After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 728: Chapter 732: You Don’t Want Me to Streak Here, Do You?【1】

”Quick, take off your clothes!”

Leng Zimo was the first to react, releasing Luo Xiaoqian and grabbing the soaked suit jacket off Jiao Yang.

Everybody else also responded promptly, rushing forward to help.

Jiao Yang’s silver-gray suit jacket was immediately stripped off, revealing his shirt soaked with soup. Luo Xiaoqian had already been frowning deeply, and now she pinched the buttons of his shirt, ”No, the shirt has to come off too.”

”There’s no need...” Jiao Yang caught her wrist, ”Xiao Qian, you’re not suggesting I streak here, are you?”

Luo Xiaoqian was stunned.

All she had thought about was getting the clothes off him as quickly as possible, completely forgetting the context.

The surrounding crowd was also startled. The waiter who delivered the food stood frozen, forgetting even to apologize.

Those attending the banquet were all rich and prestigious; several at the table were internationally influential figures. He had spilled such hot dishes, and by now his mind was a complete blank.

”Mr. Leng?” The floor manager responsible for the banquet rushed over anxiously, ”What happened?!”

”It’s okay, no need to worry!” Leng Zimo, used to being in the spotlight, quickly calmed down, signaling to everyone to continue eating while grabbing Jiao Yang’s arm, ”Come on, follow me to the restroom! Zirui, take care of the situation.”

”Alright!” Leng Zirui agreed with a shout, waving his hand with a smile at the guests who were looking over, ”No worries, it’s just some spilled food, don’t be concerned, just keep eating!”

Tong Ya and Xu Xia were busy comforting a frightened Tongtong, while Luo Xiaoqian followed Leng Zimo into the restroom with Shen Yizhou.

Shen Yizhou and Leng Zimo lifted Jiao Yang’s shirt to escort him to the men’s restroom, and Luo Xiaoqian followed closely, helping Jiao Yang unbutton his shirt.

”Xiao Qian!” Jiao Yang retracted his arm, ”This is the men’s restroom, why are you coming in?!”

”Sorry.” Luo Xiaoqian released her fingers, blushing as she stepped out of the door and closed it behind them.

”I’m really fine.” As Luo Xiaoqian headed towards the door, Jiao Yang stepped back, making way for Leng Zimo’s outstretched hand, ”You just find me a set of clothes, I can handle the rest.”

Leng Zimo looked up to meet his eyes, ”If you refuse again, I will call Xiao Qian in.”

Jiao Yang’s intentions, he understood!

”Fine then.” Jiao Yang shrugged his shoulders, ”I’ll trouble you two then!”

The two men immediately stepped forward, carefully helping him take off his shirt. Without the shirt, his slender yet not frail body was revealed, and on his pale back, a large dazzling red burn was visible, some areas already blistering.

Doctor Shen, as a physician, frowned, ”No, this is serious, we must go to the hospital immediately.”

”You go get the car ready; I’ll find him a set of clothes,” Leng Zimo ordered with a frown.

”Okay.” Shen Yizhou stepped towards the door to leave.

”Doctor Shen!” Jiao Yang grabbed his arm, ”You... don’t tell Xiao Qian, she’s a woman and might get scared, I don’t want to frighten her!”

Shen Yizhou paused, then nodded, ”I understand.”

Shen Yizhou pushed the door open, walked out, and closed it behind the two. Leng Zimo had already taken off his suit, pulled off his shirt, and put on Jiao Yang’s wet shirt. He shook out the shirt he took off and approached Jiao Yang, ”Lift up your arms.”
