy from the gum bottle, and tossed it into her mouth, her gaze wicked, her slender fingers tapping the keyboard as she set up an account, then passed the newly created details to Shawn Norton for him to help with the verification. She then sat there waiting for a message back from Shawn.

It didn’t take long for Shawn to reply to her: [What identity do you want to be verified as?]

Nathalie lowered her eyelashes, holding her phone.

[QN: Lighten Chaser.]
